interested in. I found Greengadgets on another platform a bit cheaper than ebay and purchased there. The phone arrived quickly and it's just perfect for me. A foot note here is that in the past I've bought brand new phones. However this refurnished model is just as good as the new ones, if not better. The conditions of sale with Greengadgets is heaps better than those of the bigger retail stores selling brand new phones. I'll definitely be buying my future phones from Greengadgets.
I tried to make a purchase for my elderly father to assist him & my order was flagged for possible fraudulence, as I made the order under my name with my dads card even though we both have the same last name. Then when I changed the order to my fathers name, it was still flagged so I was asked for a photo of my dads card & IDs. Very inconvenient and insulting.

cosmetic condition did not match my expectations of “excellent.” The device showed multiple visible dings and blemishes around the bezel and frame, wear to the rear casing, and the charging port had not been properly cleaned. The USB-C cable connection was also noticeably loose.
While support was friendly and polite throughout, the returns and clarification process proved frustrating and time-consuming.
When I queried whether this level of wear aligned with their “Excellent Condition” grading, I was unable to obtain a clear confirmation. I also requested more detail about the advertised “72-point quality check,” but support could not specify exactly what was included. Additionally, when asking whether a replacement device would be of better cosmetic quality, this could not be confirmed. Stock availability for replacements was also unclear until after my return would be received and assessed.
It has now been almost four weeks since my original purchase, and I am still awaiting the refund to be fully processed. Overall, customer service remained courteous, but the lack of clarity and extended resolution timeframe made the experience less than ideal.

wrong phone was definitely not in excellent condition, cables included were also not the original Samsung cables. It was easy enough to contact customer service, back and forth to confirm it was their mistake and not mine. Phone was sent back and no communication from them for the next 3 days, email sent, no reply so had to ring them and was told she will make sure this is dealt with urgently. After another 24 hours of waiting, I was sent an email stating the phone i ordered is no longer available and that "we are happy to offer a $40 discount for a "very good" condition instead of excellent". Yeah, no thanks - I should be paid the $40 for running around for your mistake. Gave them 1 star because they did refund me right away. Another star as staff was very quick to answer phone calls and they were easy to talk to. I do not recommend unless you are prepared to spend 2 weeks waiting, emailing, calling and going to the post office, only to be back at square one.

Gadgets was way faster. Only nitpick thing is kinda needed more padding and security for the phone in the box as it was sliding around in the box, I think the tape broke, and there was no padding if it was dropped, luckily it was fine. Also got a jump scare when the phone wouldn't turn on initially but just needed charging, I'm no expert in devices so I don't know if there's a reason, but it would have been maybe a little nice to have even a tiny amount of charge so I knew it was working immediately. Overall happy with it. I'm nearly two weeks using the device and will update if there's ever issues, but so far its great and I'd far recommend them over other companies doing the same.

However as this was now outside the initial warranty period Green Gadgets took no responsibility and did nothing to address the second faulty device. Green Gadgets refused to acknowledge or abide by their duty of care to ensure their products perform as expected.
Buy and product from Green Gadgets at your own risk. They will not stand behind the quality of their work or their products.

to be sent three different phones before I finally received one that was actually working and as advertised. It honestly feels like they just chuck the phone in a box, and hope the customer doesn't bother complaining.
The first iPhone 13 was purchased through Reebelo, with Green Gadgets as the supplier and shipper. The first issue was the delivery time. It took over two weeks to arrive, despite only travelling from Sydney to Wollongong, which would normally take a day or two at most.
Then when it finally arrived, the right-side button didn't work at all. That meant I couldn't turn the phone on or off properly (it would only turn back on after going flat and being plugged into a charger), take screenshots, approve app purchases, use Siri, or even access emergency call functions. It was such an obvious fault that I genuinely don't understand how anyone could have tested the phone and thought it was fit to send out.
After sending that one back and waiting for Green Gadgets to process the return, I got a refund and decided to try again. This time I purchased an iPhone directly from Green Gadgets in "As New" condition, thinking maybe I'd have better luck.
Unfortunately, I didn't.
As soon as I received it, I noticed it was charging incredibly slowly. Once I'd finished setting it up and checked the battery settings, I found the battery health was only 66%.
Green Gadgets advertises their phones as having a minimum battery health of 80%. Not only was it nowhere near that standard, but the battery was actually worse than the old phone I was trying to replace. So once again I found myself going through the return process and waiting for yet another replacement. This time I was told they would only do a replacement rather than a refund.
Mind you, I wasn't just buying a refurbished phone for the fun of it, my existing phone had died and I urgently needed a replacement and couldn't afford any of the brand new ones. Instead of getting a working phone, I spent weeks dealing with faulty devices, returns, shipping delays, and waiting for replacements.
Then when the third replacement finally arrived, they had forgotten to include the phone case that I'd paid for.
At that point I honestly started wondering what was going on at Green Gadgets. Either the phones aren't being checked at all, or the quality control is so poor that these issues are being completely missed. None of the problems I found were hidden hard to find technical faults. They were the most obvious issues that I noticed almost immediately after receiving the phones.
In the end, I finally got a working phone on the third attempt, but the amount of time, effort and frustration it took to get there was ridiculous.
I will never buy from Green Gadgets again, and I've already told my friends and family to avoid them. If you're thinking of buying a phone from them, please save yourself the stress and buy somewhere anywhere else!
