hidden fees, site was always clean, and was left clean at the end. We moved in 2 months ago, some neighbours started building almost at the same time with different builders, and for some reason, we've seen their site left untouch sometimes for 2-3 weeks without anyone working on site. Still have no neighbours to this date. After the handover, communication again very good but no reason to contact them whatsoever, because everything is as expected!

What a great home – We began our GJ Gardeners experience mid 2014. was painless from start to finish. Nothing was to hard and the staff bent over backwards to help out and solve any issues. In a completely unsolicited compliment the new tenant who had lived in many new homes over the years asked the estate agent who had built the property as they had never lived in a home with such a good finish.
