Worst company to deal with – They took my money and ran.. they never contacted me about getting my qualifications. As soon as they got my money they didn’t want anything to do with me
They are fake misleading and scam – Does a 4 weeks course takes 20 weeks? They are just misleading everyone with fake promises and no time guarantees. Staff is always on great holidays. Their partnered colleges even don't want to respond them.

how simple it was to attain formal qualifications with my existing skills and knowledge and at the same time knowing that I had truly earned my diploma. I was given a discount for paying in full up front which was added incentive for me to enrol.
A great way to achieve your qualifications if you have the experience in the industry – This is an awesome opportunity for people with the terrain experience to gain a formal qualification. email requesting my Diploma only to have no response. I had also made phone calls and left many messages with no response. Now their phone number is not even available to call! What a disgusting way to treat hardworking people!
Get refund and follow up with RTO – Tried RTO blaa blaa and all. Corrupt system. My experience had been really bad with them. They stopped communication in January 2017. Gone into liquidation and no support offered so far. Chasing up is hard work but keep trying. Need to get to correct organisation. end result $$$ gone.
Fraud – Don't trust them. I have been waiting for more then a year. And every times ask them about my RPL status the feedback is my facilitator has been change. I have been trying to contact with them for last 3 month no one wants to attend my call. Well I am trying to call ACCC and complain about them it's a fraud case. They already taken my money.

I found it good – I was in dilemma at the beginning while i was seeing all this negative comments. But, I talked to GQA staff directly and decided to go through. I have got my Allied Health Certificate now. So, if you are genuine and working in same field. You don't have to worry just go ahead but u should be strict on your goal and chase for it. Overall, I found it good and genuine.

RIP OFF merchants - Avoid at all costs. They take your money and then don't deliver what they promis – These guys are very good communicators when you go to sign up, lots of follow up calls and emails, full of charms and promises... non-delivery of qualifications, however I have not heard back despite numerous phone calls and emails. Next step is legal action to recover my fees of $2640 which were paid in May 2016.

Liquidators that GQ Australia is now in liquidation. GQ owe more than $1M. Obviously they were trading insolently when they took my money. I will sue the directors personally, this is fraud through & through.

Deceitful – Signed up in November 2016. Passed along through 3 different "facilitators" from December to February.. No one answered the phone unless I pressed the "new customer" option. Obviously still signing people up but no contact with existing clients. Disgraceful business to deal with. No Diploma now I bet - so disappointed - after 20 years in my industry I thought this was the way to go to get qualified. Now in Liquidation.
We all got scramed – I wish l could be objective about this, but l cant find a nice word about GQA Half way though the coarse and found myself left out in the cold,They wont answer there phones or emails to me,l think l got ripped off over $1500 for a trade l have been doing for the last 30 years.All l can say is don't trust anyone no matter how good it sounds. I hope they get the full force of the law,.
Scam! Beware! – Scammers! Submitted all relevant documents for RPL last year. Never heard back from them. Phone is dead nobody replies to emails. Lost $2000!
Waiting for my Diploma for 4 months – I submitted all my work over and over again. I have been told since November 2016 it was with the markers. Each time I call it just been sent through to the markers. Still nothing. Now I can't reach them by phone. This is affecting my employment. I am so frustrated!!!
It was submitted to RTO but no certificate!!! – The process was easy and we submitted all the requirements which was submitted to an RTO late Jan then the company shut down now no certificate.
Absolutely rubbish 2 months of trying to contact people have had 1 phonecall returned – I will keep it short. Don't waste your time and money, use skilled certified or some other company i wish i did. Myself and a friend started at the same time different trades..he has had his certificate for a month and a half and I'm left 1500 out of pocket and now jobless. Thanks for nothing GQA.
Still waiting 5 months later now 6 months – I have been waiting almost five months for my Grad diploma Risk Management- have been told GQA are awaiting the RTA to release the certificate. Now i am getting no response from GOA - $5100 is a lot of money plus many hours gathering evidence - I am continually told it won't be long and a supervisor is looking into it but I have almost given up and ready to take the next action. It's obviously a scam.

in 3 weeks because I needed to gather the money. But no, they call me everyday different times a day to make me sign up for the course. That was already dodgy but i thought they were doing their job. Then I enroll and pay for the course ($2.400) and from there all those calls just ended. I get a facilitator who doesn't help me at all and is also incredibly rude like if I was a pain in her back, when that is their job, even though I actually spoke with her few times since no one answer to the phone or get back to the emails. This company to me just doesn't exist. Anyway, they said that my evidence went to the RTO and after calling them thousands of times, they say there is missing evidence. After days of emailing them back and forth to understand what they were looking for as I already sent them all they were asking for, they ask me to send them again because maybe they lost them. Then, in my case, they were asking for one unit in particular that was really vague and so I asked them to please specify better and give examples and...They just disappeared. So, since I was sick of them and I needed the cert asap for visa reasons, I decided to go with another provider (and I had to pay again!) and I got it within a month. Few days ago, i receive an email from them saying that I have a new facilitator that would help to get the cert, after more than a month they disappeared. Now I cannot explain how sick they made me feel; I was in a dreadful situation having just a short time to get the cert and they were just mocking around. If I went straight away with the other provider I wouldn't have lost my money and 5 months of life living in anxiety. Now I just want my money back and I'll do everything in my power to get it back because it is impossible that this company gets away with its behaviour. They are just scamming people and I can't believe they are still selling courses instead of being shut down as they are not able to give their service. Don't go with them!!
Terrible customer service and no diploma!!! – I am meant to be at the last part of an incredible long process. looks to be to busy to answer the phone or send me an email. They've got a company that is answering the phone to leave messages with no other options, no supervisor or anyone that can give you any kind of information.....

