My ABSOLUTE favorite is their "A TAHAA AFFAIR". I have a sweet tooth & this candle is super Vanilla & Caramel - & all things delicious - without being overpowering. But all my neighbors want to know what the AMAZING smell is permeating from my apartment!! Yes, It's me! couple of photos. I then forwarded the required information and by Sunday afternoon issue was resolved and they are sending me a replacement candle. What impressed me as a long time user of these candles was they said even though this issue hadn’t presented before they did not say it was my fault It is unusual for anyone - let alone a company to take responsibility and to work so quickly to resolve it When this process started on Saturday morning I was a bit angry and frustrated and by Sunday night my faith was restored that there are some companies out there that take pride in their product and will step up and give good customer service. Amazing customer service. The only brand I buy for candles. Makes your whole house smell like heaven. I had an issue with my last order but they were amazing and sent out my whole order again free plus a couple of samples. Very grateful and will definitely be purchasing again!! had ordered from Glasshouse, for some reason the scent was not the same as my sample - I was a bit disappointed, but half of me thought it must have been me. I tried my new bottle twice and then decided it was not the same as my sample. I gave it a three-star review - not expecting anything from it - I also gave everything else a 5-star review because Glasshouse products and service are otherwise amazing.

Unexpectedly, the Glasshouse customer support team reached out to me - they wanted to make it right (their words) and they asked for photos of the bottle and the perfume batch number, and they immediately sent me a new bottle - I was really surprised and very grateful for their efforts. They said their aim is to have consistency at all times. I can tell you that their service is consistently excellent at all times. The new replacement perfume that they offered, arrived within days. They even sent a sample of one of their other perfumes (well played Glasshouse - now I love that one too and it is going on my GH shopping list...). I now wonder if it really was just me - or not - batch number of the new bottle is the same, but the new perfume still smells like it should (like my first sample) in comparison to the original full-sized bottle that I didn't think was quite right. But there is a good chance that Glasshouses 'above and beyond' efforts to make sure their customer was pleased with their perfume - was enough to make everything smell sweeter. All of Glasshouse's communications were friendly, warm and eager to get things right. I am blown away and cannot recommend Glasshouse and their products, highly enough. Thank you for making my week, Glasshouse :)

Amalfi for peak summer for when you want to close your eyes and be laying on an Italian beach waiting for the waves to wash over you. Grandmas punch for that fruity concoction that makes you giddy! Or night before Christmas, even when it’s not christmas, for the sweet warmth in the air that takes you back to family Christmas with all the love you could want! Wow I’m getting away from myself! Just to say I’ve been buying Glasshouse since 2008 and even had my mum bring me four of my favourite over to London every visit while I lived there. Can’t be without it! And the customer service team had blown me away with their excellent communication and kindness when adding to my order! Caroline was prompt and thoughtful and truly made my day! I’ll forever put my heart and soul behind recommending Glasshouse for the ultimate scent experience to make your house smell divine!

Glasshouse candles no longer have any fragrance - I just purchased a special edition candle Radiance in Bloom. I paid $64 for the normal size and there's barely any fragrance! even gave me a discount code. With this code I bought a second candle on the 27th of October. After not receiving my parcel for two weeks I double checked the tracking, which stated it had not been shipped, and my order status on the website said the order had been fulfilled. I don't know whos fault this was, however the customer service was once again very quick to reply and help me to sort out my issue and were very apologetic. Great brand, however I would recommend you just shop in stores.

So I ordered two scented candles and when I received them one was damaged and the housing was shattered. The customer care service given was exceptional! My Forever Florence candle was tunnelling and burning to one side. After sending photos of the issue, Glasshouse sent me a new full sized Forever Florence as a gesture of good will.
