They claim these are orthotic shoes, $66. These are $10 junk cheap shoes. Absolutely flat inside and cheaply made.Nothing orthoic about them. Just a chinese drop shipping company
I believe they do not merit a favorable rating. I purchased women's size 9 shoes (Australian size, EUR 40) for professional use, but received size 41 instead. I contacted them requesting a full refund and return due to the sizing discrepancy. They responded by offering a 20% discount, despite their policy guaranteeing a 100% refund for customer… Read more
dissatisfaction. They offered 40% refund and keep the shoes and order another pair of shoes. The shoes are not correct sizes and I think they are unisex but they state womens sizes....no way they are women's sizes too large, wide false information! Their policy and offering to return the unworn shoes is 100% refund. despite the shoes being too large, wide, and unisex rather than the women's size. Constant back and forward emails. They are avoiding giving full refund or they are delaying and waiting 30 days so you can't get your full refund!

I…the same as others though I was buying from an Australian store. Who wouldn’t with the name Aussies Finest Melbourne! The pictures of the products In my case, shoes looked like they were leather & suede & made nicely, the colour was very nice as well. When I received them they are junky plastic! No suede uppers no leather just some imitation… Read more
material. The soul is plastic. Oh & I almost forgot they don’t fit! They are so light I can lift them up with my little finger. They certainly are not at all what I expected! Totally disappointing. I tried to send them back for a full refund on the $69 AUD that I paid for them & they said I had to pay $30 to send them back to CHINA!! I was furious! After a dispute I get to keep the crappy shoes & I get half of my money back! SUCH A SCAM!!! Absolute disgrace!

Don't waste your money. Shoe's online are NOT what you receive. Will never buy from Geekhubis again
Shoes arrived and were not orthopedic shoes as advertised, no arch support or supportive heel counter, they arrived flattened as if steam rolled - no box. When a refund was requested it started a bargaining process by the company and eventually accepted a partial refund after being threatened with possible credit rating effect - how I've no idea. Totally disreputable Chinese company - do not use. Show details

I would never purchase another product from Geekhubis. What they show online and what you end up getting is worlds apart. The quality of product is cheap and nasty. Don't do it!!!! I have had to fight to get money back and keep getting offered some money back but to keep the inferior item. No thanks. Show details
I bought shoes online Orthopedic Air Trainers Cushion Comfort Sneakers size 6.5. They came way too small - not true to size. Material was also of a poor quality. I contacted them straight away for a full refund and they kept offering me 50% off. Their email went to SPAM folder and I did not realise until I contacted them again some time later.… Read more
They said it was now too late to return it and they won’t even respond anymore. Please stay away. Shoes are of a poor quality and sizing is also incorrect. Won’t buy from them again.

No issues with refund – I bought 2 pairs of shoes by mistake, sent an email the following day and asked them to cancel my order. I found customer service very helpful. Communication was within 1 business day and refund was processed the same day. No issues.
Very happy buyer! – Hi! I received my orthopaedic runners this morning. I think they are perfect. I’ve seen some really negative reviews on here and I just wanted to come on here to say the size is perfect, the sole cushioning is fantastic and the style of the shoe is true to the photo shown on their website! Definitely not “cheaply” made or untrue to size etc. I… Read more
was worried reading reviews what I may receive but I’m extremely happy with my purchase! I definitely will buy in another colour for sure. They are super cute :)
For a so called scam website these shoes are great as well as the business – Was weary when reading this was a scam website, I wasn’t expecting much if anything to come through. But very pleasantly surprised to say these shoes arrived in good condition, and delivery was very fast, especially for the Christmas period. Don’t know why it’s listed as a scam website, I couldn’t be happier Show details

