polish or buff or remove scratch marks - was referred to go to Bunnings and ask them How can they sell a product and not provide advice on maintenance thereof ? Promised to send 3 tradies for quotes - only one pitched. Not geared for quality and customer service and I would strongly recommend getting your own tradie should one be interested in buying their pavers .

Defective product – We had pavers layed in February 2015 around our pool including bullnose edging. The edging was provided by our pool builder and has no problems. product. Nearly 4 years after we try to get them sealed as we couldn't afford to do it immediately. A contractor recommended by Freo Stone came out and told us the pavers are faulty and knew exactly when we purchased them (without me telling him) as he had issues before. He refused to touch them and told me just to clean them once a year with my Karcher. I was so upset and thought that after 4 years I couldn't do anything. In December 2019 I had another contractor come out. Same story. DEFECTIVE due to incorrect vibration during manufacturing causing bugholes. After finding out I still have rights as a consumer I contacted Freo Stone. Freo Stone sent someone out after me having to constantly chase them up. He was insisting that possible high pressure cleaning or acid could do this. The bullnose edging is perfect. I told him that was impossible as they've never been cleaned with acid or sealed since they were layed.

They refused to do anything.

Off to Consumer Protection.

Now I'm told by Consumer Protection that Freo Stone say that I told the guy who came to see them I cleaned them with acid!

Completely false and untrue. This never happened and is fabricated. [name removed] (the guy whocame to see them) kept going on and on about how HE damaged a client's paving with his equipment and had to replace it. I kept insisting that had no bearing on my pavers/nothing to do with me. My husband was with me and heard him making these excuses.

I am now left to pursue them through court proceedings.

were supplied with a free site visit to measure and help with design. A well kitted work vehicle with a range of pavers were supplied along with a proffessional installer once all was done. We had gone to freo Stone with an open mind but but was soon educated with honesty for what was required in the area we was using the pavers. Little did we know the plus v minus in ranges of stone and we decided to use sand coral for our pool, edging and same pavers and included a border between. We liked the idea of a dark grey colour but was shown the downside of using a darker colour as it had held alot of heat from the sun and its only a good autumn. Because we were looking at using a darker colour we are now using a cladding stone black on our pool water feature. Great company with great attitude to want customers to have a result by selling through knowledge and experience over dollars.

Totally satisfied – I would like to thank Jono at Freo Stone for his help and support he provided. I would also like to thank him for his recommendation of Dave from Urban Oasis Landscaping he did the most amazing professional job. Well done all very satisfied.

Great Service and all went out of their way – Just to let you know what a pleasure our recent experience dealing with you was. Every time we sought information and updates to our quotes,it was provided very quickly and Tammy also went out of her way to follow up and expedite our oder. Finally done – Project in the making finally finished Freo Stone recommended by several people at work,after visiting Greenwood and then comparing with another brand Product and customer service couldn’t wait to get back to order. Over supply – The service, delivery was good and the staff took time out to provide good advice, the only issue was they measured/over ordered and left me with 13 square meters of stone ( Over $700 ) that I now need to sell.

Poor Customer Service – I purchased limestone pavers for around my pool, had issues with discolouration, promised they would replace the discoloured pavers and it would be fine. Sent upto 12 Emails with photos, left numerous phone messages and nobody will return calls. Would not recommend this company.

Awful service of delivery – Called Friday AM. Told the pavers would be delivered on Saturday sometime. Pavers dumped on roadside verge on Friday. Pavers were not left where they were meant to be left which leaves us carrying hundreds of pavers by hand and we're not young adults.

Recommend Freo Stone – We are thinking of renovating our courtyard and needed new pavers so we popped into Freo Stone. The staff were great! They had no shortage of suggestions when we showed them our future plans - they really know their product. We will definitely go back when do our reno.

Stormstone pavers – Due to COVID 19 range was limited and stock was currently being freighted in. Staff were honest regarding delivery and kept me informed every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Great service and even referred companies to lay the paving. A few pavers were chipped on the edges. Love my stone pavers.

Excellent pavers and service – Thanks to Jonathan and Daryl for their excellent customer service. The range at Freo Stone is great, expert advice helped us make the right choices resulting in an excellent finish.

Pool paving – All staff from Freostone were very helpful. There is a good selection of paving to choose from. We went back and forward a few times and every time we were always made to feel welcome. Polite, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent choice and Quality – We highly recommend Fremantle stone This is our second house and we did not hesitate to use Fremantle stone products again, The team were very helpful in helping us choose the right product for our backyard which was quite difficult as they have a lot of nice products to choose from!! we bought, and despite Freo Stone believing it was an installation error, they replaced the whole lot with a different, brand new product (including installation) of our choice and it looks great. I am really impressed with how the Freo Stone team has dealt with the situation; from the MD, to the admin/logistics and installer – again, an easy experience. I also want to add that the other two products still look brilliant, and we even bought more of them recently to finish off our house. We would definitely recommend Fremantle Stone after our experience; you know you will be looked after post sale.

Excellent service – We visited Freo Stone today to look at options for our backyard paving. Tammy assisted and was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and she was highly helpful. Love my outdoor area – Bought Sandstone pavers in July 2015 had then installed in August 2015. check prices before getting these Freo Stone gave us the best price services was great and when we required extra in instal day they helped us get these to use in that day. EXCELLENT Product and service once again – I had purchased sandstone pavers for my pool area many years ago and have been very happy with them so recently whilst renovating my patio area I returned to Freo stone, this time I selected a quartz paver in a similar colour. I have again been very happy with the service I received, I love the product and will be going back when I do my driveway next.
