I bought two of the birth gemstone rings they arrived and we’re pretty. Within two weeks one stone became loose. Emailed and never received a response. A week after that the stone fell out. response so I then sent Instagram and Facebook messages. After not hearing anything, I lodged a complaint with my credit card company to get a refund.
Miraculously, a couple of days later the items appeared however the company chose to write a note to the company saying it’s ridiculous they are even investigating and that customers are trying to get free products and that it was a scam - the AUDACITY!!! I had sent all of the screenshots showing that the items hadn’t been sent (there was no tracking activated or updates on AusPost) and that I had contacted them multiple times so I am not the scammer. Also, Glacier Mist conveniently waited to respond to the credit card company after the items had been received by me. (It’s also important to note that I didn’t get any money back from Glacier Mist or my credit card provider.)
I also think the earrings are nice but the rings aren’t great quality. Don’t be swayed by their decent prices and lovely Instagram posts, it is not worth your time, money or effort. I can tell by the company’s response that they are not nice people and don’t care about their customers. If they had just responded and said ‘sorry there’s been a delay,’ I would have understood and been more patient.
I genuinely almost never post negative reviews but this has frustrated me so much and the irony of saying my dispute is a scam. Just save yourselves some drama and don’t order from them!!

invoice in the package included both - Image attached. The item I did receive, a cuff bangle "Perfect for wrist of all sizes" is absolutely tiny, as if made for a child, and is very uncomfortable, digging in even when adjusted to the largest fit possible... It's also worth noting that my wrists measure 17cm, so are really not that large at all...

ORIGINAL: My experience is all of the below reviews combined (besides actually receiving the product... Ha)
Ordered on the 7th Jan, and received shipping info on the 18th of Jan. I became suspicious and reached out on 31st Jan, after my shipping status hadn't changed from "item being processed" for over 2 weeks. I was left waiting until the 8th of February for a reply, in which time I'd found my way on to Product Review and discovered the real Glacier Mist customer experience, compared to the hundreds of positive-only reviews on their own site. Note that throughout the below process, I received email requests to rate their products - both received 1 star, and a note to say they were never received - big surprise, neither showed up on their site.
While waiting for their reply, I contacted Auspost, who got back to me within a day, and told me they never received the parcel into their network, just that a shipping label had been prepared. On the 2nd of January before hearing back, I reached out to Glacier Mist again, this time mentioning what Auspost had said, and these reviews. The reply came 6 days later:
"Thank you for reaching out to us and we would like to apologize for the slight delay in response due to the high volume of customer inquiries we are currently processing! Our team has marked your parcel as dispatched from our studio on the 18th of January but we have escalated your issue with our dispatching team.
They will be contacting our postal carrier to find out what happened to your parcel and get back to us with further details. Please kindly allow us some time to get a response from them and we will revert to you as soon as possible. Xx"
I thanked them, told them despite that, I was expecting a swift resolution given I'd already been waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I asked that my order be resent via express, or fully refunded by the end of that week. No reply.
Follow up email sent 10th of Feb, no reply. Sent another follow up email on the 14th of Feb, mentioning that if they continued to ignore emails, I would be reporting them to Consumer Affairs and ACCC for misleading claims regarding shipping times and accepting payment without intending to supply. While all this waiting was going on, I lodged a dispute through Afterpay and pushed back payments, given I hadn't received the goods for over a month - well past the promised delivery date. On the 17th Feb, I then received the same copy paste response I've seen on other reviews:
"Sorry for the delay as we were waiting for the postal carrier to finish up the investigation with your parcel and they have notified us that the original parcel is deemed to be lost in transit due to abnormal scanning event. We have prepared a brand new parcel to be sent out to you in order to rectify this issue with the shipment while we are trying to make a claim on the items that were lost.
Thank you so much for your kind patience and we would like to apologize on behalf of our postal carrier for causing any inconveniences."
I told them this wasn't good enough, I shouldn't be made to wait any longer, and if they didn't refund or re-send my goods by the following Monday, my report to the ACCC would be going forward, and I would post a review here.
Needless to say, I got no reply, and no replacement goods were ever sent. Luckily, my Afterpay dispute was successful and the order was completely refunded. I feel sorry for anyone who paid this company directly and hasn't been able to get their money back. Absolute frauds.
Avoid this place – Have stupidly ordered twice from this site. Both times, the items took over two weeks to ship out and both times it was only after I raised disputes with PayPal to say that hadn’t received anything yet. contacting them the first time around to find out about order, customer service doesn’t seem to exist for this company and don’t expect any response to your emails, messages, etc, as they do not respond at all.
Did a second order thinking that maybe they were just super busy first time around which is why it took so long to ship, and it wouldn’t happen again. Still waiting on the 2nd order which I did on 13th January, it is now 15th Feb and they only shipped items on 10th - website says with 3 business days or maybe another 3-5 business days on top of that if they’re busy.

