Yet, the perfume is being shipped from their warehouse in the States? Even though it's been a hassle already and a long wait until I receive this product, I'm worried it will be fake due to all the negative reviews. Thought I was getting a good deal but obviously I'm getting ripped off.

is very unusual for any professional shopping site. They only take credit card which made me suspicious so I cancelled my purchase. I also know that fraudulent websites never offer Pay Pal as buyers are protected.

in my case replied within days. I also received a phone call from America to sort out the problem I was having. If you are ordering you can expect a delay of up to 4/6wks as all the products have to go through customs in Australia. I hope this has helped people in Australia. The company has been operating for about 22yrs. As the operator explained there is always going to be negative blog when they have thousands of also satisfied customers. the 1st Dec. Checking the tracking number provided with the email it clearly stated the package was picked up on 20th Nov and was in Singapore. I emailed them back to let them know the information they had was incorrect, and received a cold response back.

Obviously this company has some basic internal and integrity issues, nobody really knows what's been sent or when it has been sent.

In saying that my order arrived safe and on time and @ a very competitive price so I have to give a 7/10.

If they could just figure out these internal communication problems and create other options for postage this would be a cracker company outsourced merchandise or not.

Singapore, New Zealand then Australia. I rang my bank told them this was taken without my knowledge & to stop payment. They are now investigating galaxy.

I thought I was buying from an Australian company in Melbourne, seem as though they state they are in Richmond with a .com.au email found out it’s the US. There is NOTHING on their site that states this. I’ve sent several emails to galaxy telling them I want the full amount back, if this doesn’t happen I will take it to the ACCC & further. Galaxy are not an Australian company & what they do is dishonest & fraudulent.

Fake perfume and not an Aussie business! – Appalling! I received my goods with an open mind, opened the bottle, sprayed, then needed a shower as I smelt like petrol. Secondly my package had arrived from Istanbul! Trying to arrange a refund was a nightmare, so I got my bank involved and they sorted it all out. Stay away from these clowns – I ordered a 200ml bottle of Armani Code by Giorgio Armani from these guys. The problems started occurring straight away. Good luck requesting a refund, they’ll insist that they can’t help and that they need to call you from a private number via on overseas operator “just to confirm your credit card details”. Even after this whole debacle they refused to admit they’ve done anything wrong and want you back in the future to order from them again. Fake and long delivery – Ordered Rocawear X9 for Xmas presents. Allowed a month for delivery but took over 2 months to arrive, so missed Xmas. In a way, I'm glad now as the product is fake. There is no way it's genuine. A very faint hint of a similar fragrance that lasts 30 minutes before fading. Companies like this should be banned !!

No customer service - no reply to contact made and no product received – I ordered one of my favourite perfume sets over 10 days ago. My money was taken on the day, and since then, I have had no contact from Galaxy. I have sent 3 emails, and left comments via email and on my beauty bucks accounts, requesting an ETA on my good, requesting them to make contact with me, all to no avail. I highly recommend you do not use this merchant.

Terrible company with misleading website – Galaxy Perfume was one of the few perfume sites that stocked a discontinued perfume I was after. They have an Australian website so I thought I’d give them a go, the website is clearly deceptive as they are not based in Australia. The perfume took three weeks to get to me and I am sure it is either a fake or very very old stock, it does not smell anything like the one I wanted. Buyer beware - never a truer word said.

My wife has used this brand of perfume for many years so we were able to test it against the original. The scent of the “perfume” from Galaxy bears no resemblance to the original and the box and bottle only had YSL on it, but not the name of the perfume Yvresse.

The “perfume” from Galaxy smells bad but luckily fades very quickly, unlike the original which lasts for many hours and has an entirely different fragrance.

In other words we believe the “perfume” to be a FAKE! Remember – this company states on their website that they only stock genuine perfumes.

This company advertises as being Australian with an address in Richmond, Victoria with a phone number. No ABN is displayed on any of their websites.

I spent considerable time attempting to get someone to answer the phone at the Richmond premises on the phone number supplied. I also sent emails to their US HQ requesting contact.

To date I have received no response to either form of communications.

The refund policy requires that I spend more money – clearly not something I am prepared to do.

Do not buy from them.

Total nonsense, as the card is valid and has nothing owed on it, and works everywhere else. So they cancelled without bothering to tell me, the customer. Hugely disappointed with the whole experience and especially with their total lack of communication or courtesy. Never mind an apology for the ruined gift. I'd say avoid these people.

