I bought a nose ring for the first time so I got the sandard length. The nose ring in the end was too short and brused my nose within 2 days. On contacting Glamira they refused to compensate with a refund, partial refund or sending a new nose ring which is longer. My order was delayed 3 times, and I finally got my ring and was disappointed with the blue sapphire, which can't be seen at all on the ring and is not worth the money I paid. I will not recommend it and definitely won't be ordering from them again. Show details

This ring is amazingly crafted and it is so beautiful for my pinky. I saw all the bad reviews but I decided to check it out anyway. Im very pleased! I don't understand why its badly reviewed.. I'm going to shop here again when I save enough money. The only downside would be the time it takes for delivery, it was approximately 1.5 weeks late from the initial date it was estimated. I am so incredibly disappointed. My ring was gorgeous when I first received it. Not 2 months later, two accent diamonds fell out of their setting. This happened two weeks before my wedding and the company is incredible slow getting back to us about any resolution. If you value quality workmanship and customer service I would think twice about going with this company. Show details

ATTENTION: They lie about life warranty on their jewelry, I bought engagement ring, after 6 months a stone went off and they say “Its from using it, we do not accept warranty for that when stones fall off” Like, okey, I bought it to sit in my drawer, not to be worn? independent jeweler, who concluded that the issue most likely came from the construction/setting itself — not misuse.

We even paid out of our own pocket to have multiple stones repaired and reset, simply because we wanted my fiancée to be able to continue wearing her engagement ring. Shortly after, yet another diamond fell out again.

The emotional stress and disappointment this has caused has honestly been awful. Watching such an important symbol literally fall apart has been heartbreaking for us.

What made this even worse was Glamira’s handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the process became long, exhausting, and incredibly frustrating. Communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, and we eventually had to escalate the matter through a Swedish consumer dispute authority (ARN), similar to ADR/European consumer complaint processes.

Even then, the experience became painfully drawn out due to Glamira’s lack of cooperation and complete lack of responsiveness, which ultimately led to the case being closed without resolution.

When you buy an engagement ring, you expect quality, reliability, and support if something goes wrong. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and forced into a stressful dispute over something that should never have happened in the first place.

Now I have to buy a new ring from somewhere else.

If you buy a ring from Glamira, do not expect the stones to stay in place. And definitely do not expect Glamira to be cooperative, accommodating, or willing to take responsibility when serious problems occur.

Glamira completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest and most meaningful moments of our lives.

was we ended up really liking the back-up rings we chose and my wife found a ring that matched her engagement ring. The refund process was quick and easy and we had the $2800 we spent back on my credit card within days of the package being received at Glamira in Sydney. I would happily order from them again and am looking at getting another male wedding band for myself from them so def recommend, just order early as it can take a week or two longer than advertised.

Was a bit nervous as i purchased before reading reviews however i had a great experience! Ring arrived in just under a month ! Looks to be of high quality standard and exactly as pictured! Did custom engraving and only negative is not very clear this could be because i chose italic/script type font so one of the words isnt clear/bit hard to read but other than that am happy. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover issues such as broken or damaged items resulting from use, and we do not offer repair services for such matters.

I was not expecting 12 months light wear for the amount i was paying and the promise of a lifetime guarantee is a joke , I am now facing expensive repairs .

Very poor quality items not fit for purpose I would Avoid at all costs !!!