filed a charge back with my bank and it was only then, after ordering 4 months prior, did they send my earrings. The earrings I recieved are terrible quality. I have been wearing the original ones I bought from Etsy for at least 4 years now and they have never tarnished or turned my ears green. The recent ones I bought in 2024 are bad bad bad quality. They have already tarnished and turned from silver to copper, turned my ears green and had the decorations fall off. Absolutely waste of money. Please do not support this business.
If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed in the customer service. No one has responded to my emails, or DMs. My sister ordered gifts for my birthday from them and not only did they arrive 3 weeks after my birthday, but 2/3 items I received were faulty. My bracelet was missing a stone and the necklace (chain and stones) have become tarnished after barely being worn for a week and lost their colour, the chain also broke as well.
Such a dodgy business, luckily I paid through PayPal as I had to lodge 2 complaints! One to actually get my parcel then secondly to get money back on a bangle which had a stone missing. I urge anyone looking at their products to look elsewhere. Disgraceful business to deal with, no care and no contact! Also ended up out of pocket to return the bangle.

Disgusted by this experience – Ordered a birthstone ring in memory of my best friend who recently passed away. Glacier Mist took my money and didn’t send the item. They have ignored my messages for a tracking number and kept on posting to their socials in the meantime. I now have lodged a dispute through PayPal and will also report them to the ACC. Wish I’d seen this site before ordering - it would have saved me additional unnecessary grief at this time. So disappointed.

I emailed the company to ask for a refund because a) I received the items two months after the order was placed and b) defective. The company has never replied, even after I sent follow-up emails. Luckily I was reimbursed by my bank. Please do not purchase anything from this company. items I’d ordered even though the packing slip had both items on it. They used this fake packing slip to deceive PayPal into thinking that they shipped both items. I am currently still disputing this payment and trying to get my money back for the item I didn’t receive. As for the pair I did receive I wish I hadn’t, they are terrible quality and I would be embarrassed to gift them to anybody. Waste of money, wish I’d never ordered from this fake company.

Scam - no communication and no sight of products – Ordered a necklace for £40 for my sister with normal delivery after checking the maximum time of delivery being 15 days. This was ordered a while ago now and no sign of it at all. My tracking from DHL says it’s been processed for over a week and it should’ve came at least a week ago. No contact has been made by them after trying to contact them multiple times for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Package not sent – As with others no update despite emails and facebook message to Glacier Mist. The tracking number hasn't been scanned in two weeks. Very frustrating for Christmas presents.

my two daughters. The August ring is supposed to have multiple green stones and has one green and the rest diamanté so it looks exactly the same as my April ring. The order I finally received only had one correct item and they eventually told me to send back the wrong items and they will reimburse me for the postage and they’ll send me the other pairs. Of course I still haven’t received the correct two other pairs and I wonder why they even bothered? False advertising – I posted a review here previously regarding the necklace and earrings I ordered from this mob. They state on their website that the charms on the necklace and earrings are sized at 3cm. That is why I bought them, but when I received the actual product (weeks later!) they were a small 1cm in size!!
