This ring is amazingly crafted and it is so beautiful for my pinky. I saw all the bad reviews but I decided to check it out anyway. Im very pleased! I don't understand why its badly reviewed.. I'm going to shop here again when I save enough money. The only downside would be the time it takes for delivery, it was approximately 1.5 weeks late from the initial date it was estimated. customization with style, material thickness, finish etc. Note: I pre-ordered a ring sizer for $16 from Amazon prior to ordering my rings so I could order the correct ring sizes. That was a worthwhile investment to ensure the rings were sized correctly.

was we ended up really liking the back-up rings we chose and my wife found a ring that matched her engagement ring. The refund process was quick and easy and we had the $2800 we spent back on my credit card within days of the package being received at Glamira in Sydney. I would happily order from them again and am looking at getting another male wedding band for myself from them so def recommend, just order early as it can take a week or two longer than advertised.

Was a bit nervous as i purchased before reading reviews however i had a great experience! Ring arrived in just under a month ! Looks to be of high quality standard and exactly as pictured! Did custom engraving and only negative is not very clear this could be because i chose italic/script type font so one of the words isnt clear/bit hard to read but other than that am happy. I would order from Glamira again

Quality of materials and workmanship are consistently excellent. The neck chain is gorgeous. One trivial thing I'd like to mention is that I find the closure/clasp very cumbersome and almost impossible to fasten or undo especially if you have fat fingers. Show details ·  1

I contacted Glamira, explained the situation in detail, and provided clear photographs of the damage. Despite this, they refused to address the problem under their standard warranty, insisting it was not covered. Their customer service repeatedly referred to warranty terms, even though UK consumer law protects customers when goods are faulty due to manufacturing issues.

In short:

Product quality: My ring developed a serious fault that should not occur under normal use.

Customer service: Unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility despite professional evidence.

Warranty value: Limited — be aware that without an “extended warranty,” you may be left without support, even for faults not caused by you.

I am now left with a broken engagement ring and will have to pursue the matter further through my payment provider and consumer protection channels. Based on my experience, I would urge potential buyers to be cautious.

they posted it out to me. It was sent right right on the advised date and received in beautiful packaging. The only disappointing thing was the parcel was left on my doorstep which blew my mind for such an expensive item.

 Follow-up  · Customisation was easy and I got exactly what I asked for. Delivery didn't require a signature, this was the only thing that I was disappointed in. The ring itself was just so beautiful, masculine but still classy. It's just a stunning piece & my partner loves it.

didn’t want the ring, which they advertise nicely without asterisks. She wore the ring for 1 minute, when I proposed to her, and then we immediately put the ring back in the box. For the return policy you have to take a few photos, and these were rejected due to “user damage” (probably because the ring hadn’t been specially cleaned for the photos, and zoomed-in it looked like there was some fingerprint grease). You also have to pay 10 euros for the return label, even if your return request is rejected. I submitted another return request, and again paid 10 euros. According to the return policy, the ring must not have been worn; so if you want to propose to someone with an engagement ring, you can’t return it afterwards. So read the fine print of this misleading company. You’re better off paying a little more and going to a physical store.

Purchased a necklace for my daughter 8-9 months ago. Quality not so good as the hook was thin and became loose under a year. For the price that I paid, the quality is not worth the purchase. Had contacted Glamira but they would not do anything, saying it’s wear and tear. I have purchased jewellery from other places which lasted for many years without issues. Not recommended to buy from Glamira.

high value this way; but I was impressed with the process. It's easy to navigate as it takes you carefully through the steps of choosing the metal, & the quality & carat of your chosen gemstone. The price is shown with each variation so you can keep within your budget. (Whereas in a real jewellers store you might perhaps overspend in the heat of the moment.) Once you have given your ring size, your order is complete. Glamira communicated well while it was being made - I always knew the progress of my order & once completed tracking was sent. My ring arrived perfectly packaged with a box & additional pouch. I would use this company again & highly recommend them.

I was (and still am) deeply disappointed with Glamira, and I didn’t want to wait another two months, so I told them I wanted a refund. I assumed they would give me one since the mistake was entirely theirs — but nothing could be further from the truth.

I insisted many times on getting a refund, and they kept using the excuse that “our policy doesn’t allow it.” I had numerous conversations with Francisco, who is the only person they have in Spain for customer service calls. I know he’s the only one because I called dozens of times, and he was always the one who picked up. Some of those conversations lasted almost an hour.

After many conversations, Francisco told me I had to send the ring back, that they would investigate it, and that after that, they would inform me of the possible options — a refund being one of them.

That turned out to be a complete lie. Yesterday, just a few days after they received the ring, they emailed me saying the ring was in production. They just went ahead and started remaking it without giving me any options. I called Francisco, and he told me it was already in production and that nothing could be done.

So I’m not getting a refund, and now I have to wait nearly two months for a ring that still won’t fit — because, as I said, it still doesn’t fit my girlfriend.

It’s been a horrendous experience, full of emails, calls, lies, and excuses. The only thing I managed to get was a free return shipping label — because, on top of everything, at first, they wanted me to pay the €10 for sending the incorrectly colored ring back.

They have an awful anti-consumer policy. I had planned to buy an expensive ring from them in the future, at least €1500, but now I’ll never buy anything from them again. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life.

Australia Consumer Law, you have the right to expect a product lasts a “reasonable amount of time”. I’m of the opinion that a wedding ring should last much longer than two years.

When emailing with the company, the replies were clearly being copied and pasted from an AI generator. When I insisted on speaking to someone on the phone they mucked me around with the call time. Lady on the phone seemed to agree with me when she looked at the photos that a properly manufactured ring should not fall apart like mine had. Said she’d “speak to her team” and get back to me. Emailed later to say their warrantee doesn’t cover “accidental damage”.

This is a fundamentally dishonest business and it should be run out of town as quickly as possible. No one should be allowed to operate in this manner.

UPDATE: After involving Australian Consumer Affairs, Glamira finally agreed to repair the ring. The ring was returned with a fault, the yellow gold rim wasn’t properly soldered back together, meaning there was a small crack/hole in my ring. I took photos and sent it to Glamira. They replied saying it was not present when they had sent it and sent me a video in which I could clearly see the exact same fault! When I pointed this out, Glamira has totally denied that they can see this fault. I will upload the photos for you to see for yourself. One is the photo I took of the ring minutes after unboxing it. The other is a screenshot of the video that Glamira sent to “prove” it was in perfect condition. They are trying to make me think I’m crazy.

Update - taken the matter to Consumer Protection to try and resolve the warranty issue and Glamira completely refused to participate or enter into any talks.

understand delays occur but this is a significant delay and has meant I have no gift. I asked to cancel my order but they refused as their policy states once production starts you do not fit the criteria to cancel. My only option is to return them when they arrive. Which is another inconvenience and expense. They will not budge or compensate or show any understanding. They take a long time to provide the same response to each email. I'm convinced they use AI to communicate as there is no human heart in their emails. There is no flexibility and they portray the situation as my doing and not their lack of customer care. The whole experience has been very stressful and exhausting. The last thing I needed a month before my wedding. Customer service is appalling.

requesting response, nothing received. Contacted PayPal, immediate response. Oh we sent the address, but here it is again. Mailed the ring back the same day. Next day receive an email saying sorry, return is cancelled because it wasn't done within 10 days. Eventually received advice that ring had been received, but would be sent back to us without refund because the ring wasn't in original condition! Absolutely false of course. Next step is to get back to PayPal and urge them to stop facilitating this awful, rip off company
