My Gerni Clasic 120.2 won't turn on. All the obvious things have been checked and issue has been isolated to the unit not turning on like previous posts above. Is this the on/off switch or internal faulty electrics? This unit has only been used twice, very disappointed as I bought all the extra attachments. So I will never buy another Gerni product if this can't be fixed easily.

This is the second gerni 3600 I have purchased and had the same issue - works great for one day and then the electrics fail. What is going wrong? I’m very disappointed. Thought the first fail was just that particular unit but now it seems that the gerni 3600 is just very weak even for simple urban backyard use like mine. How can I fix it ? I’m not keen on making it Bunnings’ problem again when it’s obviously a problem of the product

Your problem may be similar to previous questions which were concerning water supply and pressure. If it's electrical, sorry don't know that side of things other than making sure it is all plugged and and no fuses/circuit breakers have been tripped

Our gerni 126.2 PAD 128470096, suddenly stopped working. There is power and the water runs through but no pressure anymore. thanks

This hasnt happened to me. I had some problem with low water pressure input but it settled down. mine also acts up when I release the trigger and instead of sitting in a ready mode it continually surges as if the pressure cannot be maintained. Sorry I cannot be more helpful

The nozzle on my gerni classic 120.2 is washing in a line instead of a circular motion, I have cleaned it.

Have water coming out of nozzle but it is not high pressure when impress on trigger what am I doing wrong?

when the water supply is connected and BEFORE the machine is switched on, pressing the trigger will allow water to flow though at tap pressure. I made the mistake of thinking my machine was not working at first because it made pumping noise when first switched on but stopped when the pressure was built up internally. This also means that when NOT pressing the trigger, the machine switches off and there is no audible indication it is working. On occasion when moving from place to place if I do not watch what I am doing I have pulled the plug out of the electricity supply and don't realise until I press the trigger and get only tap pressure.

Your problem could be something like this.

First check that the filter is clean. The filter is found where the water supply is connected to the machine. Next make sure that water is running through the machine and high pressure hose before you turn it on. The water supply valve only needs to be turned on in most areas only a little bit, in my case about 1/4 turn. Make sure power is available, then turn on your Gerni. If there is still no pressure please contact a service agent.
