Very disappointed. I ordered and paid for the Alder 5 Piece Outdoor Dining Set online, only to get a phone call saying it’s actually a pre-order item and won’t be available until March 2026. Why list it as “in stock” when it isn’t? Now I have to wait another 3–4 business days for a refund to show up on my card. Show details

Cracks in the timber, bad joints and unpainted sections. The screws are not the correct size and do not fit. They will not reply to emails, and we cannot contact by phone. Show details
Branxton bed – Bought the double Braxton bed, been slept in one time and fell apart. Difficult to put together as the instructions are only pictures, you also have to put in alot of screw holes yourself when putting it together. Now I understand why the bed was on sale! T.V Unit – I have a rude person who states they tried to call me to replace the T.V. unit. However I have not received a call whatsoever. We had a not left on our front door that was not noticed until Friday afternoon. The unit has blemishes to it the is a factory issue. Not happy with the service or the phone call. Show details

Delivery service was appalling – Bought a suite of furniture recently which was delivered by the store delivery company. The suite was assembled and damaged and the delivery company simply walked out of the house leaving this mess behind. Excessive delivery charges and misrepresentation – We had a terrible experience with the delivery of a lounge suite purchased from Furniture Bazaar. At the time of purchase, we were told that the delivery charge would be $100, which we paid. We advised the store prior to purchasing that they would have to deliver the lounge through the back entrance of the house. They stated that as there were… Read more
no stairs involved it would not be an issue to deliver through the back. However, when the delivery men arrived they would not deliver the lounge, as they said they were not strong enough to carry it around the back. The store would have known the weight of the lounge and should have sent delivery men capable of delivering the lounge.
We were then advised that we would have to pay another $350-00 to have the lounge re-delivered by four men. When they arrived the second time there were only three men, even though we had been told that the price charged was based on a need for four delivery men. They said that this time they brought a “strong man”. Once the lounge was in the house they advised that it would be very difficult for us to put the feet on the lounge (even though the store representative had told us at the time of purchase that this would be easy and no tools would need to be used). The delivery men charged an additional $110 to attach the feet, which required use of a drill. The Furniture Bazaar Manager subsequently refunded us $100 for fitting the feet.
Overall, delivery of the lounge has cost $460-00, over four times the $100 represented at the time of purchase.
I intend to contact Consumer Protection to report these excessive charges and the misrepresentation of the delivery charge at the time of purchase.

seal package in the box. I know it's vacuum sealed inside the box because of opening the first one. They refused to take it back for hygiene reasons! I don't even know where hygiene would play a part when something is vacuum sealed inside a box? I'm annoyed that they won't override the rules considering it wasn't a hygiene reason to deny returning the item that they could easily turn around and sell again.

it’s because of your misuse. We work fulltime and was out of country for 3 months I don’t know how to behave in sofa may be according to them. So just think about this situation where you can not film your self in your own house to prove that you have behaved with sofa you are not covered. Radhika the main person who will be so rude to you and ask to go any speak to consumers as she doesn’t want to deal with anything. And also they will stick to their decision and not have another assessment or another person’s opinion.

1 star is too generous! – CONSUMER WARNING: Do not purchase products that say "Online Only" !! Because if you run into a problem there is no contact number to call! Only email! We received a defective piece poor quality peice of furniture and it's been over a week with no resolution, refund or replacement. They stole our money!!!!!! Beautiful customer service – Shaun the manager saved the day. A delivery man refused to take the legs off of my couch to fit them through my door. After a long argument the delivery guy’s manager managed to communicate with Shaun who was off that day. Don’t get caught on the delivery costs – While I’m really happy with the timber entertainment stand, I wasn’t happy with hidden delivery costs explained at my front door. I was ok with the $90 delivery fee, though I was asked to pay an additional fee of $25 to carry it up half a dozen front door steps. My wife and I managed to carry it as it wasn’t awkward or heavy. Shut down the store – I am rewriting this review, as it appears store choose NOT to publish previous review. Worth service ever received. Manager never present or respond to emails or returns phone call. Lounge purchased from store was torn and delivered without legs. Store had the odicitie to put blame on me. No apology or offer to rectify problem. Do not buy from this store!

pay a handyman to put it together. It took him over two hours. The store's technician confirmed later that this is a difficult bed to put together. Worse than that is the smell coming from the particle board the mattress sits on. My whole bedroom smells of it, it is a horrible sour smell, has not lessened in 4 weeks. I have spoken to a carpenter about it and apparently the particle board should have been sealed to prevent this from happening. I have contacted the store several times and also spoken to the friendly technician but am still waiting for the issue to be rectified.
