asked me to send photos of the serial number. I did. I also included screenshots of the device manger showing no touchscreen and a screenshot from Dells service webpage showing that this device with this serial number is not a touchscreen device. Harris Tech simply stopped responding. I am still trying to find a resolution, but Temu customer service simply refers me back to message Harris Tech who continue to ignore my messages. Very regretful purchase.

I brought a HP probook 430 G5 for me partner who wants to studdy business due to funds i couldnt find any where that could sell a decent laptop till i came across harris technology on Amazon. Terrible – Do not buy from this company, this is how my touchscreen 2 in one laptop arrived, with a crack right across the screen, rendering the touch screen function useless, since then, they have been taking 3-5 days to reply to an email, not answering calls at all, I have been waiting a month now for them to rectify this blatant attempt at ripping someone off.
Crooks and can't be trusted. I wish I had come here to read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered the i7 however the product delivered is i5. There are a lot of scratches on the machine. Followed up many times but no response. Show details

worked before they left. They also provided a free laptop bag, which I thought was pretty awesome. They also gave me a follow-up call later to make sure everything was A-OK. They really went above and beyond, and turned an initially negative experience into something really positive. So, now I have a nice laptop, and the right charger, and a sweet new laptop bag. I couldn't be happier, nicely done Harris Technology!
Original Review: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to send something into a black hole? I imagine it's not too different to how Harris Technology deals with your calls and emails. I recently purchased a laptop from these guys, which arrived nicely packed, and I'm actually quite pleased with it. However, it arrived with the wrong charger, and this, for some reason, seems very difficult for them to resolve. The first thing I did when I received the package, was to call them and notify them of the incorrect charger. The person at the end, let's call him Mark, was quite friendly and took down my information and said someone would get in touch soon. Happy days. So I wait. After a few days of no response from them, I call back. Mark answers again, says that someone from the relevant department should have been in touch by then (lets call them Emma), and this time he confirms my email to make sure that it's correct. I send them an email with pictures of the incorrect charger to Mark and Emma (out of my initiative) hoping to speed things up. More days pass. Crickets grow louder. Finally, for the third time, I call again, and get Mark on the phone once more. I tell him that I have had no response from Emma, and things are getting ridiculous by this stage and the laptop had run out of all charge. He once again said he would follow up. We end the call. I got back to sitting there, looking at this laptop sitting on my desk, like a useless rotten potato. It's been a few days since then, and I haven't heard a peep from Harris Technology. It's made me sad, and it's made me upset. It's made me annoyed, and it's made me laugh. How can such incompetence exist? Are they are real company or a figment of my imagination? Is Emma actually out the back of the building trying to piece together a charger from scratch? Are drop bears real? Anyway, I wasn't sure what I could do from this point, so I ordered another charger at my own cost from another supplier, and thus I am writing this review on the very laptop that Harris Technology sent to me and left for dead. So take that. I suspect Harris Technology will reply to this review talking about "valuable feedback" and "promise to do better" etc., but they had their chance here. If they had responded, this could have been a glowing review for them and I would have been buying more equipment off them. They were so close. Missed it by that much.

packed my hard drives in a single layer of crappy bubble wrap, which is not an original packing for that item. Seriously? This is shocking.

8gb was the issue! I ordered 16 gb and excellent. You guys thought I am ordering a cheap old laptop, I cannot tell. I am not taking this matter lightly. I am taking it very seriously. No reliable technical assistance – Made a pre-sale enquiry regarding technical feature of an item offered for sale on eBay. After a lapse of time and despite reminder, did not receive the courtesy of an acknowledgment, let alone any answers. Think they are just shop keepers without any technical support capabilities. Unprofessional or lack of common courteous communication skills. I would look elsewhere to buy and for assistance.

farming. Every time the laptop boots up four cmd windows appear quickly & disappear, which is never a good sign. "Healthy" computers don't do that.
Ontop of that, it is Slow. Very slow. I cannot see a reason as to why it is slow as nothing appears to be on it. for $200 i am a little wary & i will be doing a fresh install myself to ensure nothing is left on the harddrive, but i am a bit disappointed.

Stay clear from this supplier. Not trustworthy, incorrect website stock information, uneducated employees – Appalling service. Embarrassing and questionable business practices. Misinformation and negligence. Zero communication. I had to make so many follow up phone calls just to get any update. Over one month to process a refund after all of the pain and wasted time I had to endure during the entire process, and all for an item that was only worth around $60.

