Happywallz Transfers-Happy Customer – Hi Everyone ! I ordered this product before I read the reviews! So initially I thought this was a scam & i wasn’t going to receive my order, it was going to be a lesson learnt to check reviews before I purchase anything from a company. Had no acknowledgment email of my order ect. But I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome! Admittedly it took 5 weeks to arrive but I am extremely happy with the product.

Happywallz transfers – My Happywallz transfers are exactly what I wanted and look so good. The parcel took a while to arrive but my follow up enquiries were responded to promptly. (It just would have been reassuring to have had a tracking number.)

Scam artists. Don’t waste your money! – Absolute scam. Ordered on the 22nd May 2024 and it’s now the 15th June. No order has been received. Customer service are useless and combative and do not care about their customer satisfaction. Would you not just send another package out? Clearly they haven’t sent one in the first place.
Great quality – I’ve just read all the bad reviews and am shocked - glad I didn’t read them before I ordered or I may not have ordered! My decal arrived within 3 weeks (I’m super happy with that as it was personalised) in perfect condition and are of a great quality. I’ve bought others before and these are much firmer and way easier to install. I love it. Not sure if I was just super lucky but I’m happy and will definitely use them again.

All OK – I was worried by all the negative reviews, but the order arrived within two weeks and was as expected. It was sent from China via Aust Post. The method of fixing the decal is a bit tricky and requires patience and a clean dry surface. The end result looks really nice. This is the only review I have ever written and have done so as my experience was different to all of the negative reviews found on this site.

Great product – I bought a large piece over 150cm. Product was as described and as my husband and I followed the instructions we did not have any trouble putting it on. Delivery was slow but on investigation it was shipped promptly but was stuck with the delivery company. My only concern was lack of update from the company when messages sent. Once a message was sent through PayPal it was answered within hours. Recommend the product.

Plan well ahead! – Website name suggests AU, even shows an Australian Postal address, but there is nothing Australian about the store. I didn't pay for 'express' shipping because I didn't need the decals in 4-5 days, and unfortunately assumed standard shipping from NSW would be 7 to 10 days. Almost a month waiting and still nothing. Be very wary.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMS – Do not use this company. They take your money, never receive confirmation, never receive your order and they do not respond to emails.

Parts Missing – Ordered end of November for Christmas as I thought was shipping from Australia so should have received it, parcel only arrived in Jan (from China) with parts missing. Half of one design is missing so useless. Have been contacting their support since then, they said they would send the missing pieces so I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s almost March and still nothing. Not worth the anguish.

Australian company. There's nothing wrong with a Chinese?Australian setting office here and getting it done overseas as it is the (bad) fashion these days, however deceiving customers is not.
Communication was non-existent until the delivery was about to occur. In my case it was pretty reasonable given that the order was on the 27th of Dec and delivery on the 17th of Jan. No reply to my Paypal dispute either yet.
Quality: stickers came sort of numbered. In my case there's a tree blown by the wind where the parts of the tree were numbered but the leaves and the birds were not, so good luck with your imagination. Now comes the main issue: unless you roll/press the crap out of the decals on the wall and come up with creative ways to remove the transparency off the decal, it'll stretch the material, come out of position, tear damage especially if you have an intricate model. Using a hot blow drier won't make it easier to remove the transparency as suggested in the minimal instructions. Having experience with decals and lots of patience surely helps.
Most certainly buy local and be sure to ring their company first to see if local and what sort of service will you get.
The paint i applied it on is matte which is good and bad, allows the sticker to com off without damage but has much less grip than regular paint.

Not in NSW – I placed an order, and like everyone else, received no confirmation. After reading reviews, I put in a paypal complaint. Then I got an e-mail from them asking me to withdraw the complaint & advising me the order had been posted. I eventually got shipping details & to my surprise, the package actually arrived, it is exactly what I ordered and looks good. It has taken a couple of months though. I would not order from them again.

exactly the same. Now the correspondence is that there isn't meant to be transfer paper as they are 'not complicated designs' - we tried a number of methods to get them up on the wall without transfer paper - most of them tore and the others stretched and looked shocking. Now they seem to be ignoring my emails - what a surprise!
