I have had my gas glem cooker for 1 week every time I use it the cupboard next to it fills with condensation what’s wrong with it ? Any thoughts

Sorry I can’t answer that but I wish you all the best with your stove. I just threw mine out after five years occasional use. Disgraceful product.

Great I’ve waited a long time for my kitchen Reno I’m really disappointed about it, my brother in law is a gas man he says should not be happening so I will definitely chase this up

Hi if your children break the front of the oven glass can it be replaced if so how much will it cost and where can it be done

I bought a glem all gas freestanding 900mm oven LPG as where in the country , purchased from Harvey Norman about 12mths ago, all good for a start then about 3mths ago gas burners on top would go out if you were using more than one. More of a annoyance than anything. Then the bad one, slight gas smell notice it now and then, we were getting headaches and sick and it didn't occur to me until i came home after a couple of days away and real bad gas smell so got the plumber in and the connection at the rear of oven was loose which baffled the plumber as he installed it and abided by all regulations, he retightened it , but after one use I can smell gas and the entry of the gas pipe is getting real hot when the oven is on, now I'm wondering weather its a lemon! what can be done to rectify this?

I strongly suggest you take the time and go to Harvey Norman and Don't take no for an answer....demand that they or Glem send out 'at NO cost to you' send a gas person to checkout that stove, it could be dangerous, if they are not doing the right thing tell them you will go to the Fair trading and take it up with them. I got the run-around with my over heating stove, but as soon as I started referring to it 'As Dangerous' and Not Fit for use they took notice. Good luck and please do not put up with it any longer, it can only get worse. If you have the name of the salesman at Harvey Norman (should be on your receipt)that served you Speak to him and let him do the running around, also if you are on FB go to their web site and let it be known (keeping your cool) how bad and dangerous this cooker is.

Good luck, and keep Product Review informed of the outcome. Remember it is your health and possibly your life and that of your family could be at risk

I would suggest to contact Glem directly, Harvey Norman will only tell you to to the same also. You might need some proof that the oven was professionally installed with a receipt ect. However this sounds like a major fault.

I would not give up on getting a replacement....I'm not sure about you, but if this were the case in my house I would not trust using the appliance again.

My experience with Glem was that I needed to be persistent and stick to my guns in order to get some assistance, otherwise they were happy to disregard the problem with my oven and brush me off.

And I thought my oven was a "Lemon"....I think there's more than a few lemons in the fruit basket when purchasing the Glem freestanding oven unfortunately.

Good luck,and please don't use your oven until it's 100% safe(sad to say).
