Incomplete Order – I dearly appreciate a phone number as I'm still awaiting explanation as to why I received an incomplete order. It was only on noting a refund to my credit card that I was made aware of not receiving the product. Yet, the product is STILL on the website. Please explain as it is to be a Christmas gift.

have been unable to contact the seller (no contact seller option seems to be available) and no reply from the 'customer service' team. I will be flying interstate in two days and it appears I won't have this gift for my sister. Very disappointing and I won't be using again.

is usually, never order from companies that don't provide paypal, as it is a warning sign, that the business is dodgie. I let it go this one time, and bam, I have paid for it. THIS COMPANY IS DODGIE !!! PS ALSO THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER,SO HIDE BEHIND CRAP AUTOMATED EMAILS.

and I received a new box with the CORRECT YEAR (LOL) in around 2 weeks. They were super friendly and fast in replying and keeping me updated during the whole process. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for AWESOME products and if you stuff up like me, they'll help you fix it.I also got a personalised book for his 1st Father's Day, which was just ADORABLE!

Great service after initial hesitation – I ordered the Finger Lime Gin without checking reviews. Wasn't happy they didn't offer paypal and had to provide my CC. As CBA processed it put up a message saying "scam website". At $150 a bottle I was sick to my stomach. But all credit to them it arrived today 6 days after ordering and that included a public holiday and a weekend. So either they have tidied up their operation or it depends on what you order. Show reply

I was told by the seller that they have sent it January 10 which is a lie. Customer Service – I purchased a wool blanket via hardotfind, then realising the blanket was coming from a different supplier and it was on sale on their website, I contacted hardtofind to request a refund. The blanket arrived promptly, hardtofind eventually returned my message and refunded the difference. Although, it took a little while for them to respond they did the right thing and refunded me the money. I have no problem purchasing from them again. Show reply

the order was cancelled shortly after it was placed. I've been told that Hard to Find confirmed the cancellation with Ithika Gifts directly however neglected to let me know. There was absolutely no communication from Hard to Find to advise of this and still now the online order appears to be 'current' on the My Orders page. visiting in the UK. I ordered it in plenty of time and they promised dispatch within 3 days. A week later I received an email to say it had shipped and an Australian Post tracking number was provided. A week later the tracking number was still 'pending' and a week after that it was also still pending. According to Aus post website the reason for this was either, the item had not been shipped or the tracking number was so old it had been archived! So clearly this item had not shipped. I then complained to Hard to Find and requested refund as the item was not going to arrive before we left to go overseas, if it was ever going to arrive at all. The initial request did not produce any results but a second, threatening to claim the refund through Paypal did result in a refund. However I was left scrambling to find a replacement. A very dissapointing experience, especially as they do offer some interesting and unusual items.

days, eventually HTF themselves followed up and I guess the item was dispatched. However by then… Royal Mail UK’s international post had stopped, and despite it restarting a month or so ago my item never arrived. HTF customer service is a joke and I never know if I’m in touch with the real supplier or HTF. Zero apology or info about my order aside from the Royal Mail tracking which hasn’t budged in weeks - assume it’s now lost. I can’t apply for a refund as the website won’t let me. I’ll never buy from them again and would warn anyone else off them!

Seven were a nightmare to deal with and were extremely deceptive so went via Hard to Find which was slow and painful and not what you need over Christmas. I wouldn't put myself through that again, they have alot to work in in terms of customer service and vettng of the suppliers on their site.

Disappointed in Product – After ordering a gift pack of food goodies for my son as a Christmas present he and subsequently I were dismayed to find on opening the present all the goods were past their use by dates. This gift also included Christmas tags/labels, therefore why send food that would become out of date when opened. Needless to say we were both disappointed and saddened that our Christmas Day was spoilt. This customer will not be using Hard to Find again.

now I am finding it very difficult to find out whether any magazines have been sent - as it is almost impossible to contact them - and their customer service is almost non-existent. Why can't 'Hard to Find' provide a phone number to customers - so that they can contact your online store. I certainly won't be re-purchasing anything more from your store. It has been too difficult. A frustrating shopping experience. I wish I had read some of these earlier reviews before purchasing from 'Hard to Find'.

Missing delivery – My parcels states delivers, I contact hard to find and Hazel advises check with neighbours or Aust post as said delivered I advise live on my own have checked all the neighbours ect and their responsibility to track my order. Happy to take my money all care no responsibility as I see it! Good one Hazel, great customer service!

This has to be a scam – I received a refund through PayPal for some goods that never arrived. Although Hard To Find sent me an email to say my item had been shipped with a tracking number, DHL, who they claimed were handling my parcel, knew nothing about it. They are slow to respond to emails and their replies are vague and sent from a 'no reply' address, with references… Read more

to a global pandemic. They claim to be based in 'the vibing inner west' of Sydney (which tells me they are middle aged ) but their PO Box is in Double Bay.

Hopeless – Didn't ship item ( that express post was paid on) however they sent an email saying they did, including a tracking number. I would not recommend this company. I will be spending my money elsewhere in future.

My item never arrived, lack of communication from seller and company. DO NOT SHOP here. The seller is called The Game – I ordered a wallet on the 22nd of august. It still has not arrived, both parties are not taking responsibility or responding to my emails. It costs $194 and was for Father’s Day. I have never had such a horrible online experience. Complaint lodged with the ombudsman and fair trading. I will follow up with the small claims court to ensure I get my money back. Do not shop here. The game is also on Etsy.

Terrible customer service – After a seller went rogue and sent me something without waiting for my confirmation of the personalisation I wanted and knowing it would arrive after I needed it Hard to Find refused to help despite my request to cancel the order. Really disappointing customer service.
