Crap service.. just focus on their money
They will charge you $250 per person if you want to refund your tickets when airline add 14hours waiting on the way and no any option. If you proceed for refund, you probably get your refund in 3-5 months after deduction.

She went through the dates and quoted the price
I had a little reservation about my leave dates and she suggested to make a 5 percent payment to hold it
Promptly she called today and guided me through the payment process through my mobile banking app
This was amazing journey they look after me

Very unprofessional and just sales oriented company
- very pathetic customer service -- they just look after their customer till the time they get money. Once money received they will not even respond to queries for days.
- their customer complaint is useless, I filled first complaint on 20th april, no updates till date. I filled another complaint on 28th Apr and same no response.
- i will not recommend to changing or canceling tickets as they will charge you more than 60% of what you have paid and will not give you any price break up.
They try to steal money from from customers.
Pay with credit card
I booked a ticket and ask her to pay with Amex and she said yes you can buy after paid $175 for deposit, I called 20 times and no one have knowledge how to charge Amex full amount, What a bunch of idiots .
Do not pay deposits.
Avoid at all cost, they're cheaters.
Requested for a date change, while return, which is airline offering for free first time. But these guys want to charge me athousand dollars, which is double the ticket price.

Not refunding money despite several requests
Made a double payment for a ticket, one OSKO and another non OSKO (takes more than 24 hrs for fund transfer). The booking agent assured that excess money will be refunded in a few days time. Ticket was booked on 31st March despite several requests they have not refunded the money till date. I have decided to raise the matter with consumer affairs Victoria. The ticket was costlier than online booking from Air India. Only reason I booked with this agent because ANZ blocked my card as transaction was made on an overseas website for a large amount.
Please avoid this travel agent.
Misleading information by Gaura travels re flights
Though I had heard poor reviews of Gaura recently I decided to book my tickets from Sydney to bengaluru and return as I had booked through them long time back and had no issues then probably because they had just started then. I specifically asked for singapore airlines as i didnt want to travel on any airline cheaper. Though the service was polite from Gaura agent she did not tell me the leg from singapore to sydney on return was on budget airline scoot. I saw the iterinary and seeing was operated by sinagpore airlines did nt think the service...was budget. In fact I even told her my meals preference. Later I got to know while trying to buy my seat preference Scoot was budget and no confirmed meals. So I asked them to change that leg to a proper non budget Singapore airline flight for which they charged me $275 as cancellation fee. And all this because they did not give me proper information in the first place despite them knowing my intention of booking spore airlines was to have proper comfortable flights. This think is misleading the passengers. What is the point of an agent if they cannot give the information required or else I could have booked online myself. Now I have made a complaint and still waiting for them to action it.

