It's been 10 days and although I sent them 3 emails and called several times, I didn't get one reply. It is the most distressing situation. I'll be in Sydney next week and I will go to the store personally to check if they are real, because it looks like a scam.

False advertising, holding on to your money and rude staff – Paid $1600 for a second hand sony 24-70 f2.8. Had to chase them after a week of not hearing from them. After a long wait on the phone I was told that they had no stock. The item is still advertised online. After several calls I was told that my refund will take another week. An appalling business model these days. Was good when I shopped in 1983-2008 but very rude and unprofessional now. Interpersonal communication = zero and you do get plenty of indication that this is purposely and consistently played out each time you transact with each and every employee. Shop elsewhere. I was even ridiculed for asking for my invoice. 5 months to deliver a lens? Go fool somebody else you should not be in business. A nasty drop shipping outfit is all this business has become. Do not be fooled by “in stock” when you order because it changes quickly to “awaiting stock”. The epitome of arrogance. And don’t expect any monetary interest refund for the months they have held your deposit.
Crawlingly slow shipping times. Ordered sensor cleaning swabs that were in stock. Took 9 days to ship. On contacting them I was informed they were busy and it takes time for them to send items between stores for dispatch. Postage showed as 3-7 days. At cutrent estimates I will recieve the item 21 day after puchase. Not good enough. Won't be shopping there again.
