Had 4 shirts ready for me to try on after calling her the day before. Apart from the fact that Michelle was such a lovely person to chat too throughout the entire process. What a shame – Loyal Gazman customer for many years, but no more. Previously bought and happy with shirts, shorts, trousers, jacket. Recently bought "cuffed" shorts ... very disappointed. Beware of donating for “gift wrapping” – Was super disappointed (& too embarrassed to say anything afterwards) after I was asked to make a donation to a charity - which I was more than happy to do - for what I was told was special “Xmas gift wrapping”. Long time customer…..no more – Have been buying clothing for many years from Gazman. No longer! Quality has really dropped whilst pricing has gone up. in rotation with numerous other clothing items, I no longer feel I can wear them to work. At $99, that’s pretty bad value! By contrast, I have suit pants, jeans, chinos that I’ve worn for years and they’re still quite presentable.

Gazman shirt quality going south – Shirt fabric is thin. The shirts are treated with something that tends to wash out over time and they become baggy and creased. I have some old shirts made of such better fabric but in the last 12 months, the quality has lessened. Show details

Absolute definition of Looting – The clothes are with very super thin fabric as if its just one layer of cloth to cover your body and nothing else. The prices are so high that even Target and Kmart quality is super nice as compared to theirs with half the price of Gazman. Show details

Cheap quality – I am a customer of Gazman for a long time for my workwear. In the past I have been very happy with the items I ordered online. I recently purchased two t shirts and a short sleeve shirt and all these items were very thin and cheap cotton material not like the good material quality as before. didn't degrade as quickly as other brands from Myers and tended to hold their shape better over time. The polo shirts I bought recently were excessively long and large. I haven't changed weight but the size seems to be one too large. Gazman is not the only brand that has done this. The quality is also disappointing - easy wrinkling, especially at the lower excessive length end and the colour is already degrading at thr stitching and collars. I have decided to wear them with shorts and thongs in very casual settings to wear them out around the house and will look around for a better brand - not from my usual sources as they all seem to carry brands that have gone this way.

lowering of the quality of fabrics - woollen knitwear too itchy to wear, and ‘winter-weight’ trousers being very flimsy. The last three items delivered were such a disappointment that he’s declared his long and happy relationship is now over. Terrible service – I ordered two giftcards online, one for my husband one for my father, for Fathers day. They sent both to my father. The process of trying to find out what happened took 2 months and then they sent expired voucher codes and then were extremely rude when I went back and tried to let them know this. Same or better quality as Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren & Gant – Same quality if not better than all the name brands. You have to be selective in what you buy as some of the items are a little out of date but why pay $80 for a t-shirt from Ralph Lauren when you can have the same thing for $20? Good quality at reasonable prices – My 70+ husband buys most of his clothes from Gazman. The fabrics are exceptional, the garments are beautifully made, and they wash and wear well. Judging by this product a GazMan 'Large' is probably the same size as a X-Large, indicating that a really bad cost cutting initiative has also been exercised.

A GazMan belt l bought last year, has already begun to fray! Compared to a similar Italian made belt, l'd had which lasted almost 20 years.

I wouldn't buy another GazMan product online. If at all, l'd be better off going in-store to inspect the goods first!

No customer service – Went into Burnside store to buy a total replacement wardrobe. No other customers in shop. 2 staff “Prue & Trude” totally ignored me. Looked around for 5 minutes. Would not help me or talk to me. Show details

I followed instructions por opting out by texting the word STOP to no avail.
