False description and advertising

Your outfit falsely advertises/sells "24 x 80g Bags (4oz) Wheel / Tyre Power Balance Beads PB1 Car 4WD Truck" whereas in fact 80g equals 2.82192oz. A total rip off!

Pure scam - purchased a product through the website and never heard from them again

Purchased a product on 20/1/2024 and never heard back from them again. It's been almost 3 months now. I've tried contacting them via their website, I just received a generic email. Tried numerous times contacting them again to arrange refund via phone and email. It's beginning to feel like I've been scammed and this is not a real company. I'm now trying to lodge a complaint to the Office of Consumer Affairs in Victoria, where they are registered. I'm hoping that their license to operate and scam people will be taken away as soon as possible Show details

Terrible Customer Service

Extremely poor customer service, they sell things on there site they don't have in stock, I ordered something over a month ago and have been told twice now(once they eventually reply) it will be in stock in a week, this has not happened, I finally cancelled the order after the last one and am now being ignored. Show details

I ordered and paid for a Makita Router kit but 10 days later it still hasn't been sent. If you try and contact them, you just get an automated generic email back. They offer items for sale that they don't have in stock. Show details

Unresponsive customer service SCAM!!!

I ordered a spray gun from a Facebook ad over a week ago!
BIG MISTAKE!!! Despite emailing them multiple times; NO RESPONONSE I even contacted them on their web page; NO RESPONSE
Have reported them to Facebook as a scam!
I’m reporting them to consumer affairs as well!!
No item being delivered Have requested a cancellation of order and a refund !
They have gone missing Would not recommend them I believe they have scammed me of $150.00

Wrong item sent - now not responding to send correct item

Ordered floor mats for my Suzuki Jimny, I ordered the Automatic version and was sent the manual version, have tried to complain and no response for about 1 month. They then come back to me every 3 or 4 weeks and keep delaying asking for 1 photo of the floor mat, 3 weeks later, then asking for a photo of the tag, then about 4 weeks later asking photo for the passenger side (not to sure why they need it as the passenger side is the same in the auto and manual versions. Complaint was raised in November’s 2023 and now Ned of March 2024 and still not sorted! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Show details

Scam business? Don't be sucked in by their glossy website!

Placed an order for safety equipment for our staff but haven't received it after a month. Can't get through to Tools.com to check status via phone or email to ask for an ETA or refund. Have left messages and they don't respond. Their tracking site stated my order was ready for processing, so 1month on and still my order hasn't even been looked at?! It fully appears as if this company is a scam and should be investigated to stop other people falling victim. Show details

tools.com has gone done the mine

I have used tools.com at Caloundra and Maroochydore for almost all my tool purchases and consumables. And I use substantial amounts of sanding disks and Festool dominoes etc. But never again: drove 40 km to Caloundra yesterday and found the store closed - apparently due to a takeover. Drove then to Maroochydore; at 3.15pm the store doors were locked. A lady appeared and told me they now open 6am to 3pm. She was completely indifferent.
I had been on their website in the morning and there were no warnings about closures or changed hours.
I won't ever use tools.com again. Show details

The mistake one should never make!

Not only that they are extremely non-responsive when contacted via phone, but is also full of lame excuses like “we’re waiting for response from OUR warehouse”(??) … and this will be dragged for months on… and if you do ask for a refund for the missing item, they’ll completely disappear for good !!! I bought and paid in full for two ‘F16 pulse king’ devices but they sent me only one….its been my 1st purchase from them and it’s gonna be the last one for sure …. Show details

I have returned an 18-36 volt Hikoki battery for a warranty claim and haven’t received a replacement despite multiple phone calls and speaking with David the Coloundra store manager, who assured me that he would send me a replacement battery, I asked if there had been a problem with these batteries, as at the time, the second battery failed (early January 2022), now today a third battery failed, I am extremely disappointed with GTD for very poor customer support and asking disappointed with Hikoki batteries, has anyone else had problems and is there another way for me to seek warranty??

I purchased a Makita combo set which was received no problems, great service & prompt delivery. My question is, not long after, I received an email with a free makita lunch bag for purchases over $300. I'm not sure if I'm eligible as combo was $599, or how to redeem if so. If you could clear me up on this, it would be good. Otherwise all service was great.
