emails over several weeks asking about the replacement and never heard back! Never got the replacement and never got a reply to any of my emails requesting follow up, even my final email where I asked to escalate the issue. Very poor customer service.
Overly expensive, an absolute scam – Potential for mould to grow in some small internal gaps. Shipping is criminal. $9 charge for one replacement (because there was an "error" on their site meaning you could only buy 1) that was sent in flimsy, poor packaging, sent from China, and took over a month to arrive. Caught on fire! Extreme safety risk. Do not use – Just received two happi teeth. Put one on charge for the first time, and 10 mins later we smelt burning plastic. Found it just in time as it was about to catch alight (it was smoking a lot). Seriously be careful about charging this! Show details
Didn't receive product at all – Paid for my happi teeth brush on 21st October 2021. It was meant to be sent 15th November with tracking notifications. The brush is not waterproof and stopped working after 3 months – I was excited when purchasing the brush for my 2 kids. My boy enjoyed using it but honestly i do not think the brush worked very well. can't cancel it as it's ready to be shipped so it hasn't left but because it's ready you can't cancel my order! I then flowed it up first thing the next day and before it was collected by Aus post they said it still couldn't be cancelled. I then got my shipped email with tracking information.
The best thing about this is,.it was shipped from a house in Adelaide, easy to find if you look and I am in Adelaide, so why could they not just cancel my order!!!
I will be sending them back and will be getting my money back one way or another....
Again, beware as they are money hungry with no willingness to refund or cancel should you as the consumer change your mind even before it's shipped

Fantastic customer service! – I had a fantastic experience with Happi Teeth today. After spring cleaning my house over the weekend I realised my daughters charger had been thrown out and I couldn’t find a replacement on the internet. I message Happi Teeth and asked if I could buy a charger off them. A couple of hours later I got a message telling me they had sent off two replacement chargers for free. Very happy :) Show details

it was apparently to speed up the delivery process from their manufacturer. But that was evidentally a lie as it's happened again.
I tried to order some more brush heads and there was apparently only 1 in stock. I emailed to see if there was an error on the site and there was more available. After I got no reply I just went ahead to buy the 1. The item listing said "includes free shipping" but then at checkout it added $10 shipping - as it's actually only free shipping over $x which is annoying considering my order WOULD have been over the amount, but whatever. Took 2 weeks for shipping notification. Over a month to arrive. No answers to my emails in the mean time.

Worst tooth brush! – I pursued the adult happi brush a week ago and while shipping was fast, that’s about where it ends. I put it on the charger before using. clean your teeth well. It doesn’t clean around your gums! I have tried it three times now and every time I have needed to get a different tooth brush. I am very disappointed in the brush!

Would not recommend – It's a Shame I never received anything to actually review. Ordered ours mid November 2021 and still have not received anything or heard back from the company. Order never received, no response – I placed my order on 7 December, and one month later have not received anything yet.
