Never forget!! – First of all i think there should be a minus scale of stars. Giving one star to GJ Gardner South Morang, is far, far too generous!! or lodging a complaint with Building commission, but i would have been tens of thousands of dollars worst off and my project would have been shut down for who knows how long, ( till resolved), and i know that both of these government departments are USELESS!!!

So for 13 months, i would go to the site, find out what they had done wrong or damaged, and spent the rest of the day trying to speak to someone from that office that knew what was going on!! Must have sent at least 300 emails.(to hve as records)

Almost had i nervous breakdown!! Since project finished i was able to get a full nights sleep again, instead of thinking of what i should do the next day!!

Watch out for added costs as work progresses as well! If you don't agree to them, he will stop work, not answer you calls or emails, till you agree to pay.

Good Luck. Only thing i liked about it? that the nightmare is OVER!!! Wrong with it? EVERYTHING!!!!!

with vcat and the police for reasons i cannot mention, but to no avail. I will never deal with this company again. House ALMOST matches design we agreed to. Service appauling, product equivical to volume builders at a higher cost.
