Hi Jasner00, thank you for contacting us. We hope to resolve the matter. May we know what appliances or loads were connected before the overload lamp lit up and the unit eventually shut down?

The last time we used it was with some Led camping lights and an Engel fridge. Work perfectly no problems Went to start it this time with nothing connected at all and straight away the overload light comes on and the unit shuts down immediately

Have used the same set up with a Honda Generator with no problems so it’s not the fridge or led lights

Take issue up with supplier, obviously "electrical system" fault internal in windings.

By communicating with the seller of the unit directly, they will be given the chance to honour the warranty and provide support by all means available to resolve the overload issue of the gennie. Just check that you have not "cross-threaded the "cap". I think its a "plastic Cap" and can be easily cross-threaded. If so, unscrew same inspect thread in good light for damage to thread, if not bad use small file straighten thread. Further can use "O" ring correct size as washer too make seal. BEEN VERY CAREFUL SCREWING IN AND DON'T OVERTIGHTEN. If have problems and have "local MOWER SHOP" may be able to assist with issue.