Reached out to Company - nil response 22 May 2025 - Now need to go through the whole refund process DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered 38 size but they feel too tight, Hopefully they will stretch around the feet. I wasn't very impressed how they were finished and glued. I also got them because in their description it says they are orthopaedic but they are not. Thankfully I got them for work and they will do the job. I won't be buying again from this website. them but don't like my chances of a full refund.. Lucky I payed with PayPal and will be reporting this company to them as a scam site and hopefully can recover my money
I love the orange Orthotic sandals that I purchased. They are so comfy it's like walking on air. I've decided to buy a black & white pair. The delivery was quick with a tracking service. These shoes are definitely value for money and I am very satisfied with the quality of them. I would certainly recommend them for people with foot issues Show details
The shoes I ordered are too small and I am asked to provide detailed information about exactly in which way they are too small AND photographic evidence before they'll tell me how to return them. What the actual hell? I don't have time for this crap. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them if their customer service if this poor. Show details
I had ordered a bigger size than my usual, the shoe still didn’t fit me. I Begged them to exchange the slip ons for a size up, as the shoes were tight especially in a front. They told me no exchanges and offered 20% discount on my next purchase. ☹️ Now what am I to do with the shoes I’m not going to wear?! Show details

Been Googling for a pair of walking shoes for a while and the Geekhubis ad popped up in a sidebar of a social media site. Was quite excited by the look of the shoes. I’d seen some men's walking shoes upwards of $900 on some websites so $69.59 a pair from Geekhubis seemed a good buy. They were described as Men’s Winter Casual Hand Stitching Arch… Read more
Support & Non-slip Breathable Boots. The listing on the website uses the term ‘leather’ in two instances. The product shot of the brown shoes showed a pair of shoes with a nice burnished look that very much looked like leather.
There was a ‘mailing address’ shown as MANLY, New South Wales 2095 Australia but without an actual street address or PO Box number. The Geekhubris team on the website showed four young Western people in Geekhubis t-shirts. This was sufficient to have me believe I was ordering from an Australian-based business.
Decided to order a pair each in black and brown. Had to have a few goes at getting the right size in the shopping cart until I found the size dropdown and got the selection right. Made the payment through PayPal on 2nd March and received an order confirmation from ‘The Geekhubis Official Team.’
After closing the Geekhubis website I noticed right underneath…ProductReview | Geekhubis reviews and the first review AVOID at all cost. (Etc., etc., etc.!) I clicked on the link and discovered Geekhubis had only 1.3 stars and 95% negative feedback across 151 verified reviews - plus a warning from the Product Review administrators “We have detected a number of positive reviews for this listing which we suspect have been falsely generated and have the potential to mislead consumers.’ I went into a panic. I logged into PayPal and tried to reverse the PayPal transaction but it was too late unless I started a dispute, with PayPal advising to contact the seller first. I then noted on the PayPal receipt “Payment to (Chinese characters) playwinwin2020@gmail.com.”
The Chinese characters translated Shenzhen Shenfengwan Technology Co., Ltd on Google translate. I emailed Geekhubis at support@geekhubis.com and pointed out that I’d come across a lot of bad reviews after placing my order and that the geekhubis website indicated that it was an Australian-based business. I asked them to confirm that their business was real and the quality of the product was as shown on the website. I received a reply On Tue, 4 Mar 2025 from <support@geekhubis.com> which read 'Dear customer, Sorry to keep you waiting. May I ask if there is anything we can do to help you? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again. Best regards, Jill Customer Service Center.' I was quite sure I’d lost my $132.22 AUD at this point.
On March 10th I received an Australia Post email advising ‘We've just received the shipping information for your delivery. It should be on its way within 3 business days.’
On March 19th I collected the boots from an Australia Post outlet.
The shoes (not boots) were packed in a plastic bag but in good condition when unpacked. They didn’t look much like the photos I’d kept a record of. Very plastic looking in comparison.
The size was spot-on and they were very comfortable right from the first wear.
The quality is not good. They are not hand stitched. They are very obviously mass produced. I’d bought them specifically for travel and distance walking but I’m not sure that they’ll stand up to a lot of wear and tear. I suspect I’ll wear them around the house hoping that might provide some longevity.
On ScamAdviser geekhubis has a Trust score of 1/100.
I noted one reviewer is seeking satisfaction for a geekhubis transaction through the ACCC. Probably not much the ACCC can do about an offshore business. However, when a tariff war was imminent, the Chinese government initiated the “China Plus One" Strategy (or "C+1”). One of the strategies encourages Chinese consumer goods producers to diversify their revenue streams by actively engaging in cross-border sales to overseas consumers. This strategy relies on reliable, transparent and genuine trading that guarantees an honest and accurate transaction - and subsequent buyer satisfaction. Aussie consumers might be better off making a complaint through trade channels like the Australia China Business Council to exert Chinese Government pressure on businesses that are set up to rip off Western consumers and threaten the viability of the Chinese government “C+1” policy (as well as impacting on the potential sales of reputable Asian online sellers).
I've bought so much online over the years that I can't believe I made such a rookie mistake and bought from an unknown business before I'd checked reviews.
Disaster. DO NOT BUY PLEASE AVOID BUYING from this site. The product doesnot meet the quality and standard as mentioned on the website. The shoes smells, are made of plastic and of vey low quality. They are nothing like orthopadeic shoes. What a scam. I received my item but is damaged and looks it has been worn already. Completely fake and… Read more
misleading. I am trying to get the refund but they are only making and offer of 30% refund what a shame. This company should be reported.
Absolute rubbish avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! Orthopaedic shoes my backside, cheap nasty , stinky, badly made, not fit for purpose, not as described. Buy this at your own risk, after 2 hours wearing their orthopaedic shoes and wasn’t even walking in the rubbish! Walked to the plane, walked off the plane!!!! Had to buy new shoes at my destination ! SCAM ! Avoid at all costs and pay attention to all the bad reviews as they are all true. Good reviews must be all fake! Ignore their return policy as you will never get your money back which makes it very difficult when you can't try on the shoes and see the cheap quality. Totally illegal as they state on their website that you can get a… Read more
refund. Also the delivery took forever and they kept promising that the order is on it's way. If you have been scammed, please contact your bank and they will organise to get your money back.
Poor quality and poor customer service – Sandals that are meant to be supportive and comfortable are definitely not either. Very cheap flimsy uncomfortable materials used. Customer service to have items refunded is impossible, they divert and offer a 20% refund. I will NEVER purchase from this company EVER again. Show details
Terrible – 0 stars! Shoes too small and they are making a fool out of me, I've send them 20 emails and they keep lying that I will get new shoes but keep postponing it. They will not refund my money!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – This compasny needs to be banned from doing business in Australia. More and more of these companies are setting up from China it seems but pose as Australian companies. They say there is a 30 return policy but then do not honour that. I am so over all the correspondence I am taking them to Australian consumer affairs. I think there should be alowance for 0 stars
The product makes false claims – They claim it’s Leather it’s not Leather, there’s not a single stitch. It’s an impression made of plastic the souls are hard cardboard absolute scam…..
Just another dodgy China Company – Thought they were Aussie owned but just another dodgy Chinese company. Ordered two pairs of shoes 8.5, three weeks later they sent me 9.5. Asked for exchange, they gave me the “sorry” runaround and now no communication. I’m stuck with shoes I can’t wear and $170 down.

