between emails. I received a spare part to replace the broken piece which had stains on it! Further correspondence and two visits from couriers who had been sent to pick up the item for a return BUT wouldn't take it as the online staff had not issued me a returns label!!! Such a dysfunctional company. Finally after me sending constant emails, and stating I would be contacting consumer affairs, they decided to give me a refund, and I can keep the item! So now I need to dispose of this! Freedom stores should not have furniture for purchase as online only if they are outsourcing, I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Purchased an item which was delivered faulty and no replacement after a month. Customer service disinterested and rude. product that is not theirs. Will never buy from the company again and will likely just get a full refund as a replacement item is non-existent at this point. I know times are tough but if every large company’s plan is to outsource all their customer service and treat their customers like mugs, I’ll happily pay a premium to deal with a local company that stands behind their products.

Coffee table is amazing. Cheyden and Patrick did a great job for delivery making sure I was called prior and taking it up the stairs as I was by myself. 5 stars for product and delivery. Show reply

In store service was faultless. When the ones were delivered we found both items damaged however the process to put in a warranty claim and have the items replaced was straight forward and stress free. Show details ·  1

disappointed. But Jason (the store manager) acknowledged the error and offered to replace the delivered one with another the correct size. Meantime he has allowed us to keep the delivered one for our use while waiting for the correct one.

This has justified our faith in Freedom! We still have another pair of Freedom leather sofas purchased about 15 years ago and still in use due to their quality and timeless style. When we were looking for more furniture for another room we went straight to Freedom as we were so happy with the quality and service. Mistakes can happen but they’ve handled it brilliantly.

The staff was so attentive they took their time to help me choose the style of the lounge and fabric. I have been shopping at freedom for many years, furnishing our holiday home in the mountains and my daughter’s apartment . The furniture is good quality and easy to assemble. What an incredibly positive experience from our Freedom delivery drivers, Cleyden and Patrick. They were on time, communicated extremely well and assisted with delivering the large furniture item exactly where we required them. It’s so nice to have a couple of guys being so polite and helpful, quite clearly taking pride in the work they were doing. Do not buy from Freedom online. My experience was terrible. Items were cancelled, deliveries were delayed, and I had to email several times just to get updates. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept hiding behind their “change of mind” policy, even though the issue was caused by their own delays. Very poor customer service and no real effort to resolve the problem.

The delivery team were fine, however I was very annoyed at having to pay $245 for basic delivery. I have only paid less than half this amount for the previous 3 deliveries from other stores this month. Show details

Wish I'd read all these delivery reviews first. Bought a small ottoman through the online store. Contacted the help centre when the product had not been delivered by the expected date. two weeks. Have requested a refund but have been ignored twice. The delivery fee was nearly half the cost of the item. Not good enough.

So had Jace and Matt back to deliver our couch. Have to send another review because they are just excellent, very efficient and so engaging with great sense of humours. Highly recommend them. Show details ·  1
