Well probably.. as it did nothing during the night it probably won't do anything during the day either.

I sometimes drink a glass of wine before bed and then realise I can't sleep, I then take a fusion sleep tablet. Is this a bad combination?
I was recommended Fusion Sleep by my acupuncturist. I have used them for four nights taking two an hour before bed. My sleep was fantastic straight away. If I woke, which was far less frequently, I went straight back to sleep. I suffer from insomnia periodically, about every three months. I tried last night not to use the pills as usually if I can get a sleeping pattern back, I don't need anything to help. However last night I needed to take two as I woke and couldn't get back to sleep. How long would you recommend taking Fusion Sleep at one time? I also like to look at underlying emotional causes or physical causes ie. Arthritis pain in my knee sometimes keeps me awake or wakes me up. This present bout of sleeplessness was not through pain or stress. Thanks for your assistance.
I take fusion sleep when I need it. I have used it periodically over a few years with no after effects. Anytime you fall into a pattern of sleeplessness, you then need to re-establish good sleep so thats where the fusion sleep helps out.

panadol is safe to take at any time following directions. personally i dont touch nurofen as it is no good for your stomach lining.

I'm allergic to mushrooms and have noticed that poria cocos is one of the ingredients, does that mean that I can't use the product?
Hello, Thanks for your question. The Poria cocos is a mushroom so if you have an allergy to mushrooms I would recommend NOT to take this formula, as it is possible you may have a reaction to it. Hi I'm am a rotating shift worker and have trouble getting sleep. I sometimes get 2 hours a night and sometimes get none at all. I've started taking fusion sleep and notice they calm me down and I'm getting a better quality sleep and falling asleep, just wanted to know is it ok to stay on these tablets every night for sleep? im not an expert, but they are only herbs and I was on them quite a while, there were no side effects. you could find that once you
regain better sleep patterns, you might not need them every night.
