Garden “Express”

My first purchase at Garden express online. I have ordered some plants 20th March and they dispatched 25th. They didn’t consider Easter long week end? Now my parcel is stuck at somewhere and estimate delivery is 2nd - 5th April. It means the plants in the box for 7- 10 days. I’m afraid if the plants are not good condition… definitely they are not Garden “Express”

Perfect!

My plants were posted the same day I ordered; they arrived in record time, looking so fresh and green, beautifully packaged, with their soil still damp - truly amazing for being transported in the height of summer. Renee's customer service is second to none and I've already put in another order, which I know will not be the last - so pleased I found Garden Express! Show details ·  1

Shipped to WA

My order was despatched on 31 Jan and arrived on 7 Feb. All the plants were in excellent condition considering they’d been boxed for a week. I was very impressed with the packaging. Would happily recommend this company.
Update: I potted on the Fairy Magnolias - all three doing well with new growth. As soon as the weather cools a bit they will be planted in the garden. All the pig face plants are healthy and will also go into the garden soon. Show details ·  1

Magnolia fairy blush

Order my plant Thursday and received it on the Monday, pot still nice and damp. Few yellow leaves but to be expected after being in a box for 4 days. Hopefully it will be a beautiful tree in years to come. Would recommend with the service I just received. Happy gardening Show details ·  1

Beyond disappointed

My order arrived today and one plant is all mouldy and dying, the other isn’t much better. Both were tightly root bound. They were intended to be given as Christmas gifts but obviously not in this condition. Hopefully I can bring them back to life. Won’t be ordering from this online store again. Show details

Garden Express Online store is a Gardeners Delight

My Hippeastrums Mixed arrived all good big sized fresh bulbs, plump, fresh and strong roots just a pleasure to receive. Bulbs carefully packed with shredded paper protection and a helpful planting guide.
Having just paid $35.00 plus postage to another well know bulb grower for one big bulb that the grower's internet page assured his buyers he had seen flower arrived as two tiny shrivelled unwrapped bulbs.
I would recommend Garden Express Online store for any bulb purchases. Show details ·  3

Plants arrived in totally unacceptable condition

I purchase to native pig face plants and when they arrived the stems on both plants were brown and shrivelled. I contacted them and ask for advice as to how to save my plants and received no response. I will not be buying from the place ever again. Show details

Advertising looks great but is deceiving

Yes garden express really know how to pack the plants good but for what you pay for and the quality is another thing and when you receive the plants they usually look nothing like in the picture, how do they keep getting away with this. Show details

Was this a scam?

I ordered a “rare” pink hydrangea for over $50. It arrived well packed and I planted it in a pot using top quality potting mix. (Unfortunately I didn’t keep the label). It flowered late in the season but guess what? It was WHITE! and looked suspiciously like an established not rare hydrangea already in my garden. On reporting this to Garden Express along with photos I received a reply … a lecture about hydrangea colour and soil type an an offer to sell me a colour agent for the soil! Non customer service is one of the problems of on-line shopping I guess but can they get away with treating their customers with disdain? Show details
