the hose to the handle wont plug in !is there surpose to be a fat washer there when you plug it handle or it just pushes in and clips

Hi.....I purchased the gerni 110.5 pressure washer in Adelaide with 5 years warranty...three and half years ago when I was there on a short visit ....Now I am in Kerala, India.....Now the problem is that there is no enough pressure comes out but only little so I cannot able to use the washer..... there is no service centre available here to handed over....therefore please let me know what will be the possibility to repair it....?

Hi , the attachment for the hose has snapped off accidentally does anyone know if that can be replaced or buy a new one thanks

Brought "Gerni classic 110.5" from Bunnings this arvo, set up at home and there was no electric pump working only had water pressure coming through the gerni checked power was ok and on water was ok and on it just didn't work, very disappointing.

Take it back and swap for another one.

Hi Steven - I strongly recommend you do as I did - return it immediately for a refund and purchase a better one.

Yep I’ve gone through a couple of handles in a couple of years with maybe only one use per month . The plastic is rubbish & cracks under pressure. I’ve now bought an aftermarket metal type gun to try on the unit . This whole machine has been crap since day 1 . Will never buy a Gerni product ever again as quality just isn’t anything like it used to be ?
