they just have drop service they will not remove the boxes also and they through the boxes in backyard even not a courtesy to atleast help to fold. My display unit was large and they just drop and saying they will remove the boxes of that and just had query to their manager and whole company how can one single person remove the boxes of display unit. Same for tv unit and coffee table also. My recommendation is that if someone had time then please explore other options and avoid buying from here.

multiple times hoping for a resolution, but my concerns were never addressed. Communication around delivery was poor, and they offered no flexibility to reschedule according to my building’s lift availability. Despite failing to deliver at a suitable time, they still asked me to pay for a delivery that was never properly provided.
To make matters worse, one of the bedside tables that came with the set had a glass top, which I accidentally broke. When I contacted the store to inquire about purchasing a replacement part, I was told they don’t provide spare parts or repair services. This lack of support has been incredibly frustrating for me and my family.
I expected better quality and service. Sadly, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

Poor warranty support – We purchased 6 Bar stools from their Nunawading store and when they were delivered 2 of them were damaged. We returned them to the store and were told to email their head office as they couldn't do anything. Eventually they agreed to send us 2 replacement stools and pick up the faulty ones. on the spot and found they were more damaged than the first ones! We tried to reject the delivery, but the delivery driver wouldn't take them back and again referred us to head office to raise a complaint. Head office again asked us to return them to a store, (which is a 2 hour round trip for us), and said they would provide a refund afterwards if we provided bank account details. We paid by credit card, so asked for the refund to be provided the same way which they initially agreed to and again told us to return them to a store for the refund to be processed. When we arrived at the store they again refused to provide the refund stating that they required our bank account details. The person working there also stated that this was company policy and that their company policy overrides consumer law! At this stage we have no confidence that they ever intend to stand by their warranty or abide by consumer law. Buyer beware!

Avoid this store at all costs. They quality of their products are horrendous – Purchased a coffee table from this place, the legs came off after a week because the epoxy they had used was so weak and flimsy. about return of a defective product. The consumer has the option of asking for a full refund when returning a defective product.
Avoid buying anything from this store at all costs. All their products are extremely low quality and their customer service is appallingly bad. I’ll be lodging a complaint to the ACCC now because the store won’t give me a full refund.

Usage Environment The sofa set is installed in our dedicated home theater room, not in a high-traffic living area. Usage has been occasional, primarily limited to weekends for watching movies or series as a family. It is certainly not in daily use, which minimizes general wear and tear.
Issue Isolated to One Seat The discoloration is limited to just one seat (1C) in the middle row. The adjacent seats, including those in more exposed or equally used positions, remain in excellent condition. It’s important to highlight that seating in our theater is not assigned—there is no disproportionate use of this particular seat. All four seats and two bean bags are used interchangeably.
No Sunlight Exposure The room has limited indirect light only. The overhead window is positioned high (SIL height 1800mm with 600mm depth), and due to the room’s structure, direct sunlight exposure is implausible. To suggest only this specific seat could have suffered sun damage would, respectfully, defy logic and physics—unless we intentionally angled mirrors to target that seat specifically, which of course is not the case.
Minimal Use and No Harsh Cleaning Given our viewing habits, each seat has likely been used no more than 30–50 times. This is a conservative estimate that accounts for weekly family viewing, balanced with everyday life responsibilities. The sofa has not been cleaned with chemicals or liquids, and we maintain a strict no-food policy in the theater (aside from basic snacks like popcorn and bottled drinks).
Comparison to Showroom Use If similar products in your showroom can endure dozens of users each weekend without deterioration, then a lightly used home theater sofa showing premature fading or material issues suggests a potential material defect, rather than wear due to usage.
Warranty & Reasonable Expectation I fully understand that your warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials. Given that only one seat out of four is affected, this strongly points to a fault isolated to that unit, rather than a result of general use or external conditions.
In light of this, I am not seeking a refund or store credit, and I do not wish to escalate the matter unnecessarily. I simply request that the one defective seat (1C) be replaced or repaired under the terms of your warranty, which I believe this situation reasonably falls within

mentioned Ortho Shield essential care which feels softer. I got delivery of Ortho shield back care which feels much firmer. When I asked for the replacement with the essential care which I paid for, they told it is only different in labels and unable to send the essential care mattress replacement. The customer care was rude and arrogant. I have gone through the reviews but opted to bug from them that not believing the reviews. I would never go back to their store and I wouldn’t recommend their store for my friends and families. It was a huge mistake I did the purchase from them.

it's a change of mind, one should bear the delivery fees, but I was still willing to cover a one-way delivery cost. However, they pushed us by forcing us to pay double the delivery. We had just moved into a new house and were dealing with other challenges, making our experience with them a nightmare. Amazing Staff – We came into the Braybrook store looking for a tv store on the saturday. The lady who helped us was attentive, professional and had a great knowledge of the products. She introduced us to TV stands that match our interious decor. On top of that, she even went as far as to scedule the delivery to be faster to match the date of our new TV arrival. The kicker really came with the delivery of the sofa. There were clear scratch marks, discolouration, stains and a dent in the upholstery. While you could say that these are just cosmetic defects, the fact is I bought what I expected to be a brand new sofa, which should not have these issues.
I sent them an email with detailed photos of the issues and was assured in a nice return email that they would take care of the issues. However, 10 days later I was sent a short email claiming that these issues were "consistent with the texture and colour of the lounge". It is as if I have bought a display product rather than a new one. I don't see how this can be given the stains and discolouration and if the scratches were consistent, they would be all over the sofa. Clearly there has been a lack of care somewhere in the supply chain (construction, storage, packing, delivery). There is also a lack of accountability as they continue to deny the existence of these issues, since all there sofas are like this (... have problems).
Having looked at more reviews having encountered problems, I can see that the high ratings seem to come from decent products with no issues, btu there is a significant risk of defects and poor customer service. This can also be seen on other review sites like Google.
I would advise people avoid this company to save hassle and the potential for receiving defective products with no avenue for resolution.

Friday, so it was coming home with us if they had stock. I’ve been disappointed with other chains recently not having stock or wanting deliver items. So I extremely satisfied after I spoke to the sales person Vivian and she confirmed it was available today from the warehouse, so after a 20 minute drive we had a smart new table at a bargain price.
I don’t like buying online and prefer to check out the quality in person.

Never deserve any start – I bought furniture from them and their manager not deliver product on time , I ask him to cancel my order and he said you have to pay 20% deduction even without delivery, be mindful before paying them .
