you really will be getting, and allows you to focus on the workmanship and design, rather than being distracted by the decor and furnishings in a display home. GJ Gardner was also the only building company I found in my area, that allowed me to design a house specifically for my block, and then charge me for exactly what was in the design, rather than charging me extra for every change that I made to an existing design. Another aspect I really appreciated in GJ Gardner was that they allowed me to take as much time as I liked during the design process, to ensure that I had everything as I wanted it and could make considered rather than rushed decisions.

The build was very well managed, and I was amazed at how fast my house got to the lock-up stage. My future neighbors kept me updated on progress and told me that there was rarely a day when there wasn't someone on site doing something on my build - so the whole build and all the different tradespeople who worked on it, was very efficiently managed. I had regular site-inspections where everything was clearly explained and thoroughly gone over. The site-supervisor was very approachable, he addressed any queries straight away, and was also very flexible and accommodating in the way that he adjusted things to fit with the proposed landscaping of my property.

The customer service was impeccable. It was an absolute pleasure to build with GJ Gardner and I can't speak highly enough of their service and quality as designers and builders.

It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with such a pleasant and customer focused team. It is so nice to be able to visit your local office and talk and work with a local team of pleasant professionals.

The planning and construction was very well organised and executed. The sales staff in particular was exceptional in providing great inspirational ideas and design input to the planning of our home. When we had a design query he was very quick to come up with innovative and motivational solutions to the problems. Many, if not all, were happily adopted into the design.

The tradesmen were very dedicated and attended to all detail with precision, courtesy and promptness. The quality of the build has been very impressive. The tiling, timber flooring and the multitude of jobs required in the fit out of the house have all been exacting and performed to a very high standard. There was only minimal concerns to attend to at the end of the warranty period, all of which are being courteously and promptly attended to.

This home has been our sixth house that we have had constructed by various companies over the past 20 or so years. This being the only one that GJ Gardners’ has constructed for us and the only one that we have actually enjoyed and been totally enthused about. All the other builders have left me feeling worn down to a frazzle.

We do and will take great pleasure in showing our home to people in the district and will be glad to share our great experience with them. People often stop and admire our home when driving past and we readily share with them our great experience with the entire team at GJ Gardners East Gippsland.

Throughout the building process we were constantly kept informed and were provided with the opportunity of walking through our home with the Build Supervisor and Owner [name removed] when ever we wanted. Our home was built in good time and is of top quality. Since finishing building G.J. Gardner have remained in contact to ensure that everything has been ok and [name removed] the owner has even dropped in to say "Hi" and check that all is well.
