Don’t shop at Freedom Frankston – I have never had a worse customer service experience than when speaking to Rachel, the store manger at Frankston. be delivered. The delivery driver said it was the 6th sofa that week they’d had the issue with. When calling the store to be refunded I was told it was my fault as a box had been ticked on a form stating I had measured the door and was aware a large entryway was required. At no point during the sale was I made aware and I hadn’t ticked anything. I also live in an apartment so it’s clear from my address that it’s unlikely there would be the space for the delivery. Rachel the store manager lied to me and said she’d have the area manager call me (I later found out from speaking to staff at another store that that position was vacant and was never called). After trying to get support from anyone else at Freedom for weeks I was forced to purchase another model and wait a further 3 months, horrendous customer service.

through the front doors of the Freedom Frankston store about eighteen months ago with virtually one four letter word on the tip of our tongue “HELP” – as we set out to fully furnish our newly renovated home. We were not to be disappointed! The range of furniture and accompanying “hero’s” showcased were extensive and in some ways overwhelming when it came to making decisions. That was where the excellent sales staff and the specialist decoration service provided by Debra was pivotal in us quickly gaining the confidence and trust to extend ourselves with the ideas put forward which eventually led the Frankston Freedom store supplying and fitting out our entire house. In summary, our “Freedom” experience has been synonymous with quality furnishings and excellent decorative services. Our confidence in your products and business model has allowed us to recommend Freedom to many of our family and friends.

Debra Waller-Pompe...Deb's preparation, through initial meeting to store selection & installation enabled a trust & partnering that transitioned to a simply sensational service delivery & as they say ...There is more....Deb & her team have now beautifully styled three additional properties for me & the level of care & attention to detail remains of the very highest quality & professionalism. April 2nd 2019 Update: Fast, friendly & focused

I went into the Freedom Frankston store frankly intimidated & CLUELESS....& left with cushions, rugs & a huge smile...a great experience from saying hi at the counter to being shown to the right areas & specific product lines. Thank you.

The staff at this freedom store are excellent. They were very patient and gave us quote a few options to consider. They acknowledge us every time we enter the store and are there to assist is we require assistance. Delay over delay to deliver, rude online service – Ordered an outdoor lounge on 10 Sept 2022 and queried whether it could be delivered by end of October the latest. Of course it would be....NOT, still waiting for it today and so far received three further delay notices. They take 100% payment upfront and do not deliver. Terrible delivery times and communication – Happy with the product. Not happy that I had to wait 8.5 months to arrive (after initially being told it was a 10 week delivery time). Terrible communication process and information given by staff was repeatedly unreliable. Show details

get no sale ) Fountain gate had one and in most of my dealings with retail stores they get it dropped to the Frankston store and give you a ring to pick it up. This wasn’t the case, she informed us that they are not a delivery store and we would have to drive over and get it, or wait till march of 2022( she was quite rude by this stage ) I’m wondering are freedom staff on a commission sales basis as once she new she couldn’t get the sale she became quite annoyed. Freedom are your staff on commission?

Staff at Frankston store were knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I purchased 8 fabric dining chairs & protector kit which were delivered within days. Price was better than elsewhere. Easy to assemble. Show details ·  1

I typically go in to buy the same thing every time (Glasshouse Candle) however each time I go into the store I make sure I take a look around. The variety and quality of products keeps me interested and every now and then I buy something new Show details ·  1

We purchased a leather lounge and leather arm chair. Both items were as advertised and we were not disappointed. Delivery was a seemless process and all packaging was removed which was great. Previous Freedom products have been fabulous but always take so long to arrive. Show details ·  1

Over the years I have shopped at Freedom, Frankston and always been happy with their service. I bought an apartment in the area and shopped there to furnish it and used their assembly service for some of the pieces (great guy called Aaron). Was surprised that we were able to find the type of couch we were looking for. Sales assistant was patient and showed alternatives to ensure we were confident with our decision. Frank & Eddie who delivered the couches were on time polite and efficient. They brought some laughter in with them.

We just purchased a new mattress from Freedom in Frankston. Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted us in choosing the correct mattress for our needs, our first choice although comfortable didn't have the support we needed and she saved us from buying one that we would have been disappointed with.
