Not a good product! – Have just got rid of it and bought something decent. Not up to the job Show details
Don't buy haier! Piece of junk – This machine never has worked well. The Mitsubishi heavy units were out of stock and the Fujitsu was considerably more expensive.. stick with the decent brands. This thing is not cut out for the job! The same capacity and it can't keep up. Save your money! Show details
crap caused water damage – garbage freezes up all the time checked everything .was dripping water on inside over my tv causing it to short, very poor performance and do you think anyone wil take responsibility for my damaged goods from wateri don't think so not buying any of this crap brand again
Noisy, evaporator runs constantly – This air conditioner was working reasonably well for about 3 or 4 months. Then it started making a strange noise. I listened closely to it and could hear running water. I could see a part inside spinning. I looked up the parts manual and discovered it was the evaporation unit. It constantly buzzes now, even after I switch it off. This is a nuisance. Not good enough. Show details
Usefull product – great product- very effective. dust gathers on the filter and makes a big difference to air quality which u can feel. lasts for between 15 days to a month and then it has to be discarded.Works well. Noticeably cleaner smelling air. Keeps filter clean for much longer too. Anything that adds to your air purification be it standalone purifier or… Read more
this, it’s good for you in longer run as you are breathing purer air for longer reducing exposure to carcinogens.
Great product makes the whole house cooler – The unit is extremely a good buy, its very quiet, energy efficient, and makes the whole house cool in very quick time. The installation process was quick, it was done professionally and was done in a few hours and its a must have if you want an affordable air conditioning system that wont break the bank. It is also extremely easy to operate and change the settings with the remote. Show details
Sadly disappointing – I have had the Haier air conditioner for approximately 17 months and it's definitely been in full use for 2 summers. The temperature can be adjusted to as low as 16° but I'm sure any air conditioning supplier would recommend you not operate any system below at least 22 - 24° for longevity and maximum performance. The system came supplied with… Read more
extra filters to replace the old ones. The man installing them casually commented "just have a look when they're dirty, click here, open this, push that" and so on.
It is a quiet model even when the fan is on high, I haven't used the heating function because let's face it, we're in Australia...it's never cold. The unit itself looks good and has quite a slimline feature.
However, it doesn't seem to cool as much as it should. Yes we have considered the size of the room and it's definitely appropriate for the space it's in, location etc. To really feel the cold air from it one needs to be sitting directly in front of it or within extremely close proximity.
