We recently had two 7.1kw quartz air conditioners installed. All family members love the units They cool our large living and dining area very quickly We leave the health function on whenever we run each ac and do a self clean each month We highly recommend the Haier units over other major brands Great units and well priced Show details
Overall no issues with the quartz aircon. It does the job. However, mine is quite small The app isnt great for control. One issue is the light is to bright. I know it can be turned off but still annoying. I haven't really noticed the noise. Although this bedroom faces away from outdoor unit. Show details

We are absolutely loving our new air conditioner. It actually cools the whole house down instead of just the area in front of it. Making summer relaxing and bringing the family closer together on hot days. We are looking forward to many summers to come. This is an incentivised review. Show details
Had this unit installed last Friday (23.1.26) and had it going overnight. Was cool but not cold even when set to 21'. tried again the following tuesday, same. Yesterday (Friday 30.1.26) turned it on when I got home (5.00 pm) went to check the room (master Bed) after ten mintues, blowing dead air. Other unit in living room set at 22' and cooling… Read more
rest of the house while the MB is warm. Checked unit outside - off. Switched all off for ten minutes and tried again blew cool but not cold. Rang installer, changed batteries, turned off again, restart, set at 19 degrees, ran cool but not cold. Checked all again 15 minutes later, blowing dead air again, unit outside off. Switched all off until 10.00 pm. restart, ran all night cool but not cold. Installer booked for visit today (Saturday). now 9.45 am and waiting. Temp Friday was 35'C. Not Happy Jan! Will wait until I get a response from the installer today before I submit a copy of the invoice requested here.
Update 8.2.26. The installer finally came out on Tuesday 3.2.26 and within 5 minutes had fixed the problem. Something about a release valve that had not been opened. The system is working as it should and I am very happy with the product. No so happy with the installer though. These people are supposed to be the experts here in Moe but they are clearly not. Its a good unit for the space it is in. It works well in the really hot and if needed for long periods of time. The controls and units remote is easy to use as well.

Unit is compact and sits well in the space. Copes decently when we need to use it for long days at home. easy to use control and remotes. Works well on extreme days like today when its 43 degrees
Unit is good for the space it is installed. Copes good even when on for long periods of time. Easy to use features, simple and straight forward controls even when we need to change between hot and cool. Today it is extremely hot and the unit os working well

to go ahead with Haier as they are bit better on their pricing and offering same heating and cooling capacity as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Avanti plus model but more energy efficient than that model. But after using it for a month, I am completely happy with my decision. I have a big bedroom with size (4.3* 3.4m) and the room gets cooled with in very short time. Indoor unit has a clean and modern look and the body is lightweight and easy to mount on any walls. It comes with a good 5.0kW cooling capacity which perfectly suits for large bedrooms (like mine) and living areas as well. It came with inverter technology which adjusts power smoothly and thus the room's temperature is steadily maintained. I also noticed that the airflow is wide and can reach all corners of the room. Indoor unit is running quietly on low fan mode and even on higher settings, noise is acceptable for daily use. It is really very energy efficient as I see only a small difference in my utility bill even though I used it for long hours on daily basis. It also has other useful features like turbo mode for quick cooling, timer for scheduled operation. It also has self-clean function which is really helpful to reduce dust and moist inside the unit.
Overall, I am really happy with the product.
This split system has been a great upgrade. It's a small indoor unit that fits well in a 3x7m bedroom. It is sleek and unobtrusive, providing fast response to the remote settings and a low noise level. This review was posted for an incentive but that does not affect my satisfaction with the product. Very easy to use. The cooling is outstanding. Excellent & fast Heating. The unit has a very high start rating, meaning it is very energy efficient. The unit inside and outside is quieter than most other units I have used/heard. Highly recommend.
