leaves the house in a state which allows you to receive your bond back. (or so we were lead to believe).

sadly this wasn't the case; grime on the windows, dusty carpets, patchy vents, uncleaned oven (to which they state that they couldn't get the oven undone which we did within 1 minute ourselves) dusty door frames, filthy skirting boards . . . the list goes on.

The phone conversations to try and rectify the issues with rob were deplorable, rude and very unaccommodating!

Hiring this company resulted in myself and my wife needing to re-clean the whole house as it didn't look to be cleaned at all.

I would hate to see someone else spend their hard earnt money and be treated the same way we were.

DO NOT USE -very bad – Enlisted to do an exit cleaning service. Did a terrible job, was asked to come back and still did not complete properly and someone else had to come in and finish the Job. The carpet steam cleaning was ok.

excellent – Rob came out the same day I called, charged less than every other quote I had, and got rid of stains that prior cleaners said were impossible. friendly, professional and appeared to be very experienced.

Very Disappointed – Very disappointed this time. Have had Go Clean before over the years with very good results. I had already moved all the light furniture- then she just went around everything, moved nothing, carpet was left flat and hard- in past cleaning the carpet had a lifted and fluffy texture. I noticed that one complaint commented on the short time she was there and the owner called them a liar because the GPS showed her there longer. Well, after she left here she sat in the van outside my house for about 20 minutes without moving, even though she had rushed through the cleaning so she could get home to her children.

Now I know why- so that GPS showed her working longer than she actually had. Suggest that if you use this company you request a male for the job. Sadly, won't be using there services again.

So rude !!! – I should have checked the reviews before I bought the voucher. I booked for time slot 11am-2pm and we waited until 2pm. A woman rang up at 2pm and said she is running late. I asked her when is she going to come to our place, she asked me back.. how long does it take from Marden to our house ? This woman was so rude !!! when I asked her a question, she asked me back one without answering mine. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE !!!!

This is bad! – Just used their service today and really disappointed. They were unprofessional. Most of the stains are still there, not much have changed. The woman was lazy, she didn't try her best to do the job. I used someone else's service before and they did a better job with only $60 compare to $99 I paid today. Never used GO CLEAN again.

Terrible! – Obviously they are resorting to deal sites to gain more customers - probably because nobody in their right mind would ever use this service again. Terrible communication, rude owner and ridiculous booking system. Having read other complaints, I wish I went here first to gain some insight into this company as I will now be using electrodry who have far better ratings.

Extremely disappointed – Extremely expensive & carpets look far worse than it did before it was cleaned. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately. Very unhappy...wish I didn't get my carpets cleaned now.

Very rude terrible customer service – Carpet cleaner was only at my house for 15 minutes to clean 3 bedrooms and a small rug. Carpets are not clean at all. 1300 number and spoke to another man to tell him I was not happy with the way I was spoken to. He said I was lying too he said he checked the gps and the technician was at my house for 45 minutes. There is no way he was at my house for 45 minutes! I then told the man again i have never had carpets steam cleaned so quick, he then says we are not a steam cleaning company. I then said well the invoice I have says carpet dry + steam cleaning. He then said oh yes we do steam clean but you booked dry cleaning they are two separate services. I said no I booked steam cleaning I have never in my life asked for dry cleaning. Once again I was told I'm a liar. I am extremely upset as I have never been spoken to so rudely in all my life. They did not want to listen to me and would only tell me I'm a liar.

Please do not use this company, the customer service is terrible. Seems to be a very dodgy company!!

Worst customer serivce ever. never come back – First, the cleaner was 1 hour late to my appointment. And still being rude when I direct him to a parking where takes a little while and he just gave me a bad respond on his face when i asked him to make a U turn back somewhere. It was $80! I don't know why people say it looks a million dollars. Perhaps their carpet was toooo dirty. I think I can pay for the same stain remove solution for $25. spray on my carpet and pay a labour $20 for an hour to rub it by a moist towel, result in the same cleanliness and it will be only $45 in total.

Last the big complaint to this company is. I think this is only run by two main person ( i just guess) the 1300 answer guy and the cleaner i met. Why? the case was, the cleaner calculate a wrong total sum of my invoice. Not much, only $10. And then, I looked at the invoice again within an hour and call the cleaner's mobile to tell him he over charged me. He said he would put the money back to my post box. Ok! only $10, I guess he will make his word. Then, after 1 day or 2, he called me again and said he could come pass on his van and gave me back the money. But I was waiting 10min, then he called me said where was I...He actually was waiting at a different place. It was his fault waiting at the wrong place and then he was saying he was really busy and he couldn't give me the money.

He said he would post the money in the mail instead. Again, he was rude when he realise he was at the wrong spot. Sounds like it was my fault not confirming my address again and waste of his earning money time! He repeat twice he was "really" busy. I guess he was late to his client again.

Then, after two weeks, no mail in my post. I text him again just simply say it was a reminder of the $10 refund to my post ...my address...blah blah ....i hope i will received in a week.

