I ordered an embroidered cap on the 15th of November for my son's birthday on the 4th of December. The item arrived on the 1st of December. The item shipped from China so I was pretty impressed with the time frame. Quality was quite reasonable. Certainly in line with what I paid for the embroided hat. Would definitely order again.... Bounce back on sending emails
The enquiries email always bounces back and the message is undelivered. Never again. My product hasn’t been delivered and it’s been 2 months. Screw you fruugo! Thanks for taking my money

Waited 3 months for a delivery - they just kept saying 'delivery failure'...
Finally requested a refund and the communication with Fruugo stopped entirely.
Beyond hopeless - they are actually criminal.
Purchased a dancing Christmas tree to amuse my other aged care residents but batteries cannot be inserted as it appears to be broken. Arrived in a satchel not boxed as expected so who know how it was damaged

Never arrived. Don't waste your time and money!
Placed an order in mid October, delivery date was supposed to be start of November. It's December tomorrow. Their tracking shows that the parcel was never dispatched, it just remained at "information received". Their website is no help, as their automated help desk just errors out. Luckily I paid using PayPal as I will have to raise a dispute to try to get my money back.

Fruugo supplied a faulty Goduster and have provided no after sales service despite hours spent emailing etc.
Faulty Goduster was delivered and not working. Multiple contacts on their website and emails from them and the supplier resulted in emails advising that they had not been received or the attached video of the faulty product was not received. Hours spent on their website and resending at least 15 emails over the past 2 months with no follow up from Fruugo and no outcome for the A$59.44 spent. Their computer systems are faulty and there appears to be no human tracking or intervention when the emails keep bouncing and 3 computer generated emails in response to each of mine.... Read more
Very poor communication on missing items in order
Placed an order with numerous items in the one order. Received all but 1 item. Have tried many times to contact them to advise that I didn’t receive this item. I never get a reply, no response at all. Not good enough, very poor customer service. Will never ever buy from this site again. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Avoid at all costs based on my own personal experience - No Australian representation it seems.
Ordered and item October 27 with an expected delivery date November 17. A day or so later I get a tracking connote that doesn't exist. There appears no way to communicate with them other than raising and enquiry within their site that always seems to fail and not save. Reached out to paypal for assistance yesterday and they provided an email address. Wrote them an email and they responded offering a refund which they want me to confirm. Every time I try to respond/reply to their own email it fails. Back to Paypal to sort it out I guess.
It's a Scam. Avoid like the Plague
I ordered products because I thought it was an Australian company. It's a drop- shipping front for cheap Chinese imports and when you challenge for a refund etc...good luck. Avoid using these scamners as even with Afterpay as a buffer you can't win.... Read more

Is there a size guide somewhere? I want to buy a costume for my daughter but the sizes are just 150 etc. I don't know what that is supposed to mean? No mention of age.
I have requested a refund from Fruugo for product not being of the size ordered. I was asked to reply “above the line” to an emailed question from the supplier but even when done correctly there is an email response saying that this has been sent to a no reply address. It would appear I am stumped and I have lost $179 Australian. I will not be buying anything for from Fruugo again and not recommend the company.
I also never got a reply when I complained and requested a refund. Sorry you lost so much- I did not lose as much. Hopefully we can help but al;eating others to not use this site.
Thank you for your kind response. A bit of internet research unearthed an email address for Fruugo’s suppliers to get in touch with it re payment issues so I fired off an email asking that the supplier be banned and how regrettable it was that I had lost my money because the Fruugo returns and refund system was non operative.
I actually have had a response to my email seeking photos as to the product incorrect sizing and colour which I will provide. I have decided not to accept any replacement if such can be provided and my credit card provider is now seeking a refund.
It is now not so much a matter of getting my money back. This 77 yo Aussie just won’t put up with dishonesty.
