Sent incorrect product to me. Wouldn't accept responsibility for it. Very difficult to deal with. I e scripted and robotic. Will not use or recommend them again.

Had an issue with 3 orders in the last 6 months. Two drivers sent with a shaft other than listed and the latest a hybrid with a deep scratch on the top that they admitted it they knew about. I was expecting a lightly used club not a damaged one. Buying from Golfbox has become a raffle and customer service is no longer. I’d avoid.

No accountability for faulty product – Top of the range Ecco Golf shoe fell apart after 20 rounds. No consideration for the fact that we have been in lockdown for 9 months, and minimal use, only keep repeating that it’s pass 12 months warranty. Really disappointed and will never buy from them again, rather pay a bit more and buy from people who give a damn.

Beware of narrow fit golf shoes – I ordered a pair of Adidas Traxion Classic Golf Shoes from Golfbox. Very fast delivery to NZ. The shoes could have been a fraction longer but just OK - but the width! Incredibly narrow even though the box said "wide fit". I have never needed a wide fit shoe. who said the shoe chart provided was accurate. But the chart only addresses length. So queried the width (again). Silence! I have been offered a return at my cost! Both Aussie and NZ non Asian males will have wider feet than Asians. Online customers need good information to make the right purchase decision. This shoe was the end of line so the width issue would have been known and should have been noted on the product listing to avoid customer disappointment. In these circumstances Golfbox should acknowledge this omission and assist with product return costs. Its part of good customer service.

November 7th 2019 Update: Lost returns

Extra narrow Golf shoes returned at my cost from NZ correctly addressed and double packed. No refund. No acknowledgement of receipt. No response to NZ Posts letter seeking confirmation from GolfBox that they had not received the return. So no shoes, no refund and out of pocket for return postage that I did not think I should have paid for in the circumstances. That was an ongoing dispute which I hope has not contributed this situation? Hope you have better luck with your returns!

Total Dodgy scammers. Bought Addidas shoes online and after 1 month or so the sole started peeling. Derek at cus service said to cut tongues out of shoe and email photo. realised because grass kept getting stuck in the gap. Same procedure again by Derek. ordered nearly the most expensive pair (paid a lot extra) as getting sick and tired of this - Ecco shoes, they arrived and the fit was so bad, really long and narrow. Advised Derek again and requested a refund at this stage. he said no as I accepted store credit for the upgraded and would only refund me the difference of the upgrade to the Ecco shoes. He said because I accepted the store credit than any request for refund due a to a warranty would be void. He never told me about this the first time, as I would have just got a refund and tried somewhere else. So I am left with $149 credit on their online store I don't want to use as I only wanted shoes. Anyway, I bought some balls, a ball marker and a black ball marker pen. All arrived except the black market pen. Emailed Derek and he said I would have to pay for postage again if I wanted it. Postage was $9.90 approx and pen costs $4.22. So they forgot to pack but I have to pay for postage again, unbelievable, you can't make this stuff up ! So please avoid, use Golf Clearance Warehouse instead :)

Terrible online service from Consultants Online at Golf Box. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I specifically advised that the clubs required custom changes, but my request was completely ignored, and they still wanted to send me standard clubs. When I asked for contact details to resolve the matter, I was ignored again. Very poor attitude and support — would not recommend purchasing clubs online from them.

small item. In the morning before shipment I sent a message asking them to include this item with my shipment and I would pay for it. But didn’t want to place a seperate order as the shipping cost would be $15 and I didn’t want to spend another $75 to get free shipment. Or if they could waive shipment cost for me. They flatly said no they couldn’t unfortunately.

Customer service is uncaring and say no to any sort of assistance. They don’t value customer loyalty. They just want to get rid of queries and not deal with them.

And if you order golf bags they drive them up for WA and don’t fly them up. FYI.

purchase. On that basis I went into GolfBox in March and purchased something from them so that my points that I had accrued previously would have a new validity. Last week, I wanted to use these points that have occured but when I logged in I noticed all the points have been removed from my account. I questioned GolfBox in regards to this and even the staff member who chatted with me initially said that it seemed there was an error in their system and this had to be investigated. A few days on, I received an email saying that they will honour my points for the purchase in March however all the other points will not be returned back onto my account. They also sent me a screenshot of their new terms and conditions on points which stated that points would expire after six months regardless. I had over 8,000 ($200 in vouchers) points on my account which they just wiped off because of the new policy. This has to be the worst loyalty program I've ever come across and I don't think I will ever be purchasing anything from GolfBox ever again as principally they are just out there to make money and loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. Their customer service is questionable as they do not have the decency to reply to emails (Derek in particular). Be very careful when it comes to points as it seems GolfBox has rules that change all the time and if you're not keeping a close eye on their new conditions you will definitely be hit like I just was. Looking forward to seeing for major competition from the east coast Golf Outlets to come here to WA and teach them a thing or 2 about loyalty

box for incorrect order and they refuse to ring you back when they get your email with an issue, the old reliable golf box no longer exists and never buy a product of them ever or if as they claim Apple Pay gave them the wrong address you have lost your order with no comeback, never again!!!

this may somehow help it stay shut. Golf Box has not acknowledged the issue with the wheel. When I advised Golf Box their solution is unacceptable, as this is a band new buggy for which I paid hundreds, Golf Box are now ignoring my emails. Golf Box does not have a phone number so it’s impossible to contact them. I have referred the matter to Consumer Affairs. DO NOT BUY EQUIPMENT FROM GOLF BOX.

$4000 over the years and this is how they treat loyal customers. All I wanted was for them to fix the shaft. Now I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Affairs Victoria. Thanks for taking all my money GolfBox and not even helping out with such a simple matter. By the way the drive wasn’t cheap so you’d expect it to last a lot longer than 15 months. I look forward to taking this fight further.

Rude customer service which was demeaning to me (the buyer). It's an online store with strict warranty returns. Buyer has to pay a fortune to return a driver to get checked. Never buy online, buy from a shop local to where you live. Never again for me on GolfBox.

email response was moderately sarcastic and put the blame back on me claiming I ordered the wrong size. Very unimpressed and disappointed as I have been a loyal customer with no refund/return history. Online buyers be ware of poor customer support. Their shipping was fast but customer consumer rights were not acceptable. I will no longer buy from this online store. Very very disappointed. Be careful buying from this online store. I buy from other online golf stores inc House of Golf, Drummond Golf with no problems with orders.

Wrong order – Poor customer service. Went to order only two tops and one of them is such a huge size. Probably doesnt have stock and just sent off a random size. Wth would i do with a humongous size top? Start rapping and sell records? Their validating saying that its us size large... Defective products, refusal for returns - seems like a scam – They will deliver a damaged product and refuse a refund - customer service is horrible. You are better off going to a more reputable online golf dealer.

without them, what's the point. I challenged GB that I had purchased the watch only days ago and without the additional tags, didn't want the watch, could I please return. A guy in support named [Name Removed], he hates customers, he didnt want to help, he mocked me, refused to speak with ShotScope and made it generally a horrible experience. He ignored several requests to escalate the matter and point blank refused to even acknowledge that I had then pivoted to asking for a return on the item. Nobody from Golfbox got back to me, they just thought it was too hard and so in the future, I won't shop here, I'll go somewhere else that actually likes their customers. Golfbox has gone from a great place to buy things to somewhere I expect to go out of business soon with employees and a culture like I witnessed. Gaslighting customers in 2024 is not on. Find a new job for that aggravated person. I added the whole thread to this review, please have a look for yourself.
