Customer service is trash as they don't understand the problem and ll offer you free replacement and also wrong colour. The worst company in headphones industry in my experience. I ll highly recommend any other headphones which may be 10 dollars or 30 but these 200 $ plus priced headphones are absolutely garbage.

Great headphones but terrible support – Great heaphones but on purchasing replacement cushions, they turned up with the material already cracked and pulling away from the edging..4 emails later, still no reply!!! Not happy – I bought 2 gripped active wireless headphones.1 pair worked but battery life was short 2 hours max. 1 pair would not work. So i asked for another. After a few months i received the new ones, and they didn't work either. Show details

Buyer beware – My order was never received and the customer service in trying to resolve the issue was atrocious. I asked for a refund and never heard from them and when I raised a dispute through my pay source Gripped took no responsibility and weren’t interested in helping me, even though I had purchased with them before. Instead I ended up out of pocket and without a Xmas present for my son. Do not purchase from this company!

Customer Service and Products are terrible – I purchased a pair of Executive headphones from Gripped. They are beyond poorly made. *WARNING* The company will not respond to me even after 8 emails and a promise that they would after I wrote a review on this site. They screen the reviews on their site and did not post one that I had written about the Executives I purchased. I was told on this website that the issues I had would be resolved, and that was about 2 months and 8 emails ago. I don’t think it fits as well as the V2 and it’s not as easy to use. Love the battery life tho – I loved everything about the buying experience, the website was easy to use and navigate. They have a wide range of headphones to choose from so something for everyone. The V3s didn’t fit as well as the V2. The V3s I have seem to be twisted a touch so I reversed them and they feel better. and I prefer the ear covers of the V2. All in all I do love both products and the battery life of the V3 makes up for a few shortfalls. The sound in both is quite exceptional.

Great sound for a great price! – This is the first over-ear headphones I've ever owned and I'm very satisfied with the sound quality and comfort they provide. Great bass too. block out the outside noise the only negative is i found them a little fiddly to pair with my device's but after a few tries success. Would definitely recommend Gripped products to anyone looking for a good quality headphones at a price that dose not break the bank.

me to try the other tips. I found them VERY difficult to switch out and when I did—the sound remained tinny an low volume. Bottom line—the V.2 and Active sets are awesome and I use them as often as I can. The Frees just didn’t work for me. My review of four stars is based on the outstanding performance of the two sets. My recommendation is to purchase the two sets separately and skip the Audio Lovers Pack and Frees. I can’t imagine that I will ever use the Frees as they are, so they were a waste of money for me.

I don't hit the gym without my Gripped Free! – I am absolutely in love with the Gripped Free. They fit perfectly in the ear and don't move. quality is also very good. Also it's very important to note that they can be very loud, which is a good thing since I don't really like my gym's music.

If you have a sweaty head, hate headphones falling off, or want full mobility without bumping into your cans, then you have to pick up a pair of the Gripped Free!

WASTE OF MONEY Do not do it – Don't waste your money! Horrible – Quality is cheap as plastic, got a non working pair and discolored. Customer service is not good either! never buying any products again. Dont wast your money on this product.

Equalizers V.2 – I can’t say enough about the Equalizers V.2. I have owned them for 2 weeks now and I never knew how often I fumbled with the wire on my old headset until now. Never again. While at the gym I can’t hear weights clanking, people talking, or their lousy music. All I hear is MY music. The price is good, the quality is great, the company is outstanding. they were delivered. I waited a week and again emailed [name removed]. I was told to wait as the techs needed to inspect them. I told [name removed] that my headphones were returned unused. Still she demanded I wait. So I did. Almost a month went by. I emailed her asking the status. Within a day she said techs reviewed and determined they didnt turn on. I stated "then you must have sent me a defective item because I didn't even use them to see if they would work. She refused to again process my refund and stated a new pair would be shipped out. I told her I initially wanted and return and still do. She said because of health reasons they couldn't process a refund simply a new pair. I said I want my refund. That was the last I heard from [name removed]...other than to send me a review of the service I had received. You can guess what my response was.

them very far apart to get them over my ears. I am really disappointed that they broke so easily. No matter how good they sound or how long the battery lasts, none of that matters if they cannot even withstand daily use. not something that you would expect from a pair of headphones that cost $120++. Currently waiting to see how customer service will handle this situation. Hopefully I will be getting a replacement for this faulty product.

Terrible product, buttons do not work – My headphones took 3 weeks to arrive. I paid extra for express shipping. When they did arrive the volume button did not work on the headphones. When I press volume up or down it calls someone from my contacts at random. The overall sound quality is terrible.

Not as advised – Was looking to purchase head phones and jumped onto the Gripped Web site. Was specifically looking for over ear headphones. The chat line opened up and I asked about the over ear phone (not on ear). Was directed to page. Purchased set, they arrived promptly. If these are over ear phones I will go he. Very disappointed.
