Worst customer service - EVER! My daughter travelled 4 hours (return journey) to buy an item as our local store (1/2 hour away) was out of stock. The item was faulty - these things happen. told me to go to a store and see if they will refund it but, and to quote "but you won't get a refund because you bleached the item". I did NOT bleach the item. That response was disgusting!! No wonder these guys have a 2.5 rewiew rating. If it was based purely on customer service and not product, they would be out of business! You're a terrible terrible human being Nic

Hi Glassons I think that your shop should make a size 4 ladies because I know lots of people who struggle to fit into some of the 6 cloths because they are to big I also think you should bring back you vneak linin tops because they wore very pretty and whould be very popular again .

Purchased 3 items online with a discount code and when they arrived the sizing was SO OFF. I’m usually a 12, got a 14 in a top and pants to be safe and they were too small. was size L $40, replaced it for another size M $40 top as they didn’t have the next size available in store, same with the pants- no sizes so I swapped it for a $50 pair size M. The original pair was size L $60. I assumed they owed me because the pair I swapped was $10 cheaper. I emailed customer service and was emailing “[Name Removed]” and “[Name Removed]”, I was told that the discount doesn’t apply to a new purchase, but the “new purchase” wasn’t a new purchase, I was exchanging them for different items as they didn’t have the sizing I need. Still within the same purchase, not the next day. I was told that it’s on the website, however in the email I received it said “Must use code at checkout to redeem. Valid for 180 days from the code being first issued. Can't be combined with other voucher codes or gift cards. Not valid on Sale items“ AND THAT WAS UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE EMAIL WITH THE CODE!!! Sent screenshots and they stood firm on “no” being the answer and after this experience I will not be returning, and will be encouraging others not to waste their time or money, the staff are all unhelpful and uninterested, customer service are lacking in “customer service” and the sizes are all rubbish and you’ll be a size 10 in one thing and a 16 in another. I worked in retail for 7y and this is absolutely appalling, never ever again.

Excellent customer service / return policy (In Store) – My Daughter bought some shorts from the Highpoint store and they were too small when she got them home. I returned them to the store, hoping for an exchange but they didn't have the size she wanted. Absolutely terrible. Their system stuffed up my order and I wasn’t allocated a tracking number. Then their automation sent out a request for a Google review. To make matters worse, if I hadn’t contacted them, I’d still be waiting. I asked for express shipping and they said this wasn’t possible due to their system submission. I was offered me 20% off if I cancelled my order & recorded again. More admin. Sort out your systems ffs. Show details

Terrible change room system – When entering the change room, staff ask how many items you have and your name. Your name has no bearing on impact on the process of trying the product on and whether you purchase. But, Could it impact the security and safety of your customers, absolutely. Totally appaled today when I saw this. Glassons eastland, do better!!! Until then girls, use John as your name.

training to provide basic empathy and assist clients in finding a solution. I was made to feel like I was just a number and that they didn’t care at all. In fact my response was “sorry about that”. I wanted a solution to my problem but no one was interested in helping - my nearest store was 3000km away!! Very disappointed and won’t be back. Customer Service is EVERYTHING - sort your staff out Glassons.

Great experience – I went to the carindale store and purchased 3 pairs of denim shorts. Really nice cuts and I hadn't been able to find shorts that fit me anywhere ! Pants shrink to an unwearable length – Absolutely disgusted at the quality. Bought a pain of flares track suit pants a month ago. Had them taken up and then wore them. They were perfect! Washed them once and they’ve shrunk so much I can’t wear them. They now sit above my shins. I washed them as per the instructions. Obviously nothing can be done as I don’t have the receipt anymore. different from what the shirts scanned for, however, my sister came back from the aisle with photo evidence of the shelf price. No staff was in the aisle with her to visually check the price before claiming that the shelf and the item price were the same. The register operator claimed that they "don't price match" and that the sign was "their fault as it would've been needing to be changed", however, they did not even offer to honour the shelf price and told me that I could only have the items for the scanned price. Very poor customer service.

Bad service – Really disappointed, they said if it's don't fit I can have a refund voucher, and when I took it back girl said sorry it was a mistake( trannie staff) and can't do anything for you because it was a sale item. I won't take a chance if it was clear in the first place.

walking around Glassons, the employees were following us as if we were stealing (I am highly against it because its sinful. (Lev. 19:13). “Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor, neither rob him” . I just felt violated. When we walked out of the store, they stopped checking bags. Its not all of the employees that are like that but i've gotten racially profiled from 2 blond ones.

Add some variety of sizes in your cup size in some of the wired tops – Don’t get me wrong, I love Glassons clothes but one thing that is a continuous battle with me and I also speak on behalf of all the other big busted babes as well, the cup sizes on the tops that have the wiring do not cater for any breast sizes over about a b cup regardless of how many sizes you go up. Stylish clothing but irritating sizing – Clothes are trendy and stylish. Staff at my local Glassons are extremely friendly which is great. BUT their clothes only go up to size 14 which is ridiculous, they also only get 1-2 size 12 or 14 items delivered to my local Glassons so they are always sold out in my size both in store and online. your not getting a wide customer range to wear or buy from your brand, so your losing profits as a result. Glassons designers and manufacturers should do better to be allsize inclusive. Did not bother to buy anything else because I doubted it would be in any other size other than a M or S or XS.

frilly, frou-frou, puffy, baggy styles of other retailers.). These are the kinds of clothes you see on Instagram influencers but they are still very wearable.

I love Glassons and hope they will expand their offerings in Australia, as it seems Australia gets a more narrow colour range than Glassons in other countries.

I have had problems with being treated like a potential shoplifter in their stores, so now I only shop Glassons online.

Quality must be crap - extreme shrinkage – Any time i buy stuff from glassons it shrinks. I follow wash instructions and wash clothes in cold water. I had a dress that was above knee shrink to a top… then a long dress that goes jst above ankle is now below knee… ridiculous. Terrible customer service – My partner bought me swimwear from glassons in highpoint and was told he can take them back if they are the wrong size. We went in the next day to exchange them for a different size and they not only refused, but they were SO rude about it. The swimwear had not been worn at all - not even tried on, and the hygiene sticker was still attached. There are also multiple places on their website that say they can be returned in store. couple fists massive, and the thighs are super tight, but it fit. Last year I bought a pair of wide-leg jeans in a size 12, because the boot cut no longer fit my thighs, depsite the other ones still fitting, and they fit nicely, they don't look wide leg on my closer to a flare, but I understand Im proportioned that way. Recently, I went back to try both the boot-cut which wouldn't even get over my thighs, and even more upsetting was I went back for the wide-leg jeans, 12 didn't fit despite the older ones still fitting and the 14 still didn't fit they were so ridiculously tight I could hardly zip them up, and they squashed any butt I have until it was completely gone not to mention the muffin top. For my bigger or curvy girls this store is not for us, all their jeans are for girls who are more rectangular (not that there is anything wrong with that shape), I'm just annoyed how poorly they cater for different shapes or sizes and only go up to a 14, as well as changing the sizing year after year to be less and less inclusive. Smh, fix your f-ing sizing.