Do Not Buy From Geekhubis! – I am absolutely kicking myself for not searching reviews for this company.. I normally always read reviews and do my research before ordering online but I dropped the ball on this one; I guess the professional website hoodwinked me properly! I Ordered three pairs of ‘orthopaedic’ shoes, two arrived yesterday - these are maybe not the cheapest,… Read more
but they are certainly the nastiest... made from cheap shiny plastic and ZERO orthopaedic benefit or arch support for my Plantar fasciitis. Also, the size 9 I ordered, are too big and don’t fit, so I took photos and requested a return label for a full refund. Like other customers, I was offered a 20% refund and I can keep the shoes… the same shoes that DONT fit me… why would I accept that offer.. truly!
Only after that email from them, I did some research to find so many unhappy customers with the very same issue; so I very quickly contacted PayPal who immediately approved my refund for the ‘orthopaedic’ pair that I have not yet received and they started the process for the two pairs for which I was offered 20% only. Do not spend one dollar with these guys. STAY AWAY!
Poor quality, poor sizing, poor service – I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Their refund policy says that you have 30 days to claim a refund if you are unhappy for any reason. My shoe size was waaayy off, and they were far too tight around my already very sore feet. I think that’s a legitimate reason to ask to return the shoes but they refused, offering a 20% refund, and… Read more
for me to keep the shoes which is pointless since they don’t fit! I had planned to return the shoes and purchase a new pair in a bugger size but now I just want my refund and I will go elsewhere. They shouldn’t advertise a policy that they have no intention of sticking to. People who buy orthopedic shoes usually do so because they have feet issues, so why would you insist that I persevere with shoes that don’t fit?
