Go Talk Customer Service – I am totally disgusted with Go Talk customer service. Although the actual words are not said we are almost accused of being "liars". Previously used Go talk 2020 thanks your prompt service! – So far so good! When phoning operator didn't have to wait long, was a bit hard with poor English though but we got through it. Haven't experienced any problems! I mainly use for phone calls only, so can't comment on download speeds? Show details

I have had no problems with connection only with my phone because of a hearing problem. Now the issue is solved as I am getting a new simcard for my Iphone where I have an app. for my hearing aid. The 3G to 4G switch !! – I recently discovered by chance that our SIM cards were about to become redundant in 5 days time due to the Vodaphone move from 3G to 4G. However, once this had become clear, the matter was rectified very quickly and efficiently on the Chat line. My thanks to those concerned. Show details
Customer feedback – I used the service for several years and I have decided to move to another phone provider today. The reason is based on the fact that in the current Australian phone market there are cheaper plans to unlimited call overseas while service within the country is almost free or very reasonable. Overall, my experience with Go Talk was good. All the best with your company.

Facilitates overseas call centre spammers – This company makes it possible for overseas spammers to appear as if calling from Australia. A quick Google search will confirm these Indian call centres selling insurance and breaching Do Not Call Register laws are masking their caller ID by using the GoTalk service.

that mobile data download have absorbed all the credit. The matter was investigated by Rosa from Go Talk team and suggested to have data mode disabled and use home Wi-Fi to avoid repeating the loss. Being a Go Talk user for 12 years I was considered a valued customer and Go Talk applied a good will credit into my account. I recommend Go Talk for their cheap call rates and having a support team that listens and communicates.
