After gaining enough trust to put my details in for a quote for a 20k personal loan, I recieved a quote to only be able to borrow 5k at 15% interest rate. Thats with an annual salary of 170k and under 200k total debt with enough savings to buy the vehicle outright. Do not waste your time with this lender

I think the BEST Loan company...really quick and professional response...and (most important!) after approved...next day Loan! No other crap like other company do....!!! Really recommended!

One of harmoneys clients has used my number for their account. I’ve contacted harmoney by phone 3 times, sms once and email once, asking for it to be removed and every time get told a different version of “yes it will be done”. I’m sure their product is fine, but bloody hell - sort your service out.

After a week and following numerous engagements with the company, with no resolution, I commenced engaging with the ACCC. If you have other options, I would not recommend taking out a loan with Harmoney.

Just don’t use them – I have used the loan service for about a year or 2 now, they are not understanding and they do not care about you, also if you struggle making repayments at any point you have to prove every single detail and provide them with excessive information to prove you can’t make payments, not understanding at all about cost of living. communicating with these people, the will not work with you, if you can’t provide exactly what they are asking for then good luck, no willing to work around bad situations, plenti of other better loan company’s that are way more understanding

overly complicated – Disappointing Experience I applied for a small amount, but the process was overly complicated. They took all my personal information and didn’t give me a clear yes or no. Their service doesn’t match their big promises.

Less than 30 minutes and I had the money! – The time it took between application and funding was less than 30 minutes. I am talking cleared funds in my account. The interest rate offered was highly competitive, and early repayment is an option I was looking for. I really could not fault the experience. Frightened Wife – started the application got to the bank details and my wife freaked out,did you all have to give your bank details including your pin number?

Brilliant process – The process was very easy to follow and with the loan approved, the money was in my bank less than 10 minutes after completing the application.

Terrible & Hopeless – They don't have clear guidelines about their lending criteria. They don't even ask any relevant documentation before they decline. Also never send you an email that you have been decline. Such a disappointing!!

Back stabbed – I took on a lawsuit against a scam company and the two owners. I took out a loan from Harmoney to help fund this and Harmoney agreed. We won the case. I need to put in a claim for the amount awarded by the courts which involves a smaller fee. I have spent all of my funds on the litigation case. now their failure to fund the last part leaves me hundreds of thousands out of pocket. Harmoney has now supported the scammers by this action This money will soon be returned to the scammers along with my initial investment and profits stolen I was only weeks away from receiving the judgement payout which is over 1 million USD. I will retire next year broke thanks to Harmoney They have run away and left me in the ditch. They say they can't help me excuse me you have the money and its you won't help me. !Harmoney are now scam and money laundering supporters!

Quote turns into a loan and impacts your credit rating – Rates and fees are not advertised on their website - you have to submit a quote to get an interest rate, which they state does not affect your credit rating. However once you complete all the requested information for the 'quote' they inform you, you have applied for a loan. the fees or interest rates involved? This 'quote' which I never even received a rate or fees information for has now impacted my credit rating.
