way to communicate with this company, email or whatsapp.) I got a response the following day stating that there are no delays and my ring would arrive on time. Low and behold the very next day I recieved an email stating the ring would now be delivered on the 14th of October. After 30+ emails between myself and the "support" team I was continuously told the same AI response that "the order cannot be cancelled" as you can only do this within the 1st 24 hours. I was eventually told the reason for the delay was an out of stock stone. The support team knew that this was for a specific date and never once communicated to me that the stone was causing significant delays. About 3 days later my delivery was pushed back further to October 19th. I decided to just let the ring come and use it for other occasions knowing I would not receive it in time for its intended purpose. On October 12th I got an email stating my ring was ready for distribution. The email comes with a video of the ring you created. In this video I could see not 1 not 2 not 3 but at least 6 visible black marks/stains on my WHITE ceramic ring. The stone and gold trim was visibly just glued on. I emailed support with my concerns and was told that I would receive the ring as is! And that if I was unhappy I would need to pay to return send it for a review for refund. This ring cost $600 AUD so not exactly cheap. In the end i had to open a dispute with my financial institution and nearly one month on since placing my order i still have no ring and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE!!!

This ring is amazingly crafted and it is so beautiful for my pinky. I saw all the bad reviews but I decided to check it out anyway. Im very pleased! I don't understand why its badly reviewed.. I'm going to shop here again when I save enough money. The only downside would be the time it takes for delivery, it was approximately 1.5 weeks late from the initial date it was estimated. of our marriage and spent 1hr on hold no answer and no decent of a response from my email extremely poor customer service and extremely poor quality of rings definitely not good for something that is designed to be worn all the time we work from home on a laptop so not even any major hands on work that could cause the damage. I am so incredibly disappointed. My ring was gorgeous when I first received it. Not 2 months later, two accent diamonds fell out of their setting. This happened two weeks before my wedding and the company is incredible slow getting back to us about any resolution. We even paid out of our own pocket to have multiple stones repaired and reset, simply because we wanted my fiancée to be able to continue wearing her engagement ring. Shortly after, yet another diamond fell out again.
The emotional stress and disappointment this has caused has honestly been awful. Watching such an important symbol literally fall apart has been heartbreaking for us.
What made this even worse was Glamira’s handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the process became long, exhausting, and incredibly frustrating. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we eventually had to escalate the matter through a Swedish consumer dispute authority (ARN), similar to ADR/European consumer complaint processes.
Even then, the experience became painfully drawn out due to Glamira’s lack of cooperation and complete lack of responsiveness, which ultimately led to the case being closed without resolution.
When you buy an engagement ring, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and forced into a stressful dispute over something that should never have happened in the first place.
Now I have to buy a new ring from somewhere else.
If you buy a ring from Glamira, do not expect the stones to stay in place. And definitely do not expect Glamira to be cooperative, accommodating, or willing to take responsibility when serious problems occur.
Glamira completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of our lives.

I bought a nose ring for the first time so I got the sandard length. The nose ring in the end was too short and brused my nose within 2 days. On contacting Glamira they refused to compensate with a refund, partial refund or sending a new nose ring which is longer. There is no after service care from Glamira once you bought something. I was not expecting 12 months light wear for the amount i was paying and the promise of a lifetime guarantee is a joke , I am now facing expensive repairs .

they posted it out to me. It was sent right right on the advised date and received in beautiful packaging. The only disappointing thing was the parcel was left on my doorstep which blew my mind for such an expensive item.

When I contacted Glamira for help, I was told that they only offer one free resizing within 60 days of delivery. Because more than 60 days had passed, they refused to assist, despite the fact that this situation is very common for engagement rings.
What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and willingness to help. I explained my situation several times and even asked for information about paid resizing options. Instead of receiving clear answers, I was repeatedly referred back to company policy and eventually told to contact an external repair partner myself.
For a company that specializes in engagement and wedding jewelry, I expected much better after-sales service and a better understanding of how customers actually use these products.
The customer service representatives were polite, but politeness alone does not solve a problem. At the end of the day, I was left with an expensive ring that did not fit and no meaningful assistance from the company.
My advice to anyone considering Glamira: make absolutely sure you know the exact ring size before ordering, and be aware that if any resizing is needed after their 60-day window, you may be on your own.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from Glamira again.

Ring was very cheaply made. Nothing like the images on the website. Delivery policy says to inspect goods immediately. To inspect the goods they need to be taken out of the packaging which damaged the tag. Return policy was voided. Only AI customer service declining return. Show details