So poor service i had ever, paid for flight,ticket sent by Gaura travel but when i tried to complete web checkin then I got message from airline that ticket was not valid, i spoke to gaura team and they said ticket canceled because payment was not cleared from my bank, then I sent out copy of bank transactions after that they sent another ticket, that was not valid too. I called lot of time and had to tell the whole storey to everyone in Gaura team, Then they sent another ticket but after the flight time, (flight time was 9,30pm but they sent ...me ticket at 12.35am). So I lost money and faced lots of issues. I had sent refund request email but after 6 weeks i didn’t heard anything from Gaura travel, reputed three time same email . I am thinking that their business is just to get money and after that that don’t want to listen the customer. So poor customer service. I will not recommend any one to go and deal with them. I will give -* if i could.
Worst agent of Australia
We had our booking with Gaura Travel for 1st March 2022 to India. On the day of Travel, we were not allowed to board the flight due to confusion on documentation. In nutshell we were left in a lurch by Sri Lankan Airline to sort with the agent (Gaura Travel) when contacted gaura Travel we were shocked to hear that the respective department open in afternoon as per Indian standard time since they have Backoffice in India. Meanwhile using our references, we made some arrangement to have seat allocated in the following flight which was in Mid-nigh...t. The seats were allocated to us by Head office of Sri Lankan airline and all it was required from the Gaura travel agent to release that allotment so it can some into system to process the check-in. It took 5 hrs. for Gaura travel agent to understand the process. Finally, they were able to release at 10pm but by that time Airline office was closed and all the efforts made was good for nothing. We were left with no other option than to buy on spot tickets for India that cost us 2 times the actual cost of the original tickets. When requested Gaura Travel for refund we were advised they will deduct $800 per person and the amount will be in account not before 5 months. I normally don’t write reviews, but I guess as a caution to others it is important to beware. We go through agents so our journey is comfortable, and we have all information and assistance in time of need but sorry to say these agent cash over opportunities, we wouldn’t have into the situation if the booking was done directly. Due to incompetence and lack of understanding and focus on target achievement we are treated as numbers not person. In conclusion don’t be in trap of at least Gaura Travel and do proper research before your travel, so your travel is enjoyable and memorable not a nightmare.
Worst service and put us in trouble
I have booked a ticket flight ticket on 17/02/2022, and immediately I had made a payment. I had sent an email on the same day by attaching the screenshot, the same day I have even contacted gaura travels and they have confirmed the same. While booking the ticket I told the agent that I am pregnant and I can't follow up, because I was already overdue. But, after booking i was calling every day for the status and update, agents said the same thing that payment was received. I have been in the hospital since 22/02/2022, When I got the baby on 24/0...2/2022 early morning around 02:00 through cesarean the same day around 15:28, gaura travel team sent an email stating that the flight tickets were sold out they can't be able to provide the same tickets as i have originally opted for. Then I got a missed call, and a voice message, after that I have contacted multiple times by sending emails and calls asking the agents to transfer the call to a flight change team agent who's name is [Name Removed], but they never transferred the call and they promised to arrange a call back. After following up multiple times through mails and calls they arranged a call back, and he offered the ticket on 27/02/2022 from Hyderabad to Delhi morning 05:00 to 07:15, remaining all stops are the same, we have accepted for the same but at the end they sent a e-ticket for 26/02/2022 from hyderabad to delhi 10:50 PM to 27/02/2022 01;05 PM on 25/02/2022 at 9:53 PM to travel next day. The e-tickets were sent to me after multiple follow-ups though different communication channels. I have originally accepted the tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata, kolkata to singapore, and singapore to melbourne with 2 stops and the journey dates were 28/02/2022 to 01/03/2022, but then gaura travel guys called me and changed to 3 stops from hyderabad to delhi, delhi to singapore, singapore to brisbane, and brisbane to melbourne on 27/02/2022 to 28/02/2022, i accepted the same, at the end travel team sent different tickets from 26/02/2022 to 28/02/2022. I already told [Name Removed] that I had a cesarean and I am in hospital and explained the situation very clearly, even though I told that my mother is a patient and she needs a wheelchair. I told [Name Removed] to arrange a call back but she never arranged a call back. I am having all the conversation recordings and all email proofs of what the gaura travel guys have promised and what the service they provided. Gaura travel guys gave me mental tension and suffered me in my difficult times. I needed my mother urgently so I booked a ticket with other airlines. The amount is $2347 so I need compensation for the same and also, I need the whole $1300 that I paid to gaura travels that needs to be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. Gaura travel agent forced and promised the things to buy the ticket.
They make money on uninformed, less educated poor migrants
Booked a ticket with them in 2019 pre covid, cancelled in January pre covid in 2020 and asked for a refund which they said I will get in 6 months. Called the airline which said the refund is under processing and I will be paid by the agent. Covid happened and this is 2022 now, still haven't received a refund.

Booking was done and itinerary ticket was issued . Recieved a call some hours later and got told , ticket has been cancelled and to rebook the same flight and ticket , I have to pay extra 300 dollars .
They admitted they have untrained staff who gave the wrong information but customer is reliable for it . All staff blame each other for mistakes and wrong information . They just trained well to get u in trap

I have booked a ticket for my mother to fly from Delhi to Melbourne in January 2022 via Malaysian airline charter flight.
I have been told that the ticket will be issued 24hrs prior to the flight.
The airline numbers are MH129 and MH191. If I type this flight number on google, I can see that these flight do fly almost every day.
I know a lot of commercial flights were cancelled in the past but Covid situation is improving now so the charter flights arranged for end of December 2021 and Jan 2022 must fly without any issues?
Any one have any thoughts on this?
The issue here is getting your eTickets , it’s not airline but it’s these scammers who won’t issue you ticket , no matter how you approach them . But one thing that worked for me to get my tick...et just 48 hrs before departure was my cousin paid them a visit in their Melbourne office which was shut from outside he kept knocking on the door so finally someone came out & he asked the lady person incharge to talk to me on his phone .
They have cancelled the Malaysian airlines charter flights on the 22nd of December and I don't think your flights in January are going to go either. The Indian Government has cancelled all fli...
If I google search MH191 and MH129, it is showing that these flights are scheduled for 22nd Dec and 23rd Dec.

They finally gave me my tickets , but I went through lot of stress to get my eticket , it was my Mama G in Melbourne, they paid them a visit , I think that’s where these guys , though...t of issuing me a ticket as we gave them clear indication , if they will do anything wrong like what others have faced , we will take serious action.
I think this fraud company is playing with people , with their hard earned money and emotion , as people are really desperate to travel. Reading the recent reviews in Gaura travel website ...and product review.com.au it is very clear they are frauds and taking people's money. There are many people out there who are frustrated and do not know how to get their money back and some just give up. Because people do not make an official complaint these frauds are making money. Truly, they do not work according to Australian standards. The refunds may even take a year. I feel sad for those who have lost their hard earned money. I think many hundred people are being scammed by them not knowing what to do. It would be good if you / or as a group we do something about it. Need to get them together so we can report. If you post ur details ( not ur personal but if you can create one for this good cause) in Gaura travel review page people may reach out to you.
