arranged for next day and all went smoothly. The sofa arrived on time, I was called on approach and the organised time and it was perfect. The sofa was brought up on a trolley unwrapped and placed where the old sofa was, and we arranged to pay a small fee to have the old sofa and armchair taken down to be removed by a third party. If only other retailers shared Glick’s business model – We spent some millions of dollars refurbishing an iconic 1890’s building then adding an ultra modern wing to the structure. We wanted classic designer furniture that spanned the 20th century and were recommended to Glick Every single component of product range, price, service , quality and willingness to go the extra mile was beyond my most optimistic expectation. They are an absolutely standout company and I cannot recommend them too highly.

This purchase ‘ Made my Day’! – My purchase went very smoothly and, in addition, the salesperson (a lady) found out if Glicks could organise delivery. They could, so I was able to purchase a beautiful piece of French provincial furniture - a piece I have wanted for a long time. You may quote me. Wonderful mattress !! – We bought a mattress for our bed base. After spending thousands of dollars in the past without any success , we finally found the perfect mattress. Excellent service – I purchased a dining table and chairs from Glicks’ Waterloo store in July 2019. Nice quality furniture, decent price, fast delivery and the service was excellent. The quality is poor and they don't last – Three years ago I bought a replica of the famous Eames leather Armchair and Ottoman. The only positive thing I can say is that it has been a comfortable chair. After about 12 months the buttons started losing their colour. arms and seat are showing the same loss of colour as the outer layer of leather is worn away - same with the Ottoman. So after 3 years it is shabby and only fit for the tip. I couldn't offer it to a charity. However you get what you pay for.So don't be fooled into buying a cheap replica from this Company because if it only lasts for 3 years it's not cheap at all.. I love this design so much that I have now saved up the money to buy the real thing from Living Edge. These chairs become heirlooms and I expect it will still be looking good in another 30 years.

First class service and product – I looked high and low for these tables for quite some time. There were plenty of glass ones (too heavy). Although I saw them online I needed to call regarding delivery. I spoke with Audrey who said I could ordr with her. It was so easy to do. stock, you can grab it straight away. My wife and I purchased a modular sofa and coffee table. The Staff were only too helpful and quite knowledgable of all their products. The sales person could even tell me straight off the top of his head whether the item was in stock as apposed to looking it up on the computer. A little thing, yes, but its the little things in my book that count. Delivery of the lounge was at first thoughts a little expensive, but the guys that delivered it were relatively on time, extra careful with the lounge, put it in place and took all the rubbish away so to pay that price in hindsight was well worth it.
