Unethical jeweller – I bought a very expensive eternity ring from Gregory’s Miranda store. It turned out that the setting was incorrect, too many dimonds for the setting. The diamonds were crushing up against each other, cracking and chipping themselves. worthless. While I was at a real bedspoke jeweller they took a look at my ring and said most if not all the diamonds in the ring were cracked or terribly damaged. I rang Gregory’s and made the complaint, had some puppet from head office call me to say drop my ring into store and they would look at it. A couple of weeks latter the same puppet called me stating, Gregory’s would fix my ring at a cost of $1100.00 only taking out THE WORST Dimonds. Just a note, I’ve spent over 100k at this store over the past 5 years. I said I was not happy, he said it was from wear and tear! I said it was from the incorrect setting. I said I would take Gregory’s to NCAT and asked if he could put in writing via email Gregory's offer of resolution (to patch ring for a fee of $1100), I’ve never received such email.

A week later I received a text message from Gregory telling me my ring was there for collect ion and if there was anything else they could do for me. I told them they could pass a message onto Mr Gregory for me…. I’m a survivor of two strokes and don’t wish to waste my time scraping it out in the dirt with unethical, thieving people such as yourself, keep the ring as money is so important to you and don’t contact me again. Warning people never go to this store, sharks in suits, terrible quality, mass produced products with very heavy price tags!!! They would sell their own mother down the river to make a buck.

No exchange policy – Would not exchange or refund a bracelet for a larger size lost $348 to a bracelet 16cm that can only fit a child. Extremely disappointed is an understatement I can’t believe a company can be so unhelpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Show details

If they had been more prompt in their reply then I would have said 5-stars but given the time it took to get a response, I couldn't go any higher than the 3-stars.

Great service! – Purchased a Tag Heuer watch online. Was 100% happy with the service and communication received from Donna. I requested that the watch be sent to their Chadstone store for collection. Arrived to pick up the watch, and adjustments to the length were carried out by the friendly Vincent I would highly recommend Gregory Jewellers to family and friends and would definitely shop from there again.

send me $1.00 and then I have to send it back before they can verify the sale - also had the cheek to tell me it was for my own benefit!. This process will take days and in the meantime they have my money and the product - I believe they may have falsified the fact that they had the goods in stock and are stalling to get time to order it from overseas - seeing as I specifically bought it from them because it the website said it was in stock and could be dispatched immediately I will be reporting them to the Ombudsmen for fraud unless I get either goods or money back immediately.

Customer Service – The customer service I received from Zoran from the time I entered the Miranda store was impeccable. Zoran was extremely welcoming and could not be more helpful. I really like the way he took the time to explain the quality of the diamonds in the ring. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The ring itself is just perfect. Do Not Shop Here!! – We purchased an expensive engagement ring & had it resized. Gregory destroyed the bottom of my dream ring. You could see the weld marks & scratches on the bottom of the ring.
