increases, etc. However, Bayside’s GM and his team did none of that and were very creative in solving the inevitable problems that arose. Bayside's office staff were very helpful during the contract and variations stage, and included features we had overlooked, e.g. built in laundry baskets, USB charges, extra power points, etc. Our building supervisor was brilliant and has unhesitatingly helped with various follow up issues. Overall we heartily recommend Bayside Premier Homes.

everything we do, and to this day have not met many people that deliver to our expectations, but GJ Gardner entire team ( Sales, Ops and Onsite team) delivered, and we are SO Impressed!
From the first time we spoke to them, they were honest, clear and everything they promised and said in the beginning is what they delivered in the end. From everything we see, read and hear in the building industry , GJ are a rare bunch of very good people. Customer service and flexibility was amazing. Workmanship was to the highest standard we have ever seen! We had a private inspector do 5 inspections, reports and anything that was found GJ addressed with zero debate! We ended up with almost zero defects :) which is unheard of, I am sure!!
Don't waste your time talking to any other builder, just get GJ in. Wait for them if you have to( we did), as they don't take on too many jobs and pay what they charge, its worth the peace of mind and end product!

Cabinets and wardrobe design with Michelle was seemless, informative and easy ! A pleasure to work with - super friendly, ALWAYS answered my calls.
Colour selections were a really fun process, and Ros has a world of experience with colours, features and designs. Ros also selected my curtains and blinds which i had not seen until installation, and it was FANTASTIC.
Initial works took a little longer to commence, but Fil did his absolute best to get the project off the ground as quick as he could, pending weather at the time. He is direct and tells you the facts as they are, which is what you want in a builder.
After lockup, internals were a smooth experience ! Go Go Go ! Aaron is a GUN ! on the ball, VERY communicative, accomodating, and always answered my calls and messages. We made a few tweaks to the design of the kitchen and he even built me a hidden under-staircase storage with a hidden door during the plaster and paint stage ! hassle free, he just gets on with the job !!
Final inspection came back really positive, roofing, structural, plumbing, caulking and flooring - major ticket items looked really good, compliant ! Aaron finalised the remaining few paint and patch items and within 3 weeks i had my keys ! super fast turn around !
All in all, very happy with the quality of the build ! I would definitely recommend GJ Gardner South East to any person or family looking for a good experience with a custom home builder ! they also build townhouses, side by side and units !

job. Administration side was beyond disappointing and actually a big joke which made me not ever want to build a house again. Communication just disappeared before Christmas once council plans were approved (since October) and it was me trying to constantly get in touch with the team to find out when construction was commencing. However, once Fil took over construction, everything was quick and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't really have high hopes due to have been waiting for so long but Fil proved me wrong. He always kept me updated every week and no matter his circumstances, always picked up the phone or got back to me with my questions. I cannot thank Fil enough for understanding my circumstances and being quick to act despite all the miscommunication (or non existent communication) from the other area of the company. His site supervisor, Aaron was also an equally exceptional person. Nothing was ever too complicated for him and he was always available for any questions. Angela, Fil & Aaron, I cannot thank you enough for turning my bad experience to an exceptional time. My house looks fantastic and beyond exceeding expectations. I hope in future the administration side of the company brings as much to the table as the others.
