Our build just wrapped up and we are really happy with how our home has all come together! The build started on time with no delays along the way, we also had good weather which helped! Regular updates on progress were provided, and they were always happy to chat about any concerns or answer any questions. Walkthroughs were offered throughout the stages and we were also able to make some small changes on the fly which they were happy to accommodate.

The team spent a lot of time with us upfront in the planning and selections phase, ensuring we were comfortable with every decision. There were no hidden surprises or unexpected costs — the contract price was clear and fair. While we did have some variations along the way, they were all initiated by us and reasonably priced.
As first-time builders, we had a lot to learn, and although there were some minor hiccups or misunderstandings, the team was always responsive, accommodating, and proactive in helping us reach the outcome we wanted.
We’re extremely proud of the home we’ve built and very grateful to the team at G.J. Gardner Homes Whittlesea for making it possible. Highly recommended, especially if you're building on a challenging site!
