immediately contacted I was asked to submit a warranty claim form for the newly delivered bed. i contacted the store manager [Name Removed] from the Richmond store and it was of no help no apology no empathy. Told to chat via online and fill up a claim. I've been contacting the Waaranty department almost every day for the last 13 days and have still not heard back from you since the initial response that youve stated youve made a mistake. Nothing. No feedback ,acknowledgement nor when it will be fixed. I'm left with boxes of furniture that have taken over my corridor of my house with young kids knocking into boxes . Panama leather sofa – I want to leave my experience with Freedom after reading all the negative reviews from other customers. We ordered a Panama 2.5 leather sofa back in August. Originally, they said they had it ready in four weeks, but this was further delayed (again no surprises since staff clearly advised us about this possibility).
Throughout the process received regular follow-up emails. We were also able to call the Richmond store directly with no issues at all. Overall the customer care was impeccable. The sofa arrived today, and IT IS GORGEOUS! So worth the wait! The delivery guys did all the assembly making the process fuss-free. The quality of the sofa is great and is very very comfy. We bought our bedframe from them years ago and it is still as good as new!
We would definitely recommend Freedom to other people. Of course, if you are in a rush to get your goodies you might want to double-check before committing but this is generally the case with any purchase.
