Transparency is often resisted to allow deception, however Danny is the opposite. From taking my call, attending site, sourcing parts and craftsmanship. We were so stoked to have found our new fridge tradesman. Highly recommended

but the results were not what we had asked for as the fans they installed failed to bring the freezer down to the required temperature. Following these two services Fridges R Us were unresponsive to many of our calls and messages regarding our ongoing problems. On the whole, we were very dissatisfied with the services of Fridges R Us and the way we were treated as customers. This ordeal has been very stressful for us given our reliance on the income from our family business.

Be careful - they are charging you $1350 an hour – There was never going to be a scenario in which this visit would have ended up with a repaired fridge. manufacturer for warranty which likely wouldn't go anywhere. As if I hadn't already explored that option before I got a fridge repair person in. They've got a very good racket going on - this service ends up being $1350 an hour, so it's no wonder they were flying back out my door to do this somewhere else. Very disappointed and wondering where any of the good reviews are coming from. I believe this business doubles as Appliances R Us, run by the same team just under a different name.

The above is my original review. The business owner first tried to get me to take it down, calling and texting me repeatedly until I told him he needed to stop. When I refused to remove the unfavourable review, he posted my name, address, email address and phone number in the response box. That will likely ring serious alarm bells for anyone considering calling these guys. This is not a legitimate business treating the review process - or the privacy of his past customers - with any regard. I wish I had the benefit of a review like this to have guided me, but I truly hope it helps others avoid the experience.

No part and no refund – Waited 9 weeks to be told a part was no longer available and order was cancelled. Now I’m waiting over 2 weeks for $700 refund with no response to messages.

Service was excellent from first contact about the problem to service delivery today. Danny explained what was wrong so I felt involved in the process. Very friendly too.

Excellent service. Arrived when they said they would and were extremely helpful .No attempt to upsell products, were completely honest in their evaluation of my issue and in the end saved me money by me accepting their advice. Outstanding - Fridges ‘R’ Us! – Middle of the day and my fridge/freezer broke and called a couple of others and were all busy. Called Fridges ‘R’ Us and Danny and his lovely assistant came out without issue and was able to fix my issue. Saved my meats and frozen stuff! Really good service and with a smile!

A Plus Service! – I had Danny and his team out on the weekend and they were very impressive they came out same day and saved my 15 year old fridge ! Customer service is A plus they made me feel very comfortable and they fixed my fridge on the spot! Pricing is reasonable and it is definitely worth every dollar. Very happy customer :) – Lovely team Danny & Asia were fantastic to deal with they came out same day , we were so worried we had to buy a new fridge as our fridge broke down on a Friday night with it being very full I was very stressed but Danny was able to fix it with in 30 mins I couldn’t be happier and also saved our food . This is very important in these stressful situations relating to fridge malfunction and with the money that is spent, and so you want someone who is good at what they do, but caring and engaging with 100% focus on the job and you.