I thought it will remind him to post me back the money...but after 6 days , no mail!!!

Then i sent another text to him and said, if he was busy, what about send the refund to my bank account which is even quicker than mail! so i said i hope to receive it in my account in 4 days. But no respond again...

After 4 days of my last text message, i called their 1300 number and talked to the guy to answer it. He said he will follow up and asked this cleaner to call me back for resolution. Then, no call back on the same day.

Then second day, I called the 1300 and the same guy answer it again. He said perhaps the cleaner got hold on something and can't call me. When he said that, I am sure the cleaner should be the owner of the company. How could he not pay attention to my claim and didn't spent 1 min to call me back on the day??? a normal employee will not do it . But the owner would dare to do it because no one would fire the owner with customer complaint. Also, the excuse the 1300 guy gave me was very ridculious too. Get hold on something and can't call me? if he cares my claim, he would call me after he finished all his job!!! Got hold on something for whole day?

Then the third day, I had a missed call with a blocked number when I was driving. And no message left in my answering machine. I didn't know who was calling me. But no more calls from Go clean on the day.

The fourth day, I called the 1300 same guy answered again. I said why the cleaner would not call me in three days. He said the cleaner called my mobile but no one answer. I said it was a no number missed call. And if he called me, why he would not leave a message saying it was him and how he could refund me. I said I was not going to chit chat on the phone with him. I just need to know when he will return me the money. The 1300 guy started sounds annoyed and said "he was calling from company phone...and blah blah...... make sure you answer the call". I said, i have a voice mail why he can't leave a message. Also, if he wanted to solve my issue, I believe he should call me again. I believe he had time for lunch, smoking and driving to earn extra money from other jobs, and he would not call me once more? Finally he said he will reach him and said I will get a respond within two hours.

Finally, the cleaner text me back and said he posted the $10 to my address last night.

It was 35 days, plus 2 text message, plus 4 upsetting complaint phone calls, after he promised me to post me back the money.

And dear everyone, he text me back with no apology, no sorry at all. Just saying , "By the way, I was doing extra 15 min stain removal and never charged it."

Obviously, he didn't feel he was sorry at all. He thought it was OK for him to delay the refund because he "shout" me the 15 min job. And also, it was him saying to me because he couldn't clean the particular stain on my carpet, therefore he wouldn't charge me extra. It was the reason of not charging me from his mouth. does he mean he was exceptionally generously not charging me the 15min cost...and I should not chase this little $10 from him??

Oh.My. God.

I am very very sure this cleaner is the owner because he is such a rude person without self-reflect ability. Also, the 1300 guy also a main person in the company because he was protecting this cleaner and gave an excuse on why he didn't return me the call. and saying " he was going to post it but....blah blah" yes, he was going to post it but not doing it for 4 weeks?? and in fact I text him reminder twice already! come on~ be responsible for customer and admit wrong doing please!

It looks professional and big company on the go-clean site, but i am guessing, only those two people running the company!

If you want to hire this people to clean carpet, one thing is make sure they charge you correctly! it is really an upsetting experience if you want to get the money back.

More recently I had a disaster at my own house where the family dog had an overnight accident (or several) on my favourite cream shag pile rug :( I immediately felt like throwing my beautiful rug away but decided I would call Go Clean and see if they could sort it out. I was glad I did, and once again was wonderfully happy with the result and service I received.

I phoned them at 8am that morning and the lovely gentleman on the phone arranged an appointment for me that same afternoon. The cleaners were on time, friendly and efficient, and again, like my nan's house, did a magnificent job. The rug was vacuumed, cleaned, deodorised and sanitised and is now as good as new. I am incredibly fussy by nature and also have a new baby on the way, and I am now happy to have my little one crawl around on my shag pile rug. I highly recommend this company and would use them every time I need carpet or upholstery cleaning. Fast, reliable, friendly service, excellent results

crayon from the kids, no ammount of vacumming seems to ever remove it, even by professionals, but when I came home that afternoon I was trueley amazed at the results. You wouldnt even know I had an indoor pet (which should keep the landlord happy :) ). I expected to at very least to be able to see some of the crayon marks and didnt believe them when they told me they got it all out when I spoke on the phone, but it was gone alright!

operator from Go Clean, I was a little more optimistic, as they reassured me I had a fighting chance.

I had them out this morning, and watched them mix up a few different cocktails of spot removers and used all different methods that I never would have even thought of, and barely 30 minutes later, low and behold, the stain right before my eyes disappeared. I was only expecting it to fade at very best, but the stains are COMPLETELY GONE! The brand new carpet actually looks brand new again.

I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, in fact I already have to all my friends.

Do yourself a favour, if you need your carpets cleaned, call these guys, because they really are fantastic. I cant say enough, how impressed I am.

they might not come out, but go clean were happy to treat just the spots! the marks they cleaned looked so good that I ended up getting them to clean the rest of the carpet anyway because it showed up my effort 100%.
