When I contacted Glamira for help, I was told that they only offer one free resizing within 60 days of delivery. Because more than 60 days had passed, they refused to assist, despite the fact that this situation is very common for engagement rings.
What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and willingness to help. I explained my situation several times and even asked for information about paid resizing options. Instead of receiving clear answers, I was repeatedly referred back to company policy and eventually told to contact an external repair partner myself.
For a company that specializes in engagement and wedding jewelry, I expected much better after-sales service and a better understanding of how customers actually use these products.
The customer service representatives were polite, but politeness alone does not solve a problem. At the end of the day, I was left with an expensive ring that did not fit and no meaningful assistance from the company.
My advice to anyone considering Glamira: make absolutely sure you know the exact ring size before ordering, and be aware that if any resizing is needed after their 60-day window, you may be on your own.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not purchase from Glamira again.

We even paid out of our own pocket to have multiple stones repaired and reset, simply because we wanted my fiancée to be able to continue wearing her engagement ring. Shortly after, yet another diamond fell out again.
The emotional stress and disappointment this has caused has honestly been awful. Watching such an important symbol literally fall apart has been heartbreaking for us.
What made this even worse was Glamira’s handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the process became long, exhausting, and incredibly frustrating. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we eventually had to escalate the matter through a Swedish consumer dispute authority (ARN), similar to ADR/European consumer complaint processes.
Even then, the experience became painfully drawn out due to Glamira’s lack of cooperation and complete lack of responsiveness, which ultimately led to the case being closed without resolution.
When you buy an engagement ring, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and forced into a stressful dispute over something that should never have happened in the first place.
Now I have to buy a new ring from somewhere else.
If you buy a ring from Glamira, do not expect the stones to stay in place. And definitely do not expect Glamira to be cooperative, accommodating, or willing to take responsibility when serious problems occur.
Glamira completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of our lives.

The refund process was quick and easy and we had the $2800 we spent back on my credit card within days of the package being received at Glamira in Sydney. Customer service: Unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility despite professional evidence.
Warranty value: Limited — be aware that without an “extended warranty,” you may be left without support, even for faults not caused by you.

didn’t want the ring, which they advertise nicely without asterisks. She wore the ring for 1 minute, when I proposed to her, and then we immediately put the ring back in the box. For the return policy you have to take a few photos, and these were rejected due to “user damage” (probably because the ring hadn’t been specially cleaned for the photos, and zoomed-in it looked like there was some fingerprint grease). You also have to pay 10 euros for the return label, even if your return request is rejected. I submitted another return request, and again paid 10 euros. According to the return policy, the ring must not have been worn; so if you want to propose to someone with an engagement ring, you can’t return it afterwards. So read the fine print of this misleading company. You’re better off paying a little more and going to a physical store.

Purchased a necklace for my daughter 8-9 months ago. Quality not so good as the hook was thin and became loose under a year. For the price that I paid, the quality is not worth the purchase. Had contacted Glamira but they would not do anything, saying it’s wear and tear. I have purchased jewellery from other places which lasted for many years without issues. Not recommended to buy from Glamira.