Shady website - Stay Away! – Please don't order from these guys. It's a drop shipping business that takes AGES to deliver - if it does ever get to you. I ordered on the 23rd of October. It is November 23 today and still no delivery. I checked the order tracking and it says order processed in Singapore and Order Shipped from LA. Seems like a shady operation - please don't make the mistake I did.

Right Perfume bottle, Wrong Colour and Smell – Ordered Valentino Donna eau de Parfum Natural Spray 100ml (coloured pink in photos and real life and previous bottles purchased, this is my 4th) with matching body lotion, this is my 2nd order from Galaxy Perfume and this order the contents of the bottle are BROWN and the smell is different but every other marking on the bottle is identical to my last. Does not make sense!!

As late as you would forget about it – This would be my last purchase from this online shop. It takes forever (consider 8 weeks ) to get a freaking perfume, for a price not much cheaper than the retailer shops

Order cancelled without notification, poor communication – 6 weeks after I placed my order and two e-mails, I was notified that my order was cancelled right after the placement due to "credit card security". In the end, I am happy for this outcome as other reviews suggest the company is selling fake products and I recommend to stay away as far as possible.

The money was removed from my account 2 days after placing the order which I could not cancel. They advertise as 4-7 days. It took 14 days to ship, and did not turn up. I received an email saying I had to wait 7-20 days after shipping for it. And then I was told more likely 6-8 weeks as it was coming from overseas and would be held up in customs. The perfume upon arrival was most definitely NOT the product advertised and no one will answer the phone. I now own 3 bottles of the most disgusting smelling perfume I have had the misfortune to wear. You can tell it is a not the correct perfume as the original is made by Max Factor and it is EDT not EDP. These people should be investigated for fraud. The company they gave that I could track it through did not register the tracking number. That was when I discovered it was coming from the USA but the perfume is made in China. Amazingly, when I did track my order I realised that my order was coming from USA - California. I find this so misleading as I their website states it is an Australian distributor.

It is now 2nd June and I am still waiting to receive my perfume. I did again contact Galaxy to be told that my order has been received in Australia and once it has arrived in Australia you cannot track where it is. They did tell me that I should wait until 29th June to contact them again if I haven't received it. So, basically I need to wait 8 weeks for my perfume before they will chase my order. They are totally misleading and I would not recommend using them.

Misleading and unhelpful – Like many others, I was utterly mislead. I ordered from the UK using their co.uk website, with no indications that they are actually based in the USA. The perfume was meant as a Christmas gift and of course did not arrive in time. Staff totally unhelpful, refused to recognize the problem; in the end I got my money back via the crdeit card company. Their behaviour verges on fraud and is totally unacceptable.

No invoice, no confirmation, no perfume – This looked like an Australian website, but Galaxy turns out to be in California. They sent no confirmation and no invoice, and when I emailed them they estimated that the product should arrive in April, more than 2 months after it was ordered

Another Victim – Worst company I have had the misfortune to buy from. Ordered 30ml bottle of perfume, 30ml box arrived with 10ml bottle inside. Total rip off; do not use this company.

My wife uses this perfume a lot so we were able to test it against the original.

1. The perfume had almost no smell-it was so diluted she had to drown herself in it to even get the merest scent.

2. The bottle was different, it had mould marks where the original was smooth.

3. The lid was different it was sprayed not through coloured plastic.

4. The bottle was larger than the original by 2mm [impossible if you know moulding processes].

In other words it was a FAKE!

Galaxy perfume is owned by Perfume Emporium in the USA, and if you check that company you will find the same sorts of complaints from all over Europe

To get a refund I now have to ship to the USA - at extreme cost, 1/3 the cost of the perfume.

Stay clear they are a scam.

No option for no star – Ordered item on 1 Feb and it's still not arrived. Multiple complaints to the customer service team and they continue to hide from their apparent terms and conditions which state it's ok for a bottle of perfume to take 8 weeks to arrive!! Don't be fooled by cheaper prices, they may never arrive. Only purchased because they appeared to be in Australia, it's all fake!!

By far the worstt site ever !!! – Ordered Tom Ford Vietvier and so far it has not arrived. Have provided a tracking number that still doesnt show any scans. I have filed report with NAB as I suspect this company is a scam or at the very least selling fake products. They have a 1888 number which is for USA customers. Do your self a favour and spend the little bit extra from another site and not having to deal with this place.

Useless – Very dissatisfied, no service, difficult to deal with, hopeless at e commerce, useless. Seek product elsewhere.
