I ordered products almost 3 weeks ago and have not received. Communication with this company is non-existent. Worst case of on-line ordering I have ever experienced. Never again.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, been in contact but haven't heard anything back, don't think it's even been posted. very very disappointed, as had to go out and purchase another cage. should have read the reviews before buying beware. if you want your order in a reasonable time frame buy elsewhere

Beware No customer service at all – Purchased a large cage , no confirmation email, no shipping details, No reply when messaged, didn't even get a order number, just like a scammer. Now trying to get my money back.

Great – Ordered a C&C cage for my guinea pigs. Very happy, had to wait for some stock but good quality product. Easy to put together. Thank you, kids and I couldn't be happier with the cage and service.

6 weeks since I ordered and the items have still not arrived – In late January, I ordered $116.50 of items to add a second storey loft for my guinea pigs. apparently 'pre-order items' that would take longer. There was no indication given at the time of ordering that these items were pre order items and that there would be a delay. It is now March 8th and I still do not have my items. I think this is completely unacceptable.

Great quality products – I bought a loft and ramp to go in my Guinea Pigs cage and they love it. The build quality is excellent and it was really easy to instal.

Shop at Pet Station or Pet Circle instead – This company is rubbish. Only use them if you can afford to risk not getting what you paid for. I've used these guys a few times and now that I have an issue with a $70 bag of rabbit food they won't reply. supplied with very little expiry date which made most of it unusable. I'm out of pocket now for both orders with no reply from them whatsoever. I've sent 3 polite emails over the past 3 weeks to follow up and now that I've checked their reviews it's confirmed to me that they won't. Use somewhere like Pet Station or Pet Circle. Their service is great

Happy Animals – Naomi was so wonderful to deal with and helped me build our ideal cage and answered all my questions and concerns. life with plenty of room to run, jump and move around. It's also great for keeping everything in with minimal mess. We have nicknamed it 'The animal Taj mahal' our very own animal castle. I also love the fact that if we decide to extend or add features you can with minimal effort.

Bunny home – So 6 x Netherlands dwarf rabbits now live in a 6 x 3 - 2 panel high with 1 x 2 loft. Loft only has a roof. The bunnies love the corflute, for dinner. The zip ties are useless. have sought for 3 years. Easy to clean, Sturdy and safe, Needs a hay holder. The shop is switching delivery provider. Do not accept startrek.

Piggies love – Everything I purchase from here is perfect for the two boys in my life . I am never ever disappointed . They love everything .

Bun Loves it – My bun loves it, I fill it with hay and it is eaten in no time. I have had to replace the strings as my bun found them edible as well. I find it is great for smaller pieces of hay so it can be easily pulled out by your bun. I just wish they would make a larger size one.

Works really well – It’s easy to put together, just a little fiddly/time consuming to put together if you’ve not done much flat pack stuff before. But my Guinea Pigs love the space! Show reply

Crap service – Have been waiting two weeks for an order that hasn’t even been dispatched. Don’t know what’s happening. Have had no communication from them.

Worth every cent – For 2 guinea pigs, this size cage is perfect. My girls love the ramp and love sleeping in the loft. The space gives them plenty of room to run around and have their own personal space. Easy to put together, just time consuming. A very large cage that was definitely worth the price.  Show reply

Piggies paradise – I bought a 2x4 Enclosure. Easy to put together first time my boys pop corned, lots of space they love the ramp , my two boys have ample space and loving every inch of it. Would highly recommend to anyone C &C cages are the way to go and Guinea Pigs Australia is The only place I would purchase from. Show reply

Piggy Mansion – My piggies were in heaven when we set this up for them. Zoomies and popcorning for hours! I found it worked best set up on a low trestle table in our lounge. start getting cranky. I did find the sticky Velcro dots and tape at the top of the ramp didn’t stay stuck and I had to reinforce with packing tape on the outside of the corflute but totally worth it for something that fits so well and is so easy to clean. As I put it together I was wonder If it would be strong enough but as soon as I added the zip ties I was so much more confident too. Customer service was lovely and helped every step of the way in choosing the right product for my piggies.

Awesome Cage and Service – Yes it is pricey! But for what they give you and how fast shipping is it’s totally worth it! The space is amazing and it wasn’t too bad to put together ! No service until you you shoutservice! – I recently purchased products from these people and they were awful, great for guinea pigs, but not for rabbits as they claim. It was fiddly to put together, you had to tape it and cable tie it. The rabbits would have destroyed this in a day. So I contacted them as most of the products had not even been unpacked. dispute, 4th email....finally an answer. Gave me an address to post it back. It arrived in an opened box (2 boxes joined in the middle) the tape had come unstuck. $210 I paid for this order. Lucky, it was all there. I go to the post office, so sending it back was going to cost me $97. It was $12.90 to ship it to me, which I paid.

I posted it back. I couldn't use it, it was no good to me.

Days go by.....NO REFUND. Email sent. Another email sent. Can I send all the details of the postage to chase up. Sure...what a joke!! Finally get a partial refund. Apparently, I pay for postage $12.90 again, so 3 lots of postage. $13.90, Afterpay fee. (This I can understand) $29.68 for someone to carry it over and pop it back on the shelf! You must be kidding.

I have paid $153.48 for absolutely nothing. I have no products. My afterpay payments continue right to the end of the payment schedule.

I will NEVER buy from these people and I will warn anyone who is interested in buying from them to be 100% certain on the purchase as they will make it that expensive for you to return their product you are forced to keep their rubbish!
