cosmetic condition did not match my expectations of “excellent.” The device showed multiple visible dings and blemishes around the bezel and frame, wear to the rear casing, and the charging port had not been properly cleaned. The USB-C cable connection was also noticeably loose.

While support was friendly and polite throughout, the returns and clarification process proved frustrating and time-consuming.

When I queried whether this level of wear aligned with their “Excellent Condition” grading, I was unable to obtain a clear confirmation. I also requested more detail about the advertised “72-point quality check,” but support could not specify exactly what was included. Additionally, when asking whether a replacement device would be of better cosmetic quality, this could not be confirmed. Stock availability for replacements was also unclear until after my return would be received and assessed.

It has now been almost four weeks since my original purchase, and I am still awaiting the refund to be fully processed. Overall, customer service remained courteous, but the lack of clarity and extended resolution timeframe made the experience less than ideal.

wrong phone was definitely not in excellent condition, cables included were also not the original Samsung cables. It was easy enough to contact customer service, back and forth to confirm it was their mistake and not mine. Phone was sent back and no communication from them for the next 3 days, email sent, no reply so had to ring them and was told she will make sure this is dealt with urgently. After another 24 hours of waiting, I was sent an email stating the phone i ordered is no longer available and that "we are happy to offer a $40 discount for a "very good" condition instead of excellent". Yeah, no thanks - I should be paid the $40 for running around for your mistake. Gave them 1 star because they did refund me right away. Another star as staff was very quick to answer phone calls and they were easy to talk to. I do not recommend unless you are prepared to spend 2 weeks waiting, emailing, calling and going to the post office, only to be back at square one.

hope for the best it works. Clearly no one checked the condition of the phone. Yellow phone was sent back and we had to do a new order for replacement. Second time lucky it was in much better condition and still works now. But battery is already degraded to 70%

The teal phone was OK but had a lot of dents and gauges. After 9 months the teal phone started to drain battery. It would be at 100% fully charged then 3 min later drop to 22%. Battery has also degraded to 49% capacity in the 1 year 8 months. Note this phone is lightly used by my 12 year old for txt and phone calls at school pick ups only.

Contacted seller who suggested I reset the phone but it made no difference but lag more. It’s completely useless. For $399 you wouldn’t expect it to die so quickly. Seller said not their problem as they only cover 12months. But clearly they sold an inferior product not fit for purpose

what you get when you order a refurbished phone, and you can barely notice them. Battery is brand new and at 100% battery health. Sound quality is amazing, I can actually hear people talking on the phone, and both speakers work!

Restarted it twice to set up, but sometimes that’s normal. Phone supports 5g and easy transfer of SIM card (as it comes with a card poker thing) and easy to set up in general!