The item was lost by the courier service that declared that I had signed for the item which I never had and no evidence to the contrary. was far from the truth!! The Instructions arrived and they read like a short story. Very complicated Instructions which included signing up for an Account with Trend Micro. I did follow ALL these Instructions point by point, only to find out at the end of this process, that I needed a 20 Digit Code to Enter for completion. The code that had been supplied by Harris Technology was an 18 Digit Code. Two weeks of Contacting them by email, by messages and by phone calls - Requesting a Full Refund. Their method of dealing with you includes Promising you the world -Telling you that your request has been forwarded to their Accounting Team - and telling you that they would look into it!!! 2 Weeks on and nothing!! No Refund, No Explanation, Lots of apologies - But that's it!! I note that Harris technology don't seem to Monitor Product Review, so that's probably a clear indication they don't really care about their Customers and what they actually think about Harris Technology.

Avoid – On Thursday 9th May 2024 I purchased this on eBay for $851 so I can view photos and videos, play games, surf the internet, write poems, stories and do PowerPoint Presentations while I am in bed. On Monday 13th May 2024 I received it with scratches on the top and bottom of the surface because they sent me a used one instead of a brand new one. Faulty drive sent back under warranty – Emailed them with pics of issue and info to have my M.2 Drive checked under warranty as I had issues with it, took about a week for a reply just asking to confirm my address, did not hear anything back after I replied with my address, so emailed again a week later for an update on my issue, received a reply the same day with a return postage… Read more
printable label, sent item back took about another week to get to them, emailed them 3 week after they received it for an update if the drive has been checked but did not get a reply, emailed again 2 working days later asking same thing got a reply back that day saying they will check with the team in charge, got another email 3 days later asking for my address to ship the replacement unit, sent back my address an hour and half after I received the email, then got a call 30 mins after that from them asking to send my address to ship the item I explained I already sent it about 30 mins ago, they said they would check with the person I sent the email to, wait 5 more days but 2 of them days were the weekend then emailed asking for a tracking number, received the replacement item by post that afternoon and an email the next day with the tracking number. Overall, I am happy to get the replacement over the 1 month and a bit time, which is working great so far!!! I would shop with them again but would hope I did not have to send the item back for a return under warranty with the slow email reply rate and being just a drive, I have had other companies send replacements within a week or two of receiving the faulty one. I had brought another smaller drive from somewhere else to tie me over since it took so long to receive this replacement one....

Appalling warranty claim service. Dreadful support. Evasive. Nowhere near response times indicated in their PR – Warranty claim TP-Link Modem Router. Delays stonewalling response has been dreadful. 2-5 business days to process and dispatch replacement. I posted it (from Sydney) 12/3. Two weeks ago. Email enquiries have drawn an"I will check the details and let you know" response and nothing further. Phone enquiries (I think to a bot) as to progress meet with obstacles (having to report original purchase order, name and address details....) only to be told eventually that I can't talk to the warranty team as that is against company policy, they will "check the details and let you know". attempted delivery had been made the previous week. On checking, I could pick it up from the Aramex warehouse the other side of Adelaide. My Wife was home on the date stated and there was no log on the ring doorbell. I asked Harris to sort this out for choosing Aramex where Harris expected me to go to the Aramex warehouse on the other side of Adelaide to pick this up. No way, how about they send someone over to do it. Aramex decided that they are going to send the item back to Harris if I am not going to pick it up, but Harris won't refund me until it arrives back - if it doesn't get lost like half the other items (I have had very bad experiences in the past with Aramex). Harris has shown absolutely zero ownership of the problem. Be warned, getting your item you paid for will be a nightmare. Their delivery partner doesn't even take it to your home. Why would I pay to have to pick up something from the other side of Adelaide? Even if it was more expensive locally, wouldn't it make sense to save time and petrol rather than drive to the other side of a city to pick it up?
Horrible company to deal with - SCAM – Save yourself the headache and misery and do not purchase from this company. As most of the other reviews have mentioned, they are a nightmare to deal with and will send you off to chase your own tail. Customer service is non existent. Fair trading has been contacted.
Don't buy off them! Not honoured warranty – Purchased and returned an Asus router through Harris Technology (via Amazon) and their warranty department have been giving me the run around for over 2 months on a replacement/refund. Absolutely pathetic and illegal practices from both Harris Technology and Asus. Never again will I purchase anything from Harris Technology or Asus.
Very Average – Initial postage took close to a month. The unit was faulty. Sent it back, and didn't hear anything for 6 weeks. Had to follow up with them to get feedback, to be told they can't see the fault, even though I provided videos and pictures of the fault. Taken over 3 weeks for the item to be returned to me.
