I bought from them via BigW's online marketplace without checking them out and felt I'd probably lost my money when I saw the reviews. Actually it arrived on time and as expected. Not to dismiss anyones elses bad experience but my experience was great.

Nice price on good dice. Delivered by Australia Post in a good box. Don’t be in a hurry if you order. Yes I have also posted a review on Truspilot. No I’m not paid to write this.

I wanted to give them a chance but they honestly screwed me out of my money and time. Dont trust that they have your product in stock, because if they dont have it they will just send out whatever they have and force you to chase after them to get your money back. Terrible experience.

Ordered some more things from them (via Amazon) and once again the prices were excellent and everything turned up undamaged. I have yet to have a bad experience ordering from them.

I have bought games from Gamerholic several times over the last few years and am generally very satisfied with the process. Delivery may have been a little slow at times but not slow enough to be a concern. Just got an order delivered today and about to place another one. Items have always been as described and well packaged.

Game was perfect! – I have to admit that I was very worried after I placed my order (through mydeal.com) after reading so many negative comments online about this particular retailer. I needn’t have worried. My order despatched within a couple of hours of ordering. It arrived in record time from Sydney to Mackay in QLD in perfect condition. My experience was seamless.

lost my order, missed Xmas deadline(even though I ordered 3 weeks prior), only sent half of the items, were unable to send the remaining, have to be chased for everything. Avoid.

3 weeks, Havent received my product or a refund. Ignoring messages. Have been chasing them also through Dick Smith and being given the run around. Do not buy through them.

The worst...Games advertised as arriving a week before Christmas but arrived 3 weeks after instead. The absolute worst to try and track & trace, no satisfactory answers, no real people, no real service. Big W should be ashamed to use this atrocious company. I certainly won't ever use them again, they cannot be trusted at all.

Terribe. I preordered the item a few months ago, and they canceled everything after the release date. I would never purchase from them again, and if anyone is thinking of buying from them, I would definitely recommend avoiding it.

Bought item, got tracking fast, but that was the end of it. tracking shows it has not even been picked up by Australia Post yet, they dont reply to emails, or facebook (no post since 2022), and you are in the dark. Many horror stories like mine on reddit, this company should be shut down...good luck if you run this gauntlet, they are terrible!

requested a refund on the 21st of December. I received a full refund on the 28th. At no point was I offered anything more than an apology for the delay or false claims that the package would be shipped shortly.

Product arrived faulty. Contacted Gamerholic and they said they'd get back to me with a solution. They ignored 4 followup emails over the next two months, and there has been no resolution.

Ordered Monument Airbrush Primer but received a dice set after a few weeks wait. They would not budge or help, continually telling me to send the item back. Horrible.

process felt very unprofessional. As a seller myself, I understand mistakes can happen — but the way this was handled showed little respect for the customer’s time or trust.

I won’t be ordering from Gamerholic again and would caution others to be careful.

be sent within 3 days, despite prior one saying it had been dispatched. 3 days after I received a transit email from the freight company to say it's on its way. Less than a week later it arrived, however only contained 1 of the 2 items purchased. Still no response to the email again requesting a refund.

Seems you don't get the stock unless you complain and even then, they get it wrong. Can't help but think it's on purpose so people give up. Incredibly frustrating.

counter showing that they had a number of each book still available, so I ordered all 3. They had a staggered release schedule (October 2024, November 2024 band finally April 2025). After the last book of the 3 books was released, I reached out to Gamerholic to see when they would send my order. Their delayed email response was brief: "The products are on preorder with no ETA. Would you like a refund". I certainly didn't want a refund. I can't buy these books anymore. They are selling for at least $200 each on ebay! I tried to ask them for more explanation or some sort of reassurance that they had some of my books or that my books exist and are just delayed. All Gamerholic would say is that they have no ETA, I can't speak to their supplier, they don't have any of my books and they could give me a refund. They wouldn't tell me if they had received a shipment. I am certain that they had a delivery of books and, given the high price they were selling for, I suspect they sold my preorders to other customers at a higher price. This is despicable behaviour.

Recommend you shop elsewhere. Placed an order via their website for products listed as in stock. Shipping number didn’t work - possibly fake - I checked with the courier company who had not record of a pick up. Followed up with Gamerholic by email and Facebook. Always apologised and always played for time. Never offered a resolution even when I asked for a refund.

Gamerholic is not worth the hassle – I made 2 preorders for One Piece TCG products last September. Not wanting to be left unable to purchase desired and preordered items again, I have now in February enquired on the status of my second preorder, also around $600 for next One Piece TCG releases in March. Luckily I used my initiative to check my order status as Gamerholic rwplied that they are out of stock and unable to fulfil my preorder!!!! Almost six months into a paid preorder and they are out off stock??? When were they gonna inform me? After I notify of items not arriving, or after stock is sold out or marked up above rrp elsewhere. Very suspicious, avoid if you can, they obviously don't understand or care for the needs of customers within the gaming world.

SCAM! Goods never arrive and seller can't be contacted – Ordered several items, using the Shop app. Two weeks later there is no shipping number and no response from Gamerholic to multiple emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting money back from my bank as a disputed transaction. I really wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I don't understand how this "business" is still operating. Also don't understand why Shop/Shopify permits them to operate through their app.

update: so after i "escalated" my package 2 weeks later then my package shipped the next day and then arrived about 5 days later. conincidence ? perhaps. with the products i requested

i think this company does not have any floor stock and when you place and order it comes direct from overseas suppliers - hence why the tracking number isnt live until it gets to sydney. then they redirect to you.

overall i would not recommend.

Putrid customer experience – They're a Big W Marketplace supplier. Absolute rubbish. Took 3 weeks to deliver, and then sent the wrong item. The return process was exhaustive, with incredibly slow responses, and a refusal to confirm they would pay the initial postage. why would i have to incur this postage when they sent the wrong item?

Lack of communication, didn't recieve order – Like other reviewers, a fake tracking number was attached and once I contacted the seller after the arrival date had passed they said they didn't have it in stock and would get back, but never did. PLEASE AVOID.
