overwhelming process, ensuring we understood the various steps and keeping us well informed of upcoming milestones. Greenline took care to answer our (sometimes lengthy) e-mails systematically, point by point and in detail. There were times that we sent documents or queries late at night and Tee would sometimes respond immediately. Greenline made us feel like we are their most important clients.

Knowing the process, Tee requested all relevant documents/information from us early on and took care of all paperwork for us. Tala and Elias kept us updated on the mortgage application and the exact amount of money that needed to be available at settlement when a few inspection costs relating to the house ballooned and had to be paid from our deposit. We never felt we were in the dark. There were no surprises.

Tee phoned us on the day of settlement to congratulate us with our new home and emphasised that Greenline's services did not stop now that the purchase was successful, but that any future queries or changes to the mortgage arrangement are also included as part of their standard service at no cost to us.
