received the money even though i sent proof that they had accepted payment from me and that it was not pending my bank statements prove this . When i asked why they still haven’t sent my order after waiting for weeks and paying for express post they changed their lie and started to tell me it wasn’t in stock they were trying to get me to buy a complete different order/brand of product that cost 5x as much they had already lied to me multiple times and then they had the Hyde to try scam even more money out of me . I’ve sent multiple complaints demanding to know why they won’t give me any options that involve them returning my money back to me and they refuse to reply except to tell me that I could pay even more money for a different product that I don’t want to order . They are thieves and have no intentions of giving anyone their orders they want your money then they won’t give you a refund and ask for even more money from you . They need to have their business/trading license removed asap

Very good value for the 3 x replaceable brush head toilet bowl brushes and handles. Bought them for my mother, whose brush had broken off on an expensive fixture. The brush fits the glass holder perfectly and is a great idea. The brushes arrived very quickly and I was most impressed. Would definitely recommend! Show reply

The items arrived on time,and appear to be fine,though I have not tested all ten. What did surprise me is that all ten light globes survived the transport,as they had no individual coverings,and were all put in a soft packet/envelope with a thin internal bubblewrap, I am amazed they all arrived apparently intact. Show reply

cash refund of 50% of what I paid I have continually advised Grandado that I have arranged the correct band from another company and don’t want a voucher I’ll never spend. They refuse to refund me. I recommend you avoid purchasing from a company that will not refund your money when they are 100% at fault.

The item was advertised to include a leather gaiter in addition to the gear knob. I only received the gear knob. The material of the gear knob is incredibly cheap.

Disappointed. Thought l was receiving 2, as in picture. But only one arrived. Inferior product. Steel buckle bends easily and now can't be released from main seatbelt clip only after a couple of weeks

The phone chargers x2 I ordered ,I thought would fit my I phone ,but was in fact for European charge,not AU and no cables came which is what I paid for.Return too complicated as in Hong Kong and postage back would have cost as much as I paid initially,with complicated return policy . Waste of $40

Terrible service - selling counterfeit products then pretending it was the customer choice. Look for legit or cheap products elsewhere. This one is a fraudulent place.

Ordered on 14th May now 27th June 2025. Nothing received. Granados track and trace is a joke and a deliberate falsehood. Theu deny the existence of my order and payment.

I ordered 4 light brown socks for a chair, it was easy to find in the webstore. The communication about deliverance was excellent and the delivery aswell. It was a shame that I received black socks, instead of light brown ones. I tried to get in touch, but didn't succeed. It was not a big thing to get the wrong colour, so I stopped trying to get in touch. I am happy with the socks

Communication was excellent. Aerator x 2, GW4555-SE arrived in good time. But, unfortunately they aren't made for countries other than Kuwait (back if the package). This restriction isn't in the product description that I ordered from. I can't say they work in Kuwait but they certainly don't in my country. Show reply

Ordered a facia for my VW POLO. Received item however was faulty, was sections of plastic covering holes that were meant to be used to locate it, and there was a small section where the screen sits. so the screen did not fit. I have enquired about a return/refund however haven’t heard back.
