build is below. It is embarrassing. Contracts signed 20/11/2019 Slab Claim 1/09/2020 Frame Claim 25/09/2020 Lock Up 08/02/2021 Fixing stage 15/06/2021 Completion Date ???????

Fortunately for any prospective GJ customers our builder was removed from the Pakenham franchise in late 2021. However this has left us with even less (none) support from the GJ Vic State office. Even while in communication with them we found out about this removal from a future neighbour and seek, where the franchise was listed for sale online. Only several weeks after did we receive formal notification.

We are now 13 months over the 13 month contracted build period. This fact has not even been acknowledged by our builder.

Due to our families previous experience with GJ Gardner we believed we were in good hands. Unfortunately not.

-Update as of 10/09/2022 - we've now attempted multiple times to speak with the National Head office via email and left multiple call back requests with no response. Good to see the lack of care our builder has shown us runs all the way to the top.

the 14th of December 2020 and the contract states the builder has to obtain the building permit within 100days but it will be over 300days now( the contract does not say business days). We have already paid our 10% deposit early 2021 we haven’t received the building permit yet. When we signed contract they’re very sweet and now they get grumpy with us and not answering phone calls ,emails.Even I escalated higher -up but no one’s responding.
