them away as the job was not going to commence until late January. However, when I had a closer inspection in January one part was damaged and within the hour of sending an email I was contacted and offered a replacement and to be sent express freight no charge. This was such a relief as we live in regional Queensland and tradies booked in to do the job. So happy and no drama or arguments as it was genuine fault from the factory. I would highly recommend this site. There's a reason why they have such high ratings. I made the wrong order late one night after they were closed. Panicked, I wrote emails and left messages via the website. They had the order fixed the very first thing the next morning when they opened. Very prompt and very professional.

hours later as they sent it via Express Post. The parts were the correct parts for my Refrigerator but it was the service that made this company stand out. I understand plastic can get damaged in transit despite being well packed but the companies response to the issue was exemplary and I would highly recommend.

Disappointing – I purchased here due to great reviews , but was wary as express post was not offered and i was desperate for washing machine part. Don't believe their reviews!! Appalling customer service – Placed an order with this website as they had a banner on the site stating "Normal shipping during Covide in February". Needless to say I made it known I was not happy and the reaction was complete indifference. Also the reason given for the website taking the order when they have no stock, "oh the website hasn't been updated". Yet despite this comment, the misleading and deceptive banner suggesting they are operating as normal, that was able to be updated.

Poor service from people they appear to be too lazy to communicate with customers after they have taken their money.

Absolutely outstanding! I ordered a replacement element for my oven on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered early on the following Monday morning. Genuine Appliance Parts had by far the best price for the article and I really liked the thorough product description on their website which included critical measurements and full appliance compatibility list. Based on my experience I highly recommend this company.

Able to return goods for refund – I order seals for my leaking Dishlex dishwasher, but before the seals arrived the electrics died so I had to replace the dishwasher. I contacted Genuine Appliance Parts who said I could return the unwanted seals without hesitation. Great Customer Service

I contacted them, they asked for the part number and added it to their ordering list, I ordered the part and it was delivered in a timely manner all the while still approx 60% cheaper than any other parts reseller who was able to sell me the part. 40% cheaper than Samsung for Fridge Shelves plus Great Service – We wanted to buy some fridge shelves for our Samsung Fridge. We rang Samsung. (That took one hour to get a number to ring.) Samsung's cost was over $130 including $20 delivery! So we rang Genuine appliance parts - $80 including $8 delivery. Friendly and efficient service. The lady was more confident on the part SKU than the guy from Samsung.