I have read so many terrible reviews about this company and am feeling sick to my stomach about the amount of people who are in the same situation as me and just want a refund for being provided with incorrect information from the start. I will action legal proceedings myself if necessary and cannot understand how this organisation is allowed to continue taking people's money. Get Qualified Australia for alleged misleading and unconscionable conduct

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has instituted proceedings in the Federal Court against Get Qualified Australia Pty Ltd (Get Qualified). The ACCC alleges that Get Qualified made false or misleading representations and engaged in misleading and unconscionable conduct in connection with its supply of services to consumers seeking recognition of their prior learning to gain qualifications.
The ACCC has also brought proceedings against Get Qualified’s sole director, [name removed], alleging he was knowingly concerned in Get Qualified’s contraventions.
Get Qualified offers services which it asserts will assist consumers to gain qualifications such as a Certificate III in Carpentry from Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. RPL is an assessment process whereby students can obtain recognition for their previous work experience or prior study in order to achieve credit towards a qualification.
The ACCC alleges that from around 1 January 2015 to date, Get Qualified engaged in misleading and unconscionable conduct by:
Assuring consumers they were eligible for qualifications when, in fact, the sales representatives were call centre staff who were not qualified to assess consumers’ eligibility for qualifications and were required to meet sales targets as part of their role
telling consumers that they would be entitled to a “100% money back guarantee” if they were unsuccessful in obtaining the qualification through the RPL process when Get Qualified almost always declined customer refund requests in circumstances where customers did not receive their qualification
using unfair sales tactics to pressure consumers, such as claiming there were limited places in courses when this was unknown to Get Qualified
insisting upon up-front payment, either in full or under a payment plan, and only providing important information about the qualification requirements and Get Qualified’s terms and conditions after payment was made
after payment was made, failing to provide the service promised, refusing refund requests, and taking debt recovery action against consumers who did not receive a qualification and refused to make further payments to Get Qualified.
“The ACCC alleges that Get Qualified targeted vulnerable consumers with conduct that was clearly unfair and unreasonable, including providing them with false or misleading information about eligibility and refusing refunds,” ACCC Chairman [name removed] said.
“The ACCC alleges that since 1 January 2015, more than half of consumers that have been signed up and charged fees ranging from $700 to $8,500 have not obtained the qualification they were seeking.”
“Consumers must be provided with accurate and all relevant information in order to make an informed decision about their education. This is a recurring theme that the ACCC is determined to tackle,” [name removed] said.

They are Terrible – I payed for my Two RPL certification on the 20th sep 16. I had all my evidence submitted by November Now in 13 March 2017 I'm still struggling to get certification. call met after check my status but they didn't. Two time happened this nonsense. After 20 days I called them and according to them say have submitted everything to RTO and I would be get certification within one month, but I didn't. I called again and someone said she is new manager and we don't have any information about me, Will find out and contact me. After long time they said you evidence are not sufficient. It is a joke they advertise to done work within 3 months and on the 7th months they are asking me for evidence but (note down the point) they still don't know what are missing. Asked me to check with checklist. I never seen this type of bad service. I just want to say they are committed to work with us and will definitely provide us RPL but there is no time boundation. there was little support or communication from GQA.
They actively slow down any attempts to get a refund. Luckily I'd paid via card and my bank were very helpful in reversing the purchase, so I got my money back that way. You just have to fill in the form and give the reasons why you think it is dodgy.... I included many of the reviews from Product Review which were amazingly similar to my own experience.

to get recognition for those subjects.
After collecting all the information and videos of each module there was only one topic i still needed to complete- erect roofing trusses, so i called and asked about the 'other methods'. I was then told to go to my local park and erect and basic frame, with stud walls (not a model a full sized frame) and 'throw' a couple of trusses ontop and video record the whole process.
What I was suggested to do was, purchase a significant amount of building materials, effect a frame and roof... in my local park and then disassemble the whole structure and pay for rubbish removal. Not mentioning the legality of erecting essentially a house in my local park. Never in my life have i heard such nonsense.
Ended up costing me $2500 with nothing to show for it. Currently taking the case to fair trading. Just wish i would have taken the time to read the legitimate reviews on this site.

Ok if you get the right Facilitator – Submitted all my evidence/assignments, was left with no contact for 2 months. I emailed, phoned, no response. I had to email GQAustralia directly to get someone to listen. Got a new facilitator only to be told the cert I was applying for was old and had to redo and resubmit for current one.
